- Hoong (10/5): Wonderful gathering place, amazingly convenient and very easy booking and checking in and out - Location is very near Jonker street and available map for guidance. Restaurants available just downstairs. 24-hour grocery store right below. Wonderful gathering common space with pool table. Hot water dispenser, fridge available. Bathrooms plenty, enough for 15 of us to take turns for hygiene purposes. Nothing literally
- Hanusshiah (4/5): Not recommended at all for family vacay - Nothing much to say since this is not the thing we saw in the picture They showed a total different look of this place and then when we go there it seems like disappointed. As from the booking.com, they had mentioned that the whole house would be stay by us. But this seems like hotel budget. The water dispenser was not working. Kitchen looks so small and the vessels in a opened condition. They having an open bathroom which everyone needs to use the same bathroom. But they mentioned it's a homestay. But not only our family stayed there. There are some other strangers was staying. The air condition was not cool. My entire wait in front of the hotel for 20 minutes since they didn't let me in until we give the deposit. There is no any reception to sit and settle the things. Such a worst experience ever. Even the rooms mirror are dusty. Not worth for money.

- Ildikó (7/5): Good - The location is great, a short walk from Dutch Square. Good restaurants in the block. It's basically a shared home: you are staying in a room of an apartment, and other people in the next room, using the same facilities. It's not a problem if you have earplugs.
- Yik (2/5): Good location, lousy stay - Location is near to jonker The place is converted from shop house. Has 4 big rooms, we stayed in 1 room that fits 6 person. The living hall is just nice to fit 6 ppl. I cannot imagine how cramped the place would be if the homestay is fully booked- you may get like 15-20 people there. It could feel too cramped especially if you share the living area with strangers. The rooms are cramped as well. 2 out of 3 showers not working.. Rubbish from previous day not thrown, so the stench fills the whole place.. Air conditioning stopped working at 5am.. This place is designed with profit in mind, not comfort. Stay away..

- Ken (4/5): Disappointing - Location very good Firstly, the stairs to go upstairs have uneven steps, making it easy to misstep while descending, and I almost fell several times. Upon entering, there was a bit of disappointment as the living room was nearly taken over by a pool table, leaving very limited space. Moreover, it was our first time staying in a homestay, and there was no TV and cable box, only a projector and Astro🤣. Yes, we're here for tourism, but having a TV and cable box is essential for family gatherings and conversations while enjoying drinks in the evening. However, the presence of the pool table was a plus. Moving on to the rooms, the bedding and blankets were not very clean and quite hard, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning in the larger room couldn't be turned on; it seemed to be malfunctioning. Concerning the kitchen and bathroom, one toilet's shower bracket was broken, and the water pressure in another toilet was low, making it hard to flush. The kitchen also seemed quite old. Overall, the house is quite worn-out. After comparing the pictures with the actual stay, there was some disappointment. None of the three families were satisfied; the only positive aspect was the good location and the friendly host.

- Audrey (9/5): It’s a good place for big group. Host is very friendly. - Things are equipped. You have heater, bed, games, TV, washing machine too…just the equipment is abit run down. Water heater need to rest after one round shower else the heater pump will malfunction. The same with TV, we were watching election result and the projector shut down.

- Valentia (9/5): Highly recommended for large group gathering or company retreat trip. - Super convenient location, there is a 24-hour mini mart just right below and about 5min walking distance to Jonker Street. Multiple toilets and shower rooms sufficient for large group. Large living room space for gathering activities. Hairdryer and towels are provided. Host was very friendly, accommodating and responded promptly when assistance were needed. Dusty in some corner of the room e.g side of the bed. Sewage smell in the sink and fridge area.

- Foo (8/5): Anyway,we did enjoy our stay, beds and pillow are comfortable - walking distance to Jonker, plenty of beds, games (uno and pool table) provided the two rooms facing road quite noisy during night as there are KK mart and restaurant downstairs. there is a room where the aircond is a bit malfunction (shutdown after few hours even we try to turn off the timer and clock).
