• Thúy Ngọc (1/5): Chất lượng phòng quá tệ, nước tắm và sen cũng tệ. - Lễ tân hỗ trợ Mình đã book khách sạn rất nhiều lần, với nhiều mức giá khác nhau.Ban đầu mình cũng nghi là khách sạn cho khách Tây nên chất lượng tệ, không ngờ thực sự quá tệ Nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên mình để lại nhận xét vì phòng siêu tệ. Thật sự phòng quá bẩn và tệ, phòng tắm có mùi khai nước tiểu khi mình nhận phòng, phòng tắm dọn dẹp qua loa, vết bẩn dính khá nhiều trên tường, phòng tắm cực kì bẩn và hôi, mình còn thấy phân chuột trong phòng, thật sự quá tệ cho kì nghỉ của mình. Phòng bên ngoài cũng không được dọn dẹp gọn gàng và sạch, ở sau thùng rác mình còn thấy có tâm bông váy tai của khách trước, nệm có dích phân chuột và giường bụi nhiều và mình bị ngứa khi nằm ngủ nên phải đổi sang mặt áo quần dài. Thật sự mình là người thoải mái nhưng khách sạn quá tệ và mình chả dám đụng hay đi ngủ. Cửa sổ không có rèm che nên buổi sáng không ngủ được Mình nhận phòng trễ và Đà Nẵng mưa chứ phòng quá tệ và không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra. QUÁ TỆ. TUYỆT ĐỐI KHÔNG KHUYẾN KHÍCH Ở ĐỂ ĐI DU LỊCH. I have booked hotels many times with different price ranges, and this is the first time I’ve ever left a review because the room was unbelievably terrible. At first, I thought maybe the hotel mainly served foreign tourists, so I didn’t expect much, but I never imagined it would be this bad. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. It looked like it had only been cleaned very superficially, with many stains still stuck on the walls. The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful. I even found mouse droppings in the room, which completely ruined my stay. The main room was not properly cleaned or organized either. Behind the trash bin, I found used cotton swabs from previous guests. The mattress had mouse droppings on it, and the bed was very dusty. I became itchy while trying to sleep, so I had to change into long-sleeved clothes and long pants. this hotel was honestly too terrible.

• Jamie (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - A comfortable chair. In 8 years of constant travel, this hotel is one of the worst!!... Really hard beds and pillows, staff not interested in guests: they spent all the time looking at their phones (even lying on the sofa when I arrived!). Only spoke to say 'breakfast?' not even a 'Hello' oh and also to translate on check out: 'please leave an excellent review' sad that they see guests as only walking ATMs... I was bitten one night on my shoulder multiple times, not mosquito bites so who knows!? I see other reviews though... Terrace is cluttered with stuff, not tidy and barely usable, bathroom was disgusting on arrival- gooey brown liquid everywhere! Clearly not cleaned. Shower has little pressure. On check out, I accidentally left my phone charger in room. The staff checked the room while I sat in reception (obviously to see the fridge contents to extract more money - which I had already HONESTLY paid) and didn't have the decency / honesty to return my charger - which they must have seen! These 'workers' need to go on a work experience to Thailand and see how they do hospitality. They put guests first and the money / income / good reviews / returning guest is then automatic. Here, it seems to money money money and no good service. Sad, really.

Beds all had fans, lamps, working sockets and phone holders Don't expect for your bedroom door to ever be locked as it is physical keys for everyone. But it still feels safe

• Adrien (1/5): Ne surtout pas réserver ici - À notre arrivée, ils nous fournissent une toute petite chambre sans fenêtre. Pas d’éclairage dans la chambre. Il nous ont déclassé et mis dans une chambre. Ils ont refusés d’effectuer une baisse du tarif et nous ont laissé sans solution. Ne surtout pas réserver cette hébergement. La relation avec les personnes qui y travaillent.

У каждого свой вентилятор и светильники, ночью включают кондиционер. Есть большой шкаф с замком для багажа, мой бэкпак спокойно вместился. Под кроватью еще один шкафчик, тоже вместительный для хранения повседневных вещей. Рядом магазин, рынок, барбершоп, прачечная и все что пожелаете. Это даунтаун возле моста дракона. За все время пребывание более ста укусов по всему телу. Это комары или что хуже, не знаю. Девушка из ресепшена купила мне за свой счет какие-то таблетки и мазь. Спасибо ей за это. Я и противонасекомым спреем брызгал своим. Но ничего не помогало. Ходил и чесался, было дискомфортно только это. Пришлось терпеть, так как ходил в зал неподалеку.

Provided free lock and towel Early check-in allowed if available beds Good curtains Staff were friendly but inexperienced. Hardly any English and no clear answers. Breakfast times were never mentioned so it was easy to miss (only two hour window). It's also quite small. Egg, 2 pieces of toast and a small coffee. Biggest minus is the front door being locked at night. Sometimes there's also no security guard to let you in/out. Also, they turn the A/C off in rooms for 3 hours every day (16:00-19:00?). Nothing mentioned about this until you personally go ask what's up with it. Bed is ok, but pillow is extremely thin so it's hard to sleep well without putting something under it. Tours are on sale on the hostel but they are way overpriced compared to online offers. Not to mention, the table has wrong starting times for bus to Hoi An (for instance). I asked to confirm the departure time twice but on the day they said the information is wrong and I had missed the bus. Luckily Grab is around the same price, if not cheaper. There are other, minor, inconveniences such as no food or drying clothes allowed in dorms. It seems they are trying to pinch out every penny they can at this place, and hence I would avoid this hostel. There are better options.

It was possible to use the refrigerator to put your food there. You can sit on the roof, drink coffee, play chess. There was always hot water. The air conditioner is turned off during the day, but due to the large room, the temperature is comfortable. There is practically no cleaning for 2 weeks, no one has cleaned. A girl comes in with a broom, walks around and leaves, the garbage is still there. We have never heard of wet cleaning here, the fan spins all day and we all breathe dust. When tenants change, they only change the pillowcase and sheet, the blanket remains the same. The toilets are catastrophically small, it is unpleasant to go there.

• ALBERTO (2/5): I couldn’t sleep because of the extremely loud noise of construction - It is well located and the staff is friendly I stayed two nights and literally couldn't sleep. They're building next door and they start making extremely loud noises at 7:00 AM (even on a Sunday), even with earplugs. I'm not exaggerating. The noises are literally like turning on a blender in your ear or someone playing drums in your room. The bathroom was filthy, the shower was covered in yellow mold. They don't accept cards. So I had to go to an ATM (using Grab because no other ATMs were working) and it took so long that I missed breakfast. The staff is friendly, so I feel bad writing this, but it was truly unbearable. The construction looks like it gonna take some years or many months because is a higher building
