- Raynur (7/5): Good - 1. Self-service laundry is behind the hotel. 2. Very near to 7-Eleven, mamak restaurants, LRT station. 3. BSN is quite near - just a 5 min walk away. 1. The room where I stayed had a noisy door alarm (room 201). It went beeping for no reason. 2. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery - be careful. 3. Be careful when you go out a night. Vagrants are sleeping on the walkways / under the LRT station. 4. Some part of the room wall need repainting.

- Mishra (1/5): Terrible, one of the worst hotels I have stayed in - Convenient location. Mouldy and the rom smelled of fungal spores. No window. Wifi did not work at all. Overall a very very bad room. They did not even provide basic things like tooth brush and soap!

- Bafndi (9/5): Perfect!! - Excellent central location, the room is comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and cooperative. I have no complains about anything at all. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.
- Siau (7/5): Basic comfortable place to stay. - Overall, it's a good hotel to stay at. I've stayed at other hotels in Brickfield, and this one is definitely one of the most comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the bedsheets were clean, and the shower worked perfectly. They are cutting back on complimentary items like shampoo and conditioner. They also charge extra for early check-in, even if the room is available. While some guests have mentioned poor soundproofing, I didn't experience much noise during my stay.

It was near to nu sentral but no xtra facilities like shampoo or proper. - The cleaner was very friendly and helpful but the night shift receptionist was a bit unfriendly with the question that we asked. The TV can only be watched a few hours before we checked out. No wardrobe and proper hanger.

All okay except for the extra charge I need to pay upon check in for the "booking.com commission charge". I have never experienced this when I used other hotel booking platforms where the total booking charged shown upon booking is the amount we pay to the hotel. It is a hidden charge as we are not being informed about this prior to check in. The actual price I paid is actually higher than if I used other booking platforms. I still don't understand the need for them to charge the commission to the customer and if it is right or not. Would not recommend.

- Awangku (10/5): Perfect location and great value for money. - The location is perfect, just next to the escalator to the entrance of NUSentral, so it is easy to carry luggages to the hotel. All the staff that I met are super friendly and very accommodating. The room is very clean and comfortable. Some room do not have windows but the price is low reflecting that characteristic. Some noise from next building but only during day time so if you are out the whole day, this is not an issue. The noise stops at night (perhaps it is after working hours).

- Mike (5/5): Passable - Close to Sentral and being relatively inexpensive for a one night, single room stay after two long flights. The check in was easy and the room was quiet, clean and a comfortable bed. Everything was within reach, including the four walls. Tiny room, I think the smallest I've ever stayed in, the smell.. room 302 was mentioned previously by someone else, cver powerfully bad. No kettle although I always carry my own.. The two channel TV. Clive James once said a TV is a window to a nation's soul..I never got to preview what Malaysia might offer. I'm staying here again on my last night before returning to the UK but I've booked a double room with a Queen bed this time. I hope it isn't as musty.
