- Damian (10/5): The staff were extremely polite and helpful - Great location, super hot onsen and amazing breakfast
- Ogden (9/5): So practical to stay here, cozy and comfy and quiet separated onsen in-house - Location - amazing!!! The hot baths in the basement were nice to use anytime, room was comfortable and very clean. One of the more affordable options when I was looking, and RIGHT across from Akakura Kanko, which is awesome considering you don’t have to drive to ski, or take the shuttle bus (which is a pain with crowds and waiting in line to get the bus) It didn’t bother us, but they keep the heat down outside the rooms (which I totally understand). Staff were nice and pleasant, but not always helpful if you don’t speak Japanese (again, I understand), but also not on site all the time.

- Matthias (10/5): A fantastic stay - The property is located right across the road of the Akakura Kanko Snow-resort. A short walk to the Sky Cable (Gondola) that takes you up the mountain. The staff is super helpful, when the sole of my boot came undone I was quickly supplied with glue to fix it. I’ll happily book here again.
- JIN (8/5): お世話になりました、ありがとうございました。 - ゲレンデに近かった。
敷布団が大変良かった。(どこのメーカーか知りたいです) 湯船のお湯がとても熱かった

- Stephen (8/5): Lovely stay with fantastic hosts - The hospitality and helpfulness of the host. We were late getting in due to a flight delay and a message to Eho Ryokan resulted in a quick response and assurance that we could do a late check-in and that someone would be there to greet us. The room was basic Ryokan style but it was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was lovely, could have hung around for ages but skiing called. Only "tiny" thing was the plastic bags for your shoes, then taken up to your room. I would have been happy to leave them in a rack downstairs. Otherwise, everything was wonderful
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and Japanese owner was so helpful.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pascale (9/5): Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, cosy room and AMAZiNG location! - Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and amazing location! Practically 50m from the main gondola, and a short walk into town for dinner or catching the bus to other resorts if that's what you're after. Beds were comfy, and the room was cosy and warm. Loved that a kettle with tea and coffee was available 24/7 and that there was a spacious dry room plus a tuning room with some tools available. The onsen downstairs was just perfect after a long day on the mountain! Highly, highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Myoko/ Akakura onsen and the local mountains. We had the quadruple room as a couple as it was the only one left when we booked and it was spacious for just 2. Host went out of his way to help us and communicated really well. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back one day :) Pillows were a bit firm
- Richard (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Almost ski in - ski out.
Friendly, helpful owners. Delicious meals. Noise of snow clearing outside through the night, which is no fault of the management.
