• Buket (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage, in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfteich. Das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber - aber haben wir abgewaschen und alles war gut 😅

• Ivan (10/5): - Amazing villa, amazing location, amazing host The photos don't convey how spacious the villa is. The interior decor makes you feel at home. The host provided everything you need for your stay, including drinking water, and was generally welcoming and helpful. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away, the sea itself is shallow and sandy, perfect even for small children. There are quite a lot of people on the shore, but not so many that it would be a problem. There are many different places to eat and buy groceries near the villa. And every morning turtles came into the yard - the children were delighted =)
• Alyson (9/5): Perfect place to spend a summer holiday with family and friends. - Only a couple of hundred metres from the beach which would be perfect in summer. We were there at the end of the season and enjoyed the longer walk into town. The apartment is very spacious with all you need for a longer stay including a washing machine and free parking on the property. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs leaving a large living, meals and kitchen area upstairs with a full balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Only 30 minute drive to Ephesus.
• Andrew (8/5): Recommended apartment by the sea - Usman is a lovely host, he was very kind and responded promptly to any enquiries. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the patio with the view to the ocean. The apartment was very close to the beach and restaurants. There is no oven but there is a microwave and gas Cooktop.
• Dmitri (9/5): Highly recommended - Nice place, fully equipped, a stone's throw to the sea. Terrace with sea view. Many restaurants in the surrounding area. The host is friendly and responds quickly to requests. No chairs in the apartment. Seems to be common there though, have had the same experience in other places. Some of the restaurants have live music late into the night. Could be a problem if you come with children.
• Maria (10/5): Highly recommend - We loved everything - location is next to the seashore with a terrace view to the sea, spacious villa with two bedrooms and a combined open plan kitchen/dining/living room, all facilities are new or in very good order, and accommodating owner who provided us with water and ordered us a taxi. All was perfect

• Alberto (7/5): Was a nice staying, could have been better. - Great location, nice balcony. Close to restaurants and shops Minimum kitchen and bathroom accessories. Very noisy until 1:00am, due to rooftop restaurants. The close by beach was dirty and overcrowded. The city was quite dirty also.

• Kristine (10/5): super helpful host and lovely terrace with a view of the ocean - Location is wonderful. Just a few steps from the beach and lively boardwalk. There is such a lovely view of the ocean from the peaceful terrace. The host was so friendly and helpful. He was waiting when we arrived to give us the keys. He had a large jug of drinking water waiting for us in the unit. He also provided laundry soap (yes there is a washing machine!). The unit was super clean and comfortable.
• Roman (8/5): Great place for a family vacation. - House for 3 owners with a separate entrance. 2 minutes from the beach. Great view from the balcony. Attentive owner. In the evening there may be loud music in a nearby cafe until 11-12 pm.
• Ann (9/5): Great beach stay in Kusadasi - We loved our stay here, especially the terrace with sea views. And the wonderful beach nearby! Really appreciated the private parking space and cordial landlord. Some blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be nice as we are used to sleeping in the dark.

• Kim (10/5): For us it was luxury to stay in such a huge villa after spending weeks crammed into little hotel rooms. The price was fa - Position was perfect with amazing view over the beach. With in metres we were on the fabulous promenade and the beach. The villa was so much bigger than expected and the balcony was huge with table, chairs up one end and 2 large comfy lounge suites up the other! Full kitchen with large fridge. Shops, supermarket even a hairdresser all within walking distance. Everything was perfect!
