• Daniel (8/5): Two nights - The positive is the location is hard to beat and the directions sent were a big help. The negative would be that it would be nice of there was a coffee or bottle of water to help start you off available and the shower spray head bracket was broken on the shower wall. Overall a decent place in a prime location.

However, the apartments were not clean (lots of dust and obvious surfaces hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time) and coffee stains all over the wall and carpet which could’ve been treated. Had a hostel feel to it and the apartments were tired and not as fresh as the photos showed it to be. Nice and central but would be more comfortable staying somewhere cleaner.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 후기가 괜찮아서 예약했는데 생각보다 별로였습니다. 방은 넓었는데 소파 같은 것들이 담뱃불로 지져있거나 관리가 제대로 안되어 있었습니다. 물론 여러 사람이 사용하는거라 그럴 수 있겠지만 소파에 별로 앉고 싶지 않았습니다. 그리고 식기류도 지저분해서 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 우리가 사용한 방은 돌라치 시장이 안보이는 쪽이어서 뷰는 별로 였습니다. 그래도 접근성은 좋았고, 문을 열고 나가면 바로 시장이 있어서 아침에 장보기가 너무 좋았습니다.

• Jing (10/5): Great place to stay in the old town - I rented a one-bed room apartment, it has a spacious living room, kitchenette and bedroom. The apartment is nice and clean. It is situated in the old town, very convenient location. I have the view of the Cathedral outside the window.

Ai moins aimé : absence de cafetière dans l'appart. il fallait aller le chercher près du poste d'accueil. café type Nespresso, capsules n'étaient pas en quantité suffisante, très souvent il n'en restait plus - absence de réponse à plusieurs messages sauf le jour où nous avons quitté la maison, ile réponse est devenue inutile.

• Sophia (8/5): - Apartment located right on city market square with no access for the vehicle to the entrance. Central location so we was able to walk all the tourist streets. Not much of a service at the hotel no coffee or tea provided. Very basic but met our needs. I’ll recommend this place for short and relatively inexpensive stay.

The only downside would be if you came with heavy luggage as taxis won’t drive you to the front door as it’s a pedestrian area but the staff will help if it’s during their reception opening hours

• Verified traveler (2/5): NEVER USE LAUNDRY SERVICE - Location was great. Facility was fine also. The building is very old but has history. You can hear all the noise from other room. NEVER USE LAUNDRY SERVICE. I will not write all the inconvenient process of laundry service here, but the problem was: They did my laundry completely wrong. My all clothes were dyed into blue. I had a big problem with it cause I still had several days of trip left. They apologized and promised to compensate, but after 3 weeks, still nothing compensated. Service so bad although it's not a cheap apartment in Zagreb. 핸국읜들은 역이 오지마뗴여

• Gail (8/5): Going downhill fast! - This apartment is quickly deteriorating. The plumbing is terrible - toilet doesn't flush well, "Rain" shower head is stopped up, kitchen faucet sprays, carpeting is dirty ... Moreover, the manager was nice enough, although she couldn't (or wouldn't) give us restaurant suggestions. The woman sitting at the desk in the mornings was really rude and actually burped in my ear as she walked by!
• hyorim (10/5): 또 이용하고 싶은 자그레브 숙소! - 위치가 정말 좋아요. 크로아티아에서 묵은 방중에 제일 넓고 좋았어요 심지어 제일 비싸지도 않았는데! 가성비 좋아요. 여행하면서 중간에 들리기도 편해요. 돌라츠 시장 근처인데다 주변에 먹을 곳도 다 가깝고 슈퍼마켓도 몇개나 있어요. 직원분들도 친절해요. 다만 수건은 매일 갈아주는건 아닌가봐요 그래도 직원한테 수건 하나 더 달라하니 친절하게 내어주시더라구요~ 욕실도 넓었어요! 엘리베이터가...영화에서 나올법한 엄청 오래된 철창? 스타일이지만 ㅋ 한두번 타면 익숙해져서 무섭지 않앗어요. 다음에 자그레브 가도 이용하고 싶어요. 어매니티는... 그냥 개인적으로 가져가세요 ㅎㅎ 뭐 호텔 아니니 기대하면 안되지만 챙겨가길 잘했네요. 식기류 조리도구도 가위 빼고는 다 있었어요. 과일 깍아서 잘 먹었네요~ 아, 어떤 숙소도 그렇겠지만 빨리 가려면 계단을 거쳐야해요. 택시를 타든 다른 픽업 서비스를 이용하든 돌라츠 시장 안으로는 못들어와서 번화가 입구에서 내려주는데 거기서 숙소 올때 가까운 길에 계단이 있어요. 돌라츠시장 입구라 보시면 되는데 그곳으로 캐리어 끌고 올라올때만 힘들고 그뒤로는 모든게 평탄합니다 ㅎ

Open icecream left in freezer from prior guest. Minimal toilet paper and no tissues. Kept loosing power in our apartment late at night due to a faulty fuse so we couldn't even shower.

• Niels (10/5): Lækker lejlighed centralt placeret - Lejligheden var meget centralt placeret ved markedspladsen. Lejligheden lå i en gammel bygning med en meget gammeldags elevator, men den virkede. Indvendigt var lejligheden top renoveret og meget flot. Vi fik virkelig god information tilsendt om hvor man kunne parkere og hvordan man fandt stedet. Virkelig godt til prisen.

• Patricia (8/5): - I liked the location of this property. It was very convenient to walk around Zagreb. At check-in they didn't seem to have my reservation, even though I had paid months in advance when I booked the room. The front desk receptionist had to call her manager, and had trouble reaching the manager so we had to wait a bit. In the end they found our reservation and the room was great. Very clean. When you first enter the building it seems a bit sketchy. We opted for the stairs every time as the elevator looks very old. Note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, so you can't be dropped off right at the front door. The rooms are nice though and I'd stay here again.

• Ivan (8/5): Good but bad too. - Very nicely appointed apartment with a comfortable bed and very central to everything. However, the TV would not work as it was unplugged from cable /antenna - this was particularly poor as we specifically asked the reception upon our arrival to show us all was OK with it and how to use controls. She just directed us to the info book. Two hours waste of time . It should have been checked before new guests arrived . We called Simone who was helpful. The bathroom drains smelled VERY badly at times (common to Croatian cities) but no air freshener or anything provided. No control for Air Con - it was hot for us on the coldest days . When we were leaving we called the service number and Simone arranged a taxi to the Airport - except it did not arrive and it was lucky I had Simone's number . It ended up being a rush to the Airport. It seems that no real hands on service is available here - we twice emailed the the hotel before arrival to ask about specific instructions on how to arrive by bus. NO reply - we ended up catching a cab from stop.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely studio apartment. Nicely equipped and very comfortable. The staff at reception were really nice and helpful. Fabulous location between upper town and lower town. Pretty much right on the main square which was great for all of the Christmas markets and activities. A couple of negatives. I booked the taxi shuttle through the apartments from the airport and because the apartment is on a market square the taxi had to drop me outside. So I then had to wander around the square to find the apartment block. It would have been nice to have more detailed instructions as to how to find the building. When I found it there was no one in reception whereas I had been told by the managing director that someone would be there. They knew what time I was arriving because I had booked the shuttle. I had to call the office to tell them I had arrived. They were very apologetic but it was a bit worrying when I couldn''t get in. The radiators made a lot of noise so switched them off at night but the room was certainly warm enough. A few times there was a nasty smell in the bathroom but it wasn't there all of the time. The soundproofing to outside was excellent given the market in the square every day but internally not so good. The management need to enforce with tenants to be quieter particularly if they have children. A couple of mornings it sounded as if there was a kids playground in the corridor. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone.
• Anne (8/5): - Fabulous location in the heart of the city with the old town on one side and the lower town on the other. Pleasant, spacious, modern apartment overlooking the Dolac (green market) market. Comfortable bed and good bed linen. A few items missing from the kitchen but were quickly provided when asked for. One Curtain coming down at one side in both the lounge and bedroom which affected first impressions, it was however a small thing. Check in was straightforward. The host met us from the cathedral to walk us to the apartment as the apartment is in pedestrian only area. Overall recommended and we loved Zagreb.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - Very competitive price with everything nearby in couples of minutes. You have to walk upstairs from the Square to Dolac Market and the apartment is located close to the statue of a woman. If you have heavy luggage, like us this time, drop off outside the Cathedral and you can move the luggage more comfortably by walking across the Dolac Market area.

• Kelli (8/5): Great central location. - Perfect location for exploring downtown Zagreb. Love the local market. It was October so not prime season. Some street noise and fellow apartment noise as they return late in the night. Our bed was super comfy. Would recommend.

Our only complaint was with the doors and the locks, they were sometimes a little difficult to open. The location is very convenient though and we had a great stay!

• Susann (6/5): - The location was excellent, overlooking the dolac (market). Apartment was bright, furnishings were simple but adequate. Living area was air conditioned but not bedroom, which was hot during warm weather and opening window was noisy at night since there is a restaurant terrace directly beneath bedroom window of apartment 1A. Also whenever one leaves the apartment, the electricity is turned off which contributes to heat build up in hot weather. My main reason for low score is as follows: 1. Living area carpet had a huge spill which had not been cleaned. 2. Half of bedroom curtain was from from curtain rod. 3. One of the floating bedside tables was torn off the wall and supported by 2 empty boxes and a paperback book. All of these items should have been easy and inexpensive to fix, and left me with the impression that no-one cared.

• Jay (8/5): Good location in Zagreb - Great location for exploring the city, although not that easy to find as cars cannot get very close. However, my call for assistance was answered and we were in quickly. It was clean and comfortable, although rather plain and impersonal with regard to decor.
• Tim (10/5): Easy, clean and great location in Zagreb - We arrived by bus and followed the directions to get the number 6 tram to Dolac Square. So easy and quick. Apartment was clean and tidy and great location looking over the markets. We walked around the main attractions and had dinner at a recommended restaurant. Apartment is really quiet and has a little quirky lift which works fine. Would stay again when next in Zagreb.
• John (10/5): Very nice apartment - We had a wonderful stay here. We had a problem finding it in the beginning as there is little signage. However, it is a great location, right by Dolac Market, and lots of restaurants. Parking is far away but you can drive to the Cathedral to off load baggage first. Nice facility with all amenities.

• Ruth (10/5): Location, Location, Location - The location of the Dolac One Apartments is absolutely fabulous. We were right in the hub of Zagreb and could walk to so many attractions. The apartment was clean airy and spacious. We appreciated the air conditioning in the hot weather. The staff was very helpful in giving us good sightseeing tips and arranging a taxi for us on our departure to the Airport. Would definitely recommend the Dolac One for a stay in Zagreb.
• LC (10/5): Fantastic location - The instructions on how to find the apartment were accurate and easy to follow. The room is quite spacious. Shower had good water pressure and hot water and very comfortable bed. The room is also quiet. Filip arranged a transfer from the airport for us and the driver was where he said he would be. Zagreb is a great city and I wish we had spent longer. Would definitely stay at Dolan one again, it had everything it promised.

• Betty (10/5): - The location is unbeatable. It is within 16 minutes walking distance to all tourist must see. The taxi driver dropped us across from the cathedral. We had to call to locate the property, which is on the other side of the market.
• Jonathan (10/5): Location and quality - The location of these apartments is excellent, located in a beautiful bustling market square very close to the cathedral. Round the corner is the amazing and atmospheric Thalčića street full of cafes, bars and restaurants. They were tricky to find in the square but just look out for the statue of the lady in the corner. Our room was bright, clean and modern with comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries. The room was airconditioned which was very welcome when we were there. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a quick one night stop over but were so impressed we will be going back.
• Laurie (8/5): Zagreb Stay - Nice once got to the 4th floor. The elevator/lift was very small so we had to carry half our luggage up. And when we went to leave it was broken so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights. We have heavy luggage as we travel for 8 weeks! One receptionist was extremely helpful, the other not so much! Inside nice, clean, modern--nice size bathroom, living area and bedroom (we got 1 bedroom). In a good location, right outside is the open farmers market--good TV/wifi!

• Betty (10/5): Hidden gem! - From the outside of the building when you arrive, it might look odd...but once you're inside, the rooms are modern and clean. Great card entry system and super comfortable. I could easily live here for a week. The location is excellent, with views of Dolac plaza and access to local shopping, sites and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in Zagreb. I would definitely come back!
• marianne (8/5): Dolac dream - This apartment looks right over the central market. You could not hear any noise in the room from the marketplace. But the atmosphere is wonderful. The apartment was clean, very modern and in a fantastic location.I highly reccomend staying here .

• Laura (10/5): Perfect location! Very modern apartments - Lovely renovated apartments in the centre of Zagreb. The street markets are just steps outside your door! Close walk to the train station (15mins). Everything you want to see is walking distance. Very clean too!

• David (10/5): - Amazing location in the Lower Town, mere minutes on foot from the Upper Town. Open the door of the 1 Dolac building and step into a fabulous market, selling all sorts of fruits and veggies in season plus cheeses and other edibles. There is a small bakery in the square where we could pick up something sweet or savory to enjoy in our kitchenette with a complimentary coffee from Dolac One. All the landmark attractions of historic Zagreb are within easy walking distance. Our suite was clean and spacious. The young woman at reception, Snjezana, was exceptionally helpful and epitomized "service with a smile."

• Jim (10/5): Great apartment and location - This is a very impressive, clean and modern apartment about five minute walk from the bus depot and the Palace. Excellent location and value.
• Kanako (10/5): Perfect - I had three nights and it was just nice. People were nice and friendly, the rooms were very clean and modern. The location was nice. We had a lot of luggage, but there is an elevator in the building. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, and we used stairs and it wasn't bad at all. We used elevator only when we needed to move our luggage. Finding the building may be difficult by yourself, so better to make an arrangement to meet someone from the Dolac Apartment at the Cathedral. In my case, our tour guide had called the apartment and made an arrangement to meet up at rotary in front of the cathedral.

• Kwai Yiu Judy (4/5): Broken lifts, hard to find, no reception staff - We arrived to Zagreb late, even though we paid for two nights for this "hotel" we only stayed there less than 12hrs. There was no one to check us in between 7:30am to 8:30am on the morning we have paid for. Reception staff starts at 9am. We were forced to carry our luggage on a day tour with us and check in later that night. The apartment was hard to find without internet, the lifts are the ones with gates and the key to it was broken so we had to carry our luggage up and down three floors. The inside of the apartment itself is nice. But would recommend a proper hotel for this price.

• Richard (10/5): A room with a view! - Dolac One gave me a spacious one-bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook in! I didn't avail myself of the kitchen because I wasn't staying very long, but the wonderful, daily open-air market on the Dolac square literally outside the building entrance offers everything imaginable to cook, were one to do so! (My apartment looked out over the market, with a nice view of the cathedral as well.) The apartments are located in the old Upper Town, which is essentially a pedestrian zone, yet just off the main square of Zagreb--an ideal location. The entrance to the building is a tad shabby, as well as the elevator to get up to the Dolac One apartments (there is a key hanging outside the elevator door to open said door--a first for this rather seasoned traveler!), but don't be fooled. The apartments have been recently renovated, at what seems to be no expense spared--a great place to stay! One cautionary note: This is not really a hotel, in that the reception area is not always occupied, which means one shouldn't depend on wake-up calls and other services that a typical front-desk hotel offers. To my mind, a small inconvenience for a reasonably priced, clean, and very roomy place to stay, right in the heart of Zagreb.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent location, great room - This apartment is located right infront of Dolac Market where you can stroll around and see how locals buy their foods every morning. The room itself is very clean, neat and tidy. The staff was very nice.
• Tyler (10/5): - I especially appreciated the attention the staff gave to our personal needs -- contacting us about our anticipated arrival, preparing a crib for our infant, and helping carry luggage up the stairs. You can't beat the location of the view, and our stay was very comfortable.

• Charlie (8/5): Excellent location and nice rooms - Nice and clean room with good amenity. Far from parking: need to carry your bags Difficult to check in: If you arrive late, you need to follow Filip’s direction and open 2 gates using passwords. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel.
• Sean (10/5): - Great location, right on Dolac Square (home to a daily market), and one block from the main square (which in December has a bunch of Christmas/Advent Fair booths and performances). 100 meters and a flight of stairs from the tram lines, allowing easy access to the train and bus stations. Tons of restaurants nearby. A good base for your Zagreb sightseeing.
