Host sempre disponibile ad ascoltare le richieste, check-in molto facile. Alloggiare in questo monolocale ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
• Serena (9/5): Ottima base per visitare Atene - Appartamento molto grande e nuovo a due passi dal centro di Atene. Abbiamo usato poche volte i mezzi solo per spostamenti più lontani. Grande abbondanza di asciugamani, accappatoi e ciabattine. Utile la lavanderia a disposizione in struttura con possibilità di prendere altro shampoo e carta igienica o altri asciugamani. Erano presenti due bagni e due camere da letto oltre ad un grande soggiorno con tv smart. Torneremo sicuramente quando ad Atene. Il bagno principale un po' buio.

• Mark (8/5): - Great location near Syntagma Square but hard to find. The door is not visible from the street. Maybe a picture of the building or the businesses flanking in would be helpful. Other than minor comments here place was great. Very clean and very safe. Nice big balcony that looks directly across at some very dilapidated buildings. Couldn't for the life of me figure out how to turn on the stove top. Instructions would be great.

Plenty of spare bedding, towels, and toiletries. Lack of black out curtains. A clothes line would have been good. The instructions for the washing machine and clothes dryer combo didn't give clear instruction. We ended up doing a 3hr wash and no dryer.

They kindly helped with early check-in and even fulfilled some special requests that were not part of their service. I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend it.

• Eliza (9/5): Άριστη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, περιποιημένο, άριστα εξοπλισμένο. - Άριστη τοποθεσία για διαμονή στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, δίπλα στο μετρό του Συντάγματος. Η πολυκατοικία διαθέτει το πρωί και φύλακα, λόγω κάποιων κρατικών υπηρεσιών που στεγάζονται στο κτίριο. Το κατάλυμα έχει και δική του χωριστή είσοδο, πριν τα δωμάτια. Γενικά η περιοχή είναι ασφαλής, με αρκετά μπαράκια και club. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, περιποιημένο, άριστα εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (καφετιέρα espresso με κάψουλες, βραστήρας, φρυγανιέρα, όλα τα κουζινικά για όποιον θέλει να μαγειρέψει), πολλές ντουλάπες, και laundry room με πλυντήρια, σίδερο κλπ. Μπουρνούζι /ρόμπα και παντόφλες μιας χρήσης δεν βρίσκεις πλέον ούτε σε ξενοδοχείο. Και επιτέλους ένας ιδιοκτήτης/διαχειριστής που ενδιαφέρεται για μας τους ταλαιπωρημένους από το ταξίδι και την κίνηση, ταξιδιώτες: δύο μπουκαλάκια εμφιαλωμένο νερό. Ένας καθρέφτης στο δωμάτιο θα ήταν χρήσιμος. Επίσης μια απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι και κάποιες γλάστρες με φυτά.

• LI JING (10/5): 一切完美, 願意再來, 謝謝招待 - 1. 住宿位置很方便, 離憲法廣場步行大概5-10分鐘, 位於中心去哪邊都很方便, 我們大多是步行 2. 與住宿方溝通良好, 中途我去聖島玩, 也讓我寄放兩天的行李, 入住時行李已經在房間, 非常感謝住宿方 3. 有洗烘衣機可以使用, 有提供洗衣粉, 完美! 4. 有咖啡機跟膠囊, 入住時會提供兩瓶飲用水 5. 最棒的是周邊很多好吃的宵夜: 走兩分鐘的Street Souvlaki, 住宿樓下的Net Athens, 完全不用怕半夜餓肚子 6. 在最棒的派店Ariston附近 一切都很棒, 再去雅典也會選擇住這邊<3 浴室相對舊一點點, 床頭一側的插座沒有功能, 就是一些小地方, 無傷大雅

• Fabio (10/5): Great stay in Athens. - We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Athens. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent — close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Nothing.

• Yehwan (10/5): - 시설이 이렇게 넓고 좋은 줄 모르고 예약했습니다. 기대 이상이어서 놀랐고, 좋았습니다. 2명이 쓰기엔 아~주 넓은 숙소였습니다. 방 2개 화장실 2개(욕실겸 화장실, 화장실), 스마트 tv와 소파가 있고, 넓은 식탁이 있어서 좋았습니다. 이용하지는 않았지만 세탁실도 숙소 바로 앞에 있고, 건물 1층에 버거가게는 카드도 가능했습니다. 유명 관광지 모두 도보로 이동했습니다. 이 숙소 추천합니다. 공항버스 타는 곳도 가까워요. 큰 슈퍼도 멀지 않고, 모두 걸어서 이용가능합니다.

• Kosta (7/5): Beautiful and large flat. Not good view though. - Large flat in the centre of Athens in a very good location. Very quiet despite being very central. I booked the flight because I wanted to see the Acropolis from the balcony. The view is not good. Nothing to see really there are just some other flats opposite- that don’t even look good. It’s misleading a picture with acropolis. I booked the specific flat because of the view that I was hoping to have. Very frustrating to go there and see that there is not view.

• Rocio (10/5): Hermoso lugar donde quedarse en Atenas - Estaba muy limpio, la zona era perfecta, estaba en pleno centro cerca del metro y de los autobuses para ir al aeropuerto, la residencia estaba muy bien mantenida. Lo super recomiendo. Contaba con lavandería, donde había shampoo, toallas y jabones por si se acababan, contaba con secadora de pelo, cafetera, tetera. Hizo de mi estancia en Atenas perfecto .

• Despina P. (8/5): Convenient, decent, effective staff and easy access - Location was very convenient, clean, and well kept given the building actually feels quite old. In our room we could hear either the boiler or the fan sound which was subtle but there, so someone that's sensitive to noise it might not be a good choice of holiday and relaxed sleep.

• Yana (10/5): היה מהמם, בפעם הבאה נחזור בכיף לאותה הדירה. - השהיה היתה מהממת, המיקום מרכזי ביותר, דירה מהממת, נקיה עם כל מה שצריך. בסופ״ש רועש, יש מועדון לילה בקומת קרקע/מרתף.
• romana (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο. Βρισκόταν δίπλα στο σύνταγμα και στο Μοναστηράκι. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, άνετο, και ζεστό. Το βασικότερο ήταν ο επαγγελματισμός ο μα καθώς ο κύριος Χρήστος ήταν απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός, και διαθέσιμος οποιαδήποτε στιγμή και αν τον χρειαστήκαμε. Ακόμη την τελευταία μέρα επειδή η πτήση μας αναχωρούσε αργά το μεσημέρι μας εξυπηρέτησε απολύτως με την φύλαξη των αποσκευών μας. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για την φιλοξενία!!! -

• Marika (10/5): Perfetto per esplorare Atene: posizione top e comfort assicurato - L'appartamento è stato perfetto: pulito, accogliente e in una posizione ideale, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Syntagma. La zona è tranquilla ma centrale, rendendo facile esplorare Atene. Consigliato per chi cerca comodità e comfort a un passo dalle principali attrazioni.
• Angeliki.P (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και με διαθεσιμότητα πάρκιν σε λογική τιμή. Περιποιημένο δωμάτιο. Υπήρχαν τρίχες στη ντουζιέρα και στην γωνίες του δωματίου που δεν είχαν καθαριστεί.
• Tatiana (10/5): Comfortable stay in the city heart. - It’s just five minutes from Syntagma square, it is the city centre. The apartment is spacious and comfy.
• noa33333 (8/5): - מיקום מעולה! יחסית למחיר התמורה ממש טובה. הייתה לנו בעיה בחדר ותוך חמש דק כבר קיבלנו מענה מהמארחים והם העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר בקלות. הריח בחדרים לא בשיא
• Georgia (9/5): - Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Έξτρα πετσέτες και χαρτί υγείας. Η βεράντα θέλει ανακαίνιση. Ο καλαθος για τα άχρηστα στην κουζίνα.
• Ron (8/5): Great location close to transport & main attractions. Very well appointed accommodation. - Central location close to Syntegna metro and Acropolis. Rooms clean & well appointed with good secure access. Access was well explained and easy. A desk to work from would have helped. The shopping/commercial centre the apartments are in is very run down.
• Inga (8/5): - The location is excellent, in the heart of the old town, the apartment has everything you need, the owner is responsive and very caring, no complaints at all. BUT we were unlucky, on the 1st floor there is a nightclub that started working at 11-12 at night until 4 in the morning and this really interfered with sleep.
