Next stay I have in the dells, I will be staying at this Hampton in again. - I was very excited about the quality and cleanliness I got for the very reasonable room price. Everything was clean, bright and very comfortable. It was quiet, peaceful, safe and clean. The breakfast and coffee were better than almost any continental breakfast I've had, and the location if fabulous for getting out and about during the day and not needing to go far.

Fresh fruit with a variety of entrées. The hotel was very clean. Great showers and layout. Easy walk to restaurants with a sidewalk outside. Nice feature after car riding all day, The paper product at breakfast were compostable (kudos) however the trash containers collected everything including organics plastics etc. Beds not overly comfortable.

The Breakfast could have had a few more menu options such as English Muffins, bacon, etc. Only 1 egg option, which was scrambled. I like raisin toast and it looked like they only had white and wheat bread. I didn't see anyone checking the area to see if any more food needed to be brought out.

- Dorothy (6/5): Daily Fresh towels and an experience without sewer flies was expected, so a very disappointing stay - The breakfast was fine, the location was good, the front desk staff was pleasant. Our room was never straightened up nor fresh towels to replace the soiled towels during the entire 4 night stay, we had to track down housekeepers in the hallway in order to exchange towels at one point. There were Tiny flies that flew around our room from the drains that were not very pleasant. Disappointed that unlike other Hampton Inns we have stayed at there wasn’t a nice sitting area outside with fire pit etc. there was absolutely no outside area except for a bench by the front door.

This was at 10 pm at night. We called the front desk they said other people complained and they were going to say something to them. They continued to be loud and obnoxious until after midnight!
