• Paula (9/5): Excellent apartment, good value for money and will definitely stay again - Great location. Quiet residential area just 10 minute walk from all the lively bars. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and 2 supermarkets close by. Apartment was very spacious with lots of wardrobe/drawer space. Beds were very comfortable and both showers were powerful. Apartment was very clean with bright modern interior and cool at this time (Nov) Think keys/locks need looking at. Entry system to outside door was tricky at first but easy afterwards when we obtained the keys. The key to the main building was also tricky and was difficult to turn which was very frightening one evening when it took me a while to get in.

• Eltonis (9/5): Superb - Apartment is in good location, clean and nothing is missing. With a nice view to the sea and city. Recommended When first arrived, guest doesn't have access to the parking. Remote control to open the gates must be collected from the apartment. So were do you park your car until you get the remote? Nowhere. There's not a single parking place in Benidorm even at low season. I spent 1,5 hours circling around in narrow hilly streets, tired after flight and drive to Benidorm. I ended parking where it's forbidden. And it takes time to get to apartment for the first time, so be ready to leave your car far away, probably where parking is forbidden for at least 20-30 minutes during low season. I think the owner should look for solutions. So -1 point for parking situation on arrival day. Otherwise, I liked everything else.

• James (9/5): Great location. - I just love the location with a complete view over Benidorm. Easy to get to with car parking on site. Great weekend again. Near masymas supermarket and all equipment provided. Perhaps the knives might be changed from fish knives. Perhaps ventilation in the bathroom could be looked at or avoid storage of a damp mop in the bathroom room.
• James (9/5): Great view over Benidorm - It has a great location and view over Benidorm. Easy to find and also for parking. All the facilities that one would want for a weekend or week for 3 or 4 people. It is not possible to leave the property with a car without the remote for the gate unless you ask the guard on site.
• Katrina (6/5): Pleasant - The property had most things you needed. Was able to Wash cloths but needed Somewhere to hang them after. Great view. Location was 30 min walk from Old town. No curtains. There was a canvas outside shade cover that could be extended down but did not cover the complete window. Bright lights from outside could not be blocked. Bedroom was flooded with light all night Resulted in minimum sleep.
• Glenn (7/5): Clean safe appartment in a great location - Location and cleanliness Very small for 6 people , the lifts were small and slow Also when checking out u need to leave the key fob for the carpark inside the apartment so it means you’re relying on another resident to open the gate for you . We waited 15 minutes and by luck someone else came else We could have sat waiting all day . The apartment walls we so thin you could hear a pin drop .

Location perfect if you want to hang out on the beach. easy and safe parking place, nice sea view. the fridge is really quite noisy at night. the beds can be more comfortable.

The view from the living room is amazing! It's a bit difficult to understand the check-in instructions as it has 2 entrances and the code they provided didn't work for us. The second room has no windows, if that's a meter for you.

• Fiona (8/5): Lovely apartment. Close to the action. Would stay again! - The apartment was perfect for my partner and 3 young adults. The standard of decor, the cleanliness was fantastic. I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it but we arrived late in the evening so we only used it to sleep. Make sure you read all of the instructions correctly as I believe there are 3 Don Miguel’s. We were not given access until after 4pm (at this time we were out in Benidorm. We had to leave all our belongings in the car until we returned from a night out as there were nowhere to leave them (no reception) We were advised we could’ve left our bags in the entrance but it’s unmanned and no cameras and you run the risk of another tennant taking them. When we did return, I had WhatsApp the agent to ask how to get in as it wasn’t straightforward. Luckily they reply straightaway and helped us get in.

• Zuzana (10/5): Top view in bubbly city - The view is simply TOP, imagine waking up and watching seaguls flying so close that you could nearly touch them. The apartment was new, very clean and with everything you needed for a vacation. It was very close to the beach and promenade but a little bit on the side, so you could sleep quite well during the night. We enjoyed many beautiful walks not just throught the city but also in the surroundings. The communication with the renting agency was excellent. Would definitely recommend. We were a bit disapointed that the sports ground in front of the building was dedicated only for tenis. We wanted to play netball with the kids but were told off by the housekeeper, who had the keys.

It's very nice to live here, it's quiet, the kitchen is equipped. The apartment is at your disposal. New bedding, huge TV with Netflix. Close to the beach and promenade. Easy and self-collection of keys in the locker. Very good contact with the rental company The buildings in Benidorm are as tall as those in Manhattan. They are not new. Personally, I'm afraid to ride in old, cramped elevators. Too many stairs and ramps, which may be a problem for older people. Latch door
• Bazza (7/5): Would stay again. - Booked at extremely short notice after a no show from our original booking and were great at sorting us out. No problem with it. Uphill and stairs so if you struggle it’s not for you. Gaining entry wasn’t the easiest I’ve had but got there in the end.
