- Jesse (10/5): Cutest little cottage - We had the most relaxing weekend getaway! The property is beautiful, far enough out of town that you can see all the stars at night and it’s quiet an peaceful, but close enough to get to all the hustle and bustle downtown in 10 minutes if you want to. Our only complaint is the smell of the water. We saw other reviews and were prepared for the sulfur smell but it was almost overwhelming. To the point that we opted not to use hot water at all. Not sure if it’s always like that or not, but it’s worth noting. Other than that, it was perfect. Paul was wonderful, he called before we arrived to walk us thru getting in and how to open the hot tub and all that. We would definitely stay again!

Our adult daughter was comfortable on the pull out couch in the living area. After a day out, the cabin provided what was needed for a weekend stay and able to cook a meal as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the deer and star gazing. Without wifi or tv, we unplugged and enjoyed the surroundings and each other.

The listing said it came with a king bed and a queen bed, however the queen turned out to be a pull out couch which is massively different in aspect of comfort as well as convience. The breakfast that it said was offered was legit just small bags of cereal. The shower drain was made too steep and made it quite slippery when taking a shower. Place was nice but not quite what we expected from the listing.

- Charles (10/5): Breezy-Hills away from it all in Whispering-Ridge hide-a-way just outside (south) of Fredericksburg - We drove down from Dallas TX going the Hwy 67 via Hico Tx Route into Llano where we stopped at COOPERS BBQ to eat & take enough leftovers to tide us over. ***PLEASE NOTE: We stayed at this very same place in the very same cabin with the very same host in April 2021 during the Covid madness. ***DO NOT EXPECT A TV, CABLE OR ANY INTERNET - WE ALL NEED TO JUST PULL AWAY FROM THAT FALSITY & THIS PLACE IS WHERE TO DO DO!. Anyhoo - We met the neighborhood cat which we named Stickers (he gets all these soft stickers stuck in his fur from being outside wildcat) he is very affectionate, playful & quite a pleasure to ourselves host as a visitor!. We hiked Enchanted Rock, went to Barons Creek winery, Leroy’s for Tex-Mex BBQ, & then toured slowly the Willow City loop drive (Better to do it on a weekday then on the weekends because it’s bumper-to-bumper Packed & tempers flare - we didn’t have hardly anyone on the drive-through with us.). We stayed an extra day it was so nice!. We drove back to Llano stopped off back at Cooper’s & then took a different way back home (route 29) catching up with 35 which was a quicker route anyway. BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!. The well water has a lot of sulfur apparently mixed in with it - takes some getting used to so just bring your own water.

The first night we were the only guests on site, NICE !!! The views were spectacular from both the porch and the hot tub which we enjoyed multiple times each day of our stay. - Sanndee (10/5): Peaceful Retreat - The cabin was very clean. It was spacious. It is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. The owner was very nice and quick to respond.
- Brian (10/5): Peaceful and close enough to everything - This is our favorite retreat location and our favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. Close enough to wineries, Nimitz museum, great food and drink, but at night quiet and peaceful with “stars at night are big and bright”. Ahhh, peace.

- Wendy (6/5): Not for families - We went on a family trip for my husband's birthday, we were traveling with a 9 yr old and a 17 yr old. We were never told even after them knowing we had kids and their ages, that there was no wifi or tv's for the kids to be entertained at night time. If we had known this upfront, we might not have booked with them or at least would have told our kids to bring things to keep them entertained. We will not be staying there again.

- James (7/5): Peace and quiet! - Very quiet, secluded location. Enjoyed that as a nice respite from the crowd in town. Morning coffee on the front porch, with the view, was a highlight. Beautiful cottage, inside and out. As a huge breakfast guy, the "free breakfast" was confusing. Turned out to be little bags of cereal (no milk!) and granola bars. So plan accordingly, as you wish.

They brought us a hot spot right away and the wine opener was missing but again, brought right away. This is an excellent get away. I would love to use the hot tub sometime. Great place.

This was our first stay in a B&B and we will for sure stay here again. We are planning our next stay at this same location. It was that nice!! I will and would recommend this to anyone. Book it you will absolutely love it!!! Short drive from Fredericksburg and many other sites to see yet out in the country and away from everything!!!! My only complaint is the breakfast part of the B&B experience. It was just dry cereal and oatmeal packs with only a couple single serve juices. But that will not stop us from staying here again. We had NO complaints about anything else.

- Shelly (8/5): Great views but misleading description - Property was great with a few exceptions, the item description is misleading in that it mentions 1 king and 1 queen bed and 2 rooms. It has 1 bedroom and a living room but not 2 bedrooms, and the queen is a sofa bed not a regular bed. Also the floor is painted concrete which is fine except when it comes to the bathroom which becomes very slippery when wet including the shower. Pulled cups out of cabinet that were dirty, also fans were covered with layers of dust

Cottage photos don't do it justice- alot roomier than it appears. 1 large king bedroom with walk-in closet, fully furnished kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink. Bar and table seating. 2 sofas. Large bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub). Hot tub with Bluetooth. Felt private and cozy. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Price was good for quality- hope it stays affordable. No tv, although was ok with us since we stayed gone alot. Wish the shower had more water pressure.

- Velez (10/5): Would recommend Breezy Hills Cottages! - I really was impressed with the cleanliness/tidiness of the cottage. The couches were very comfortable and stylish. Everything was easy to find and more than expected. Very pleased with the attention to detail. I have no complaints. Maybe a couple of hooks behind the doors would be helpful to guests.

- Tiffany (10/5): Best view. Very relaxing - We loved everything about this cottage. The view was wonderful and the hot tub was so relaxing! Seen tons of wildlife. We thought not having a tv was going to be tough but if was wonderful we made time for each other. I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about our stay.everything was just like it was listed, the breakfast provided was oatmeal and little boxes of cereal so make sure you take something for breakfast! But that was all we could say was wrong and that wasn’t wrong we just didn’t bring our own milk!!!
- Crystal (10/5): Amazing little getaway - The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a perfect (very large) cabin with phenomenal views. You can connect with nature or drive 10 mins to downtown Fredericksburg. Every cabin has their own private hot tub that is well maintained. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. I’m pulling at strings here to find something negative, my only recommendation would be to have the grass mowed to better access the hot tub
