- Le Rose (10/5): Tutto molto bello - Per la seconda volta prenoto per questa bella struttura.Un ritorno molto piacevole. In camera ci sta tutto, ambiente molto pulito e confortevole.Proprietario gentile e professionale.Lo consiglio.
- Valerio (9/5): Mia moglie ed io siamo stati benissimo. - La posizione è perfetta e bella, si trova in centro a solo 100 metri dal mare....che si vede anche dal terrazzino. La stanza è spaziosa e con tutti i comfort; bagno comodo e pulitissimo. Il posto auto è in strada e si trova facilmente anche sotto casa. Nello stesso stabile c'è un piccolo supermercato COOP con tutto l'occorrente. Uscendo da casa, con pochi passi si può arrivare sul lungomare pedonale, in spiaggia, al Porto ed alle pescherie e ristoranti. Con 10 minuti di auto si arriva al bellissimo Capo Colonna, appena fuori Crotone. L'ospitalità di Massimiliano e della sua compagna è ineccepibile e sono disponibili per eventuali necessità.
- K.K. (9/5): - Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w Crotone. Lokalizacja była świetna — bardzo blisko morza i wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc. Mieszkanie było bardzo przyjemne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, a pobyt minął w bardzo miłej atmosferze. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na wakacje we Włoszech.
- Marco (7/5): - Posizione centralissima, pulizia molto buona e una certo tentativo di alzare il livello dell’offerta, anche se con qualche inconveniente. Siamo arrivati e nonostante il preavviso la stanza era fredda e contrariamente alle nostre attese (avevamo prenotato una tripla di livello superiore allo standard) piuttosto piccola e in una condominio decisamente bruttino. Bello il bagno, però senza ventola e la doccia aveva la regolazione termica bloccata e perciò inutilizzabile. Il proprietario avvisato, dopo aver addotto scuse francamente improbabili, ci ha per la verità proposto un cambio upgrade, ma oramai eravamo già sistemati con camera riscaldata e lavati seppure a pezzi e per una notte non valeva la pena . Avrebbe dovuto controllare prima. Inoltre la colazione era si compresa, ma in un bar vicino, senza tavolini e quindi solo al bancone, ed era consistente in un caffè/cappuccio/the e una brioche. Non disponevano né di succhi né di spremute che ho dovuto prendere in un altro bar. Francamente piuttosto triste, tanto valeva non includerla nell’offerta.
