- Philip (7/5): - Loved the history associated with the motel, a true connection o the past. being in a quiet neighborhood was a plus. The room was a bit to the dark side and we are accustomed to being in a brighter environment.

- Joseph (10/5): Great Historical Hotel with Reasonable Rates - The location of the hotel is great! Most of the hotels in the area are on or just off of Main Street, which is always busy. The Apache Hotel is off the beaten path but walking to Main Street is a piece of cake. Nothing!

- Christine (10/5): Great Kitschy Motel With All The Right Amenities. - We love kitschy motels. They are somewhat vintage and dated, but offer all the right amenities - comfy bed, great shower, and clean. The TV was fairly mediocre, but we both were able to use our iPads for streaming what we wanted to watch.

Staff were nice and the grab a go breakfast with coffee in the office were enough to get our day started . Quaint pool area even though we did not use it , we sat on picnic table there and had lunch we picked up. Very quiet area . The furniture needs to be updated , other than that nothing else

- benjamin (10/5): Great value old school Moab motel - Large room with more of a clean Motel 6 style setup — nothing fancy, but comfortable enough after long days exploring Moab. There was a small fridge in the room which was useful. The best part of the stay was the atmosphere and little touches: homemade cinnamon buns and croissants for breakfast, plus free s’mores by the outdoor fireplace at night. The pool area looked really nice although we didn’t end up using it. Free parking was also a big plus in Moab. It’s about an 11 minute walk to Main Street, so close enough to get into town easily while still being a little quieter at night. Overall it feels more like a classic old-school road trip motel with character rather than a modern resort, and for the price it was a really great value in Moab One thing to know is the ice machine is really only practical for filling drinks, but they do sell large 8 lb bags of ice at the front desk which was convenient.

Le petit déjeuner proposé n’est pas très copieux quand vous n’arrivez pas les premiers il n’y a presque plus rien !! Dommage de ne pas repartir les croissants et rouler à la cannelle par personne. - Subhankar (10/5): One of the best stays in Moab! - Easy check in process, clean rooms, wash rooms, beds etc. The HVAC system was pretty good and located in a quite location. The staffs also helped me with some ice that I needed for my injury! I have stayed here for twice in a year and will definitely come back.

- Samantha (6/5): Not worth the money - Errrr Location is away from all amenities, in a residential area. Rooms are dated, it’s not a style, its old, stained and smelly. Think Norman Bates. Our room smelt like the men’s toilets, had to prop the door open to get rid of the smell. The bedding is past its sell by date and the furniture was blown, like it had been out in the rain for weeks.

They have the little extras that make the difference, like the fire pits and free s’mores kits free bicycles to ride, and a heated pool. It is only a four or five block walk to downtown, so location is great.

I also really liked that the staff lit the fire pit in the mornings and evenings, such a cozy spot! So colorful and cute. Parkin is a bit tight in the back section, I drive a large pick-up truck, however parking upfront is spacious enough!

- 1170rebeccaj (10/5): The perfect stay in Moab. - It is a wonderful, clean, comfortable place. We very much loved the attention taken to being a vintage stay. The staff is super friendly, and the homemade bakery and very tasty coffee was a great start to our day. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

They went the extra mile by wishing me a happy birthday and even surprising us with shirts—such a fun and thoughtful touch that made our trip even more special! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location is perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore and enjoy Moab. We also really appreciated the morning breakfast, which was a great way to start each day. Overall, it was such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Apache Motel truly knows how to make guests feel special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moab!

- David (10/5): - Location..quiets down every night while Main Street is an ATV and big truck swarm, but a 4 block walk that includes 2 blocks of Mill Creek path and you end up in the heart of restaurants and shops on Main Street. Its like an Oasis in town. The pool while small was put in for John Wayne when he stayed here and was never crowded. The evening and morning campfire gave a little sense of camping. The motel itself is a classic. So good we extended our two nights to four, and everybody here was very kind. The pinesol smell was a little overwhelming..but I guess you knew it had been cleaned.

Twice there were no open spaces in front of the motel. That's a good sign that the motel was full, but we had to find a spot further away from our room.

- John (9/5): Love Moab and love the motel. Had a firepit going when we returned from our day out that we loved. - It was just a small continental type breakfast but it did the trick! Had to take to the room or outside to eat. Not sure anything can ever be done about this as it is an old hotel but on the bottom floor when people are moving upstairs it can be pretty loud. Staying at such a historical hotel though you can expect some of those things.

I loved the bike wash setup with rags to clean the bikes - worked great after a dusty couple of days in the desert. A nice location away from the main highway through town, so it’s a little quieter than some of the other motels.

The fan was SO loud when you turned on the light for the bathroom. There should be a separate switch. We stayed for two nights and would have like our garbage disposed of and new towels, basic housekeeping even if they didn’t do beds and clean would be appreciated. And a larger TV doesn’t cost that much and would make a big difference.
