- J (6/5): Buiten het toeristenseizoen geen aanrader. - Mooie ligging. Heel weinig én kleine parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel en directe omgeving. Bij ontvangst was men niet genegen te helpen met bagage. Het strand lag vol met een decimeters dikke laag afgestorven zeewier. Ons is niet duidelijk of dat vaak voor komt of niet en hoe men een denkt op te ruimen.

La nostra camera era stupenda, dotata di ogni comfort e una vista davvero speciale con un balconcino da favola. La colazione è servita su una terrazza da sogno, molto variegata e super buona. La spiaggetta è molto accogliente. La spa è stata bellissima e super rilassante, peccato che l'ora sia volata. La convenzione con il parcheggio è top dal momento che ti dimentichi l'auto visto che hai il centro del paese e dei ristorantini a due passi.

It must’ve been the beginning of the season and they did not let us know that when we booked there wasn’t as much service. No beach service until Saturday.

Bisognerebbe specificare meglio dettagli sulla vista mare perché in base alla camera che capita anche di pari livello puo cambiare notevolmente per via della vegetazione che la copre parzialmente (noi siamo stati fortunati)

The restaurant, breakfast lounge, beach bar all had incredible views. Breakfast was excellent. Not a lot! There was no floor towel provided for the shower

- Sylvia (7/5): Ok für einen kurzen Urlaub - Wirklich schön ist der Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Massagen waren wirklich gut und entspannend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und auch der Blick aufs Meer hinaus ist vom Zimmer wunderschön. Das Spa ist toll, aber nur einmal gratis zu besuchen. Frühstück sehr eintönig, immer gleich. Zb nur kalte harte Eier - 1 x waren die aber flüssig … Es gibt schöne Sitzmöbel im Freien, Polster dafür gab es aber nur am ersten Tag, dann wurden sie nicht mehr belegt. Der Strand ist im Oktober quasi nicht vorhanden, Berge von Seegras. Das Spa ist wirklich schön, aber es ist eine Energieverschwendung es immer nur exklusiv für eine Std freizugeben. Es gibt eine große Sauna, ein Dampfbad, einen wunderschönen, großen Whirlpool und einen Ruheraum mit Ausblick. Das nur für 2 Gästw und dann nur für 1 Std zu nützen ist wirklich schade. Will man nochmal gehen kostet der Besuch €40,- pro Person. Exklusiv - aber unnötig!

- Riccardo (4/5): Soggiorno molto negativo - Il luogo Check-in molto tardi (ore 15), check-out molto presto (ore 10). Se si arriva un po’ prima, anche se le stanze sono libere, pretendono 50 euro per accedere alle stanze prima delle 15. La mattina dopo bisogna lasciare le stanze alle 10 e consentono di rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 12, altrimenti bisogna ancora pagare. Mai capitato in nessun albergo. Oltretutto la stanza è tutt’altro che economica. Trattamento veramente insopportabile. Ovviamente non vi andrò più.

Well organised and managed - very professional and friendly helpful staff throughout. Comfortable well equipped room with balcony with great sea view. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast on beautiful terrace with lots of choice. Easy walk to town or shuttle available if needed to lovely town with lots of restaurants and bars for the evening. Perfect for relaxed break by the sea. Going home!

Ristorante ottimo e con buona cantina, posizionato alla grande per cene romantiche al tramonto ( da non perdere) . SPA non grande ma elegante e realizzata molto bene. Massaggi fantastici e altamente professionali . Servizio spiaggia di alto livello ( degno di un 5 stelle) Mancanza piscina . Poca frutta a colazione e pochi formaggi. Parcheggio all’aperto ed extra struttura in quanto ubicato a 400 mt dall’hotel nei pressi della piazza, non segnalato come tale in fase di prenotazione ( anche se dotato di video sorveglianza ). In alcuni giorni la poseidonia si accumula sulla spiaggia nonostante tutto quello che fa il personale nel pieno rispetto della natura visto che è solo una questione di correnti e non un problema.

- Caroline (8/5): We definitely would come again if food was improved. - The property is beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the beach was wonderful. The water was very calm great for kids! The breakfast was good with variety of choices but the food at lunch and dinner was a disaster. Food was a struggle in our stay. We tried to order different things everyday but definitely flavours are missing. We tried a burger, the bun was HUGE and the burger was raw uncooked. We also tried to order shrimps with gnocchi, they gave us two tiny shrimps. The fish was frozen, you could taste it. I hope they can do something with the food!

- Jonathan (6/5): Good hotel ruined by the staff. - Gate to hotel locked at 11:00 pm & no warning so had to wait 45 minutes while the night manager discovered there was another gate he could open from reception to allow us access. He had not been trained. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was non existant. Staff just ignored you & no one asked if we wanted beverages. We had to go and grab them to get served. A hotel that is run by an obviously incompetent Manager

Located directly on the beach and within a short walk to town, it fulfilled every need. The one factor that sets it apart and above are the exceptional staff. Nothing. It was perfect.

- Allison (9/5): Great hotel with many positives - we will visit again! - The property is right on the beach in one of the loveliest towns we have seen. The dining facilities overlook the ocean and they serve a beautiful breakfast. Eduardo, who works in the dining and bar area was fantastic and made our visit so welcome and hospitable. He should be teaching staff about hospitality! A good bit of hallway noise distracts from quiet rooms. This could be aided by carpeted hallways or at least runners.
- Kristine (10/5): A relaxing way to end a vacation in southern Italy, without the chaos of the Amalfi Coast. - The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of foods for every palate with seating on the balcony of the main restaurant, right across from the sea. Dinner in the main dining room was delicious. The servers were very attentive and aimed to please. There were not many dishes that did not contain seafood. The town was within easy walking distance and there were plenty of stores for shopping and restaurants, including an award winning ice cream parlor. The hotel parking lot was not right next to the hotel, but there was a shuttle to take you to the car. It was included in the price of the room and the distance was not far.
