Koniecznosc dojscia do apartamentu pod gore. (My dalismy rade ale starsze osoby mialyby problem) Na booking jest inf ze wszystkie oplaty wliczone sa w cene a po zakupie dochodzi koniecznosc zaplaty podatku miejskiego. Najgorszy jednak byl totalny brak kontaktu z wlascicielem przez 2 dni. Dzwonilam i wysylalam wiadomosci na whats up i przez telefon jednak bez skutku. W apartamencie bylo potwornie zimno , kaloryfery byly zimne, woda w kranie raz byla zimna raz ciepla. Potrzebowalismy pomocy wlasciciela a niestety jej przez 2 dni nie otrzymalismy. A gdyby dzieci zamknely klucz w apartamencie i przez 2 dni nie moglibysmy sie dostac do srodka? Gdzie mialabym szukac pomocy? Przyjechalismy na Swieta a przy stole 5 osobowa rodzina siedziala w kurtkach i spiworach. Lodowka sie nie domykala, pralka na gorze zardzewiala, naczynia byly niedomyte. Nie rozumiem tych wszystkich wysokich ocen.

• Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - Both Vittorio and his son were exceptional hosts, helpful and kind Our car battery died- Vittorio was there in a moment, and went out of his way to get us help in no time. The house was great for our kid, who absolutely refused to leave it, and the small breakfast table under the grape wines was a lovely spot. The town is nice and quite, very charming.

• Gabor (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment in the medieval city center. Cosy and relaxing in a beautiful scenery, just as staying inside a movie. Vittorio is a super host, helps a lot, what to see nearby. We enjoyed the stay and definitely willing come back!
• Robert (8/5): Nice place but avoid in hot summer! - + Vittorio is so kind and so helpful person that I add two points in the general rate! + Everything was perfectly clean; + Comfy bed in main bedroom; + I could come back (on two of us) but not in the summer; + Good wi-fi; - Lack of air condition is a huge problem and fan does not change everything. It was very hard to sleep at night. - Location is a tricky question because it is in the very centre of borgo (Old Town) but you can not come by car. So we have to left the car down and climb with luggages on many, many stairs. Boys helped us but still... - Small bathroom and shower; - The kids' bedroom is small;
