• Sai (10/5): - The checkin was smooth. The staff was friendly . It is a small hotel with 8 floors. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is a bit hard as the other reviewers mentioned but it's fine for me. The best was the Japanese style toilet and a very adequate ventilation fan. Breakfast was included - congee and toast with eggs and coffee and tea served in the lounge on the first floor. Also coffee and snacks are available in the day. It is conveniently located if you want to shop around in the Lee Garden plaza area. There is a night market nearby. A comfortable hotel to stay if you want to be in the Lee Garden area.If you want to go to Central Festival plaza area, you need to take transport there. At the time we were there, quite a few shops are closed.

• Laxana (8/5): - Good location. The eateries, markets, Starbucks, 7-11, the train station are all within walking distance. This boutique hotel offered a clean room to sleep in with standard amenities. The common area is also small but tidy. The room that I was given was by the common area (aka a coffee shop). It has a balcony which is useless: surrounded by the back of dirty old buildings, decorated with plastic decor and no breeze. So I kept the door shut all the time. TV signal in the room was inconsistent. I had waited the whole week to watch my favorite TV show one night but no signal. Bummer! Free breakfast was at the minimum level both for quantity and quality. Good thing for me that a Starbucks is nearby. One of housekeeping staff, Nok, made my stay here a pleasant one with her service and smiles. Kob-Khun ka!

• TEO (6/5): POOR WI-FI - I was happy with the stay except for the Wi-Fi system. After locking in the Wi-Fi in the room, the wi-fi automatically kept going off within 5 mins even after locking in again. Very frustrating.... Hope they can improve on the wi-fi system like other hotels
• SIAH MOI (8/5): - Room are spacious , bed mattress and pillow are good , bathroom cleanliness can be better , lobby areas are small and breakfast are simple which serve the same daily , room rate that I paid are little more expensive as compare to other hotel , reception do not understand English thus difficult to communicate

Dining area is relaxing & comfortable as it is new & clean. Our group of 13paxs booking for 4 rooms love it very much.

Room is adequate though the balcony faces another residential unit which is only meters away. Staff can only communicate in basic English. Breakfast is only soft boiled eggs and porridge with coffee/tea. Need to log in to Wifi every time we return to the hotel. Password changes every day so have to call the reception for new password daily.

Price is slightly on the high side compare to other hotel nearby but room are bigger and modern design. They have free complimentary coffee on the first floor of the hotel from morning till 4pm daily and also offer some light snacks

• Pek Lay (10/5): - Place overall was clean, except abit mouldy smell since it wasnt in operation during the covid. However, after a few hours after circulation it was gone. Staff was nice and friendly. The washing basin was separated with the toilet make it so convenient for us. Shopping and food was just walking distance. Their breakfast wasn’t intensive, but have all the basics. Their porridge was very nice.

• CHIEWYIN (6/5): - The hotel is new, so their furniture, property outlook, toilet is good. However their pillows was smelly, and when I request to change the cover bed sheet, the staffs so rough. And my room got mosquitoes, after report, still the same. Some of their rooms, the lock got problem, my relatives had been locked outside the room, and wait for 1 hour for the technician. And their breakfast everyday was same and simple.

• RichardEr (8/5): - The toilet bowl is one of the best, above it’s class. Super king size bed and clean room. The ventilation fan above the room entrance cannot be closed, unless you off the air conditioner, it is very annoying especially during late night. I have told the receptionist and she send the technician to check, but nothing can be done. The management should try to solve this problem. Another thing is the mini fridge in the room. You can hear the noise when you have off the tv. This should either replace with a quieter model or place somewhere else, not in the room. Over price compared to it’s class and facilities.

• JY (8/5): - Overall its a not bad hotel. We got a family room that can sleep 4. Toilet door cant be fully closed. Toilet door is translucent which is not really good for families. There are no wardrobe or drawers in the room. Housekeeping came around 1-2pm which is later compared to other hotels. Staffs are friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at around 12noon

Nothing much to do around the area though but you can hire a private car to Songkhla. About $1800baht for a full day tour. Pavements not wheel-chair accessible.

Opposite the hotel a lot of eating place. beside the hotel have 1 shop which sell a lot of souvenir and thai tibits Very new and clean hotel, just about 1 year only. Room space is very big and toilet equipment is Japanese style. WIFI is very strong Staff is very friendly and helpful,good in English. Recommend a lot of interest place to visit. Will arrange Tuktuk for us. Last day going to airport also arrange comfort van send us. Safety is quite good, you need to tap the room card before enter the hotel lift. but sometime the safety door is keep open.
