• dany (4/5): - Quartier douteux. Propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée laisse à désirer. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Par contre, bien situé pour visiter Rome.
• Yuna (8/5): - 入り口が分かりにくいため、事前にスタッフからくるメッセージを確認する必要がある。Google地図では辿りつかない。セルフチェックインはスムーズにいけた。 少し階段を登る必要がある。 ドライヤーは故障していたが、部屋は狭すぎず利用しやすい。スタッフの対応は良い。
• Ignacio (10/5): - For our first time in rome this place was everything we needed. Was clean had a fridge and the AC worked fine. Wifi was good and the espresso machine in the main area was always stocked. Staff were responsive on whatsapp. Since we were going all over the city it was convenient to be close to the main station and metro line. Personally I didnt find it loud at night since the area is pretty desolate. But you are less than a 10mins walk to some nice bars and restaurant's.
• Philip (8/5): - Friendly and knowledgeable greeting. Propery is secure although a little difficult to find. Three SMALL sets of steps to gain entry - but not overly difficult. No lift. Quiet and would stay again.
• Luciana (10/5): Ótimo lugar! - A hospedagem é perto da estação termini e a uma quadra da estação de metrô Vitório Emanuelle. No quarto que ficamos tem uma mesa para refeições e todas as comodidades que um quarto precisa. Tem uma cozinha a disposição dos hóspedes, sem fogão, mas com geladeira, pia, microondas com grill e uma cafeteira. O anfitrião sempre deixa cápsula de café e chá, como também açúcar.
• ANA PAULA (8/5): Some rooms excellent and some bad - I stayed at the same hotel from 2-5 January and I rated excellent! However, this time I was assigned a room that was not noise proof and the couple next door kept us awake so much sexy noises they made all night. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. So the room at the right end of the corridor is not worth a good grade
• ANA PAULA (10/5): Aconchegante e limpo! - Muito aconchegante! Apesar da rua ser bem assustadora a noite, quando se chega no edifício e vê o quarto e o banheiro vemos que tudo vale a pena!
• Sarah (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war ok. Aber ich würde jeden von der Umgebung Termini abraten. Es ist der dreckigste und gefährlichste Teil in Rom. Überall liegt Müll und es riecht nach Urin und überall sind Obdachlose.

• Simon (8/5): - Posotiv: Freundliches Personal, Zimmer stets sauber, Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, Bad sehr groß mit Regendusche. Küche durfte man auch nutzen(toaster, mikrowelle, obstkorb zum SB. Metro 2 min Fußweg. Negativ: Die Frühstücksauswahl war immer etwas komisch: Man hatte einen Zettel wo man aus verschiedenem Essen und Trinken auswählen konnte, am nächsten Tag hatte man den selben zettel und musste mit Radiergummi die auswahl (falls man es nicht mehr haben wollte) ausradieren. So gab es leider oft Missverständnise und das falsche wurde serviert. was nicht schlimm ist, geschmeckt hat alles trotzdem

Además, aunque era moderno nuestra habitación tenía fallos enormes como el tragadero de la ducha, la dixha de wc goteaba y lo peor: el wc no tragaba bien. Lo comunicamos , lo miraron y nos dijeron que al día siguiente seguirían intentándolo y ya no se volvió a saber. Terminamos teniendo que llenar un cubo y volcarlo, y jorobando lo que tenía q ser una agradable estancia. no lo recomiendo sobre todo por la dejadez. también se olvidaron las toallas y el gel el primer día

• Verified traveler (10/5): Ótimo B&B e atendimento excelente - Fizemos a reserva em cima da hora, chegamos ao local e não parecia bonito, o anfitrião não estava e aguardamos no hall do prédio. O entorno não é bonito, porém é 10 min a pé da Estação Roma Termini. É perto de várias lojinhas e mercadinhos tipo camelô, tem paradas de ônibus e metrô na mesma quadra. O quarto foi surpreendente cômodo, limpo e bem decorado. O café da manhã servido no quarto pela anfitriã é uma delícia, sem contar que quando se chega no apartamento tem lanche e café à disposição. Ótimo atendimento, Lucia é um amor.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved how every morning Lucia was extremely pleasant when bringing breakfast. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable with a big beautiful shower. Felt good coming back from a long day of sight seeing to this property. I also love the shared space with snacks and things of that sort (which is all free) in case you’re a snacker in the middle of the night like me. Although there are other people within the same property (different rooms, different guests) we never really crossed paths with them, I guess we were all too busy exploring Rome. I see a lot of reviews talking about the outside of the property with people roaming around, I can assure you it is just regular people walking around, it is not a unsafe neighborhood at all (and also there are cops around if you ever do feel unsafe). I would recommend this property. A great place for an even better price.
• valentina (8/5): Very nice room with spacious bathroom - We arrived on Tuesday late in the evening. As there is no reception in the evening we got instruction on how to get into the building by email. Room facing the interior courtyard is very nice, spacious, quiet and modern. There are complementary tea / coffee, biscuits and fruit available in the common area. Breakfast is good. The place is 2 mins walk from the metro station Vittorio Emanuele. Staff very friendly. The neighbourhood is not very attractive.
• Sara (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Esperienza molto carina, camera praticamente nuova e Lucia molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque. L’unica pecca la doccia dove si fa un po’ fatica a mettere l'acqua alla giusta temperatura. Colazione sempre puntuale e molto buona. La stanza si trova vicino ad una fermata della metro e in generale anche girando a piedi si può visitare tranquillamente molte cose.

• LTB (2/5): - We booked this place but never stayed. At the time we were to check in, I received a message stating “we had to proceed to urgent unplanned maintenance to the room you booked at Houspitality Nero B&B and the room is not available...” The owner followed up with a call and offered to have her husband take us to another property across town, but we declined. Our plans were based on the location we booked. Whether the owner overbooked or had a legitimate emergency, I do not know. Accordingly, I struggled with whether or not to give this review. I decided to give the review, because no one should have the experience of arriving in a foreign country thinking accommodations are all set only to be told last minute that there is an issue. I did not realize there was an issue until I arrived to check-in, so I did get to see the building. This place seems to be in an unkept part of town, but I did not feel unsafe.
• Päivi (8/5): - B&B was clean and nice, owners were lovely. Close to Termini station and easy access to Metro, easy to move around. Neighborhood felt really unsafe, there were loads of black men hoovering around and they were also selling drugs just under our window.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 部屋はきれいで快適でしたが、場所がアパートの一角にあるので、非常に見つけにくかったです。部屋に入るのに鍵が４つあり、古いのか少し開けにくいと感じました。地下鉄の駅から近くて便利ですがあまり夜遅くは歩き回りたくない感じです。スタッフの人は親切で気持ちよく泊まることができましたが、午前中しかいないので、いない時に何かあると不安です。事実、夜、突然ヒューズが飛び2度停電しました。幸い宿泊者の一人が対応してくれましたが、外国では不安に感じると思います。
• Dominique (8/5): Feel almost like home..... - Lucia our hostess was very kind. The breakfast were delicious and the room very confortable. They offered the transfert for the airport and it was A one......the only point was that the environnement seems to be not safe, but in reality the police officers are walking the streets all the time......it was a nice stay near of Termini Train station......

• Jennifer (8/5): Adorable apartment in an iffy location - Unfortunately this darling apartment is located in an undesirable location. I would not recommend it for families. However, it is definitely a great value if you are looking for something on a budget and close to the train station. Lucia was so sweet and helpful!
• Veselina (10/5): Great choicd - We needed a hotel urgently as our flight was cancelled last minute. This hotel was a great choice as the staff was incredibly friendly and the room was great and comfortable. Overall, amazing.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Less than average - This is not a hotel. You can find better with the same price. The welcoming wine was cute but the breakfast was so bad and small portions. Good for a quick nap before a flight but if you want to stay more in Rome I don’t recommended. There is no resiption but Lucia is very helpful and can reach her by phone. The electricity was shoud down twice daily for no reason. I couldn’t sleep because of the light of the sun, there is a shatter but it do nothing.

Shower early or plan to have a cold shower! *Electricity went out multiple times during one of the nights.

The area was VERY run down and covered in graffiti, and the hotel is not well sign posted but the host came into the street to find us. There was no hand soap for our entire stay and no toilet roll for the first day. Overall would not come back due to area.
