• Chris (6/5): Adequate - Location In the email it was not obvious that we were to access the unit with instructions on how to get the keys. We thought we would be handed them. We manage to access the appropriate email remotely to give us the process for access. We were not aware the unit was managed independently from an onsite manager, which was explained by the complex manager whom we met who explained that I had booked through a B&B arrangement.

• Bexxie (10/5): Great little getaway - I loved relaxing in the roof top spa and plunge pool. The apartment was just perfect. Would easily fit in a small family of 4. The downstairs pool felt extremely warm and the apartment was close to everything with free parking and easy walking distance to the beach. Great park for the kids nearby and excellent restaurants located in the heart of Mooloolaba. The place was extremely clean and I'll be returning again in the near future. Definitely recommend for a tranquil relaxing getaway. Can't fault it except maybe the views weren't the best because of the thick rain the first night however the morning was sunshine and beautiful so I couldn't complain really.

• John (7/5): Okay for an overnight stay. - Host was easy to contact. Location is close to restaurants. Apartment was at the back of the property and there is no real view. Whilst it didn’t impact my stay the second bedroom has very small bunk beds that would only suit small children.

• Christine (6/5): The owner was lovely to deal with, but it should be transparent when booking this accommodation that it is not managed v - This is actually a vacation property / airbnb style accommodation and not part of the hotel. This was not evident when booking the accommodation via the app. Found out when I was messaged by the owner on where to collect the keys etc. Whilst the owner was lovely to deal with, I prefer to stay in hotels not airbnb accommodations where there are cleaning fees attached if you don’t clean prior to vacate to the owner’s instructions.

• Duane (7/5): Well located unit suitable for family with young children. - The location is very good. The kitchen facilities are good. The pool, spa, gym, etc were really good facilities although we didn't use them. The second "bedroom" is tiny. It is not a bedroom. They sent me a message saying it was only suitable for children, so that was fine. It wasn't very spacious. It seemed quite expensive for what we got. The ocean view is a glimpse.

Felt secure & safe Minimal space to keep luggage especially if you’re using both bedrooms. It was fine for us as it was 2 of us. There are draws in main room if want unpack.

• Allyson (7/5): Mooloolaba is a gem, we loved staying there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. - I liked the location, the layout of the apartment was great, undercover and secure parking. The linen on the bed looked worn, same with the towels they were very thin. I didn’t like that I paid $400 and had to do the dishes and put the rubbish out! I stayed in Hotel X in the valley the weekend before and everything was covered for less money?!

• Kim (3/5): MOOLOOLABA Beach resort. - Location There were nonstaff to speak of. The apartment smelled like mould, the sheets were damp, the TV didn't work. There were water stains and leaking damage throughout the apartment. The spa was not heated, overall the apartment was very tired. Not seeing the 4.5 star rating.

It was lovely ,tidy and the host Laura had great communication and flexibility. Flexible check in and out times as well!

The bunks in the "second" bedroom were impossible for an elderly person to sleep on and one of us had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch with just a rug, very dissapointed and we left early because of this. We would not stay here again.

• Joseph (7/5): Great location-small apartment. - We liked the location, close to restaurants and water. Parking is tight but was very accessible. Thanks to Laura for early check in. It was musty, our child was as tall as an adult and the bunk beds are very small. Wouldn’t want to be over 10 years old or at least be very short maybe 5ft or less. Luckily the couch pulled out to be a bed. The layout was weird and small. The main bedroom’s sliding doors didn’t slide and need fixing. Funky(not good) cover over lounge.

• Jennie (3/5): disappointing - Location was central, close to beach and shops I feel like the property should not have been advertised as a 2 bedroom unit. The second bedroom is 2 short bunks in an area the size of a wardrobe. I was travelling with my adult daughter and expected a 2 bedroom unit to be suitable for two adults but it was not. The second bedroom is only suitable for small children and this should have been made clear. The cost was expensive in comparison to all the other 2 bedroom units we booked on our trip and to have to sleep in a child’s bunk was disappointing.

• Jeanne (8/5): Comfortable, clean and well appointed kitchen. - Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of power plugs. Sorry I didn’t stay longer than one night. Quiet location overnight. Don’t arrive between 2.50- 3.30pm on schooldays because parents clog the road to pick up kids from school around the corner. Beware the car space for 422 is tight and a little awkward to reverse into, with a square pillar.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The kitchen had everything we required and the bed was comfortable. The best thing we liked was being able to walk down to the restaurants each evening.
