C’est bruyant, nous y étions le lundi de Pâques à 6h du matin une trentaine de philippins se sont retrouvés au milieu de toute les chambre pour la messe. Je n’ai pas compris le choix du lieu de faire ça en plein milieu d’un hôtel Pas d’eau chaude et peu de pression. Pas de location de scooter, pas de laundry… ça manque de service

Ventilator in de kamer was erg fijn en je kan je scooter in het binnen tuintje parkeren. Goede ligging net buiten de drukke straat, waar je weer bent in 5 min lopen. Ook fijne plek om opgehaald te worden als je een transfer van wilt naar volgende locatie. Douche was alleen koud. Maar met warme weer niet het grootje probleem.

• Giulia (5/5): Good for the price - Very good location you can walk to anywhere in el Nido town. Staff was nice and helpful. I stayed in the deluxe double: the room had a good size, the a/c and WiFi were working well. Overall, it's ok for what I paid but you have to be willing to adapt a bit In general, it was all quite old. The room was not that clean, I had to ask to remove spiders and spiders web from the bathroom. The balcony is just a shared area in front of all other rooms and it faces the main street. This means it was super loud and the curtains in the room can't be opened (they are literally blocked).

• Dagarag (3/5): Overall, the experience was frustrating. The downgrade in room type, lack of proper facilities, and cleanliness issues d - None as we are not able to stay there I booked at Cliffside last February 23, but upon arrival we were unexpectedly rebooked to another inn, with the explanation that they were already full. This was very disappointing, especially since we were not informed in advance and we came from tour A and all are already wet. Although they have sent us to the inn where they rebooked for free, the whole stay isn’t relaxing. 1. I booked a deluxe quadruple room, but we were transferred to a triple room (1 single bed and 1 family bed). The space was too small for four people, and even the CR was very cramped. 2. I paid ₱4,500 for two nights including taxes expecting the aesthetic cliffside view. Instead, we were transferred to an inn that I personally would not have chosen. They told us the room costs ₱5,000 for two days, but the reception clearly posted the triple room rate at ₱2,200 per night, which felt misleading. I would choose those few kilometers away if we just knew this will happen, we came from Angelic Tourist Inn a day before and it is far more convenient and comfortable. 3. The toilet flush was not working properly and the water flow is too weak. 4. There were cockroaches roaming around the room. 5. The aircon was okay, but it did not compensate for the overall poor condition and impression of the room. 6. Honestly, if we didn’t have kids with us, we would not have accepted the rebooking at all.

• Markus (6/5): Pretty ok place to stay in El Nido - Pretty old but good size bungalow with ok bed. Pillows were not so good. Fan was fixed to one point in the wall so had to sleep other way in the bed. Water tap in the shower was so high in the wall that if you are less that 160cm tall you need help to turn it on :D Nice terrace in front of the bungalow and the area is pretty nice. You could hear noise from the main street inside pretty good. There is a some sort of construction going on and the banging starts around 08:00 in the morning. Our bungalows roof was fixed the time we stayed so the noise when banging new material on the roof was quite something :D You could actually see the workers outside from our bungalows windows and they could see inside to the room/bathroom so that wasn't so nice.

Za oknem ktoś mieszkał (poza terenem obiektu) i często bywali głośno, palili papierosy i było czuć w środku. Fajny czarny pies, ale za bardzo żuli i ma pchły (ale i tak go lubiłem)

I arrived late and had only little time to spend, bit they organized even at night a Island tours for the next day and an transport to my next destination. My Room Nr. 2 was very noisy because of the street traffic. If possible try to get a room more far from the street and the neigbour parking spot.

• Claire (5/5): Catastrophique - L'emplacement, la terrasse spacieuse Nous avions réservé et payé il y a longtemps mais il n'avait pas de chambre pour nous à l'arrivée donc ils ont quand même finis par trouver une chambre mais nous avons du changer de chambre à la fin de notre séjour dans une chambre à coter de la laverie, une chambre qui je crois est en travaux ou du moins n'est plus en location , ils nous ont installé là comme si nous étions des moins que rien alors que nous sommes clients et franchement c'est honteux !!!! Il y a eu des travaux tout le long du séjour devant les bungalows avec un bruit pas possible avec perceuse ect... Le genre de travaux que l'on fait quand il n'y a pas de clients et non pas dès 8h du matin jusqu'à 17h ... bref un séjour catastrophique

• Stefano (9/5): - Posizione centralissima, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ogni zona del centro. Accanto al canopy walk! Ristoranti, bar e qualsiasi servizio a portata di mano! Staff molto gentile. Camera molto carina e più spaziosa della media di el nido, acqua della doccia tiepida ed è molto raro trovarla qui! Qualità/prezzo ottimo! La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada e di conseguenza c'era molto rumore ad ogni ora c'è un gran passaggio di qualsiasi mezzo. Armatevi di tappi e mascherina per dormire. Colazione assente

• William (4/5): I was expecting a little more comfort considering I stayed 5 days. - There were many shops, cafes, restaurants, and access to a varitey of services to book and make reservations. The room was directly next to a very busy road with traffic 24 hours a day. It was very noisy and sleeping was impossible. The room was minimal and basic...no pictures, nothing to make the room comfortable. We were moved to another room which was quiet at night but extremely noisy during the day as there was construction going on from about 8 am to about 5 pm. The construction was noisy and the vibrations caused the room to shake and rattle for endless hours. Also, the hotel did not serve breakfast except ham. We were a bit surprised.
• Emanuela (2/5): Mai Più! - La posizione e lo staff. Tutto , io non capisco perché le persone non facciano le recensioni reali! Dall’esterno mi sembrava carino, le camere sono un tugurio , puzzano di muffa, sono piene di zanzare ed insetti. Le finestre non si chiudono , i bagni sono comunicanti con la camera a fianco dunque si sente qualsiasi cosa. Non hanno un piatto doccia, e l’acqua esce marrone. Quindi anche fare una doccia è impossibile . In 5 giorni non c’è stanto neanche uno svuotamento di cestino , ne un cambio di asciugamani. Inoltre queste camere sono proprio al di sotto di un crestone di roccia che chissà uno di questi giorni qualcuno ci resta seppellito! . Sono dovuta restare 5 giorni, dove ho cercato alternative ma era tutto pieno . Non tornerò mai più al Nido. I turisti vengono visti come dei bancomat ambulanti. A chiunque mi chiederá sconsiglieró il posto. Le persone che pagano per venire a visitare la vostra terra vanno trattate con rispetto.

• Daniel (3/5): - Great location. Cold bucket shower, in one night of raining one bed was full wet from a leaking and they couldnt change rooms or even the bed, had to move the bed in the diagonal with a bucket.
• Iratxe (4/5): - La ubicación es perfecta y el trato de los trabajadores excelente. Había mucho ruido cerca de nuestra habitación por unas obras que estaban haciendo, no había forma de dormir. Además, la ducha no funcionaba y el colchón tenía chinches. Aunque por lo que se paga no se puede pedir más.

Gestori presenti e collaborativi, ottima posizione per il centro di El Nido, decisamente un rapporto qualità - prezzo conveniente dimensioni dei bagni delle camere standard da rivedere

• Philip (7/5): Lovely place to stay, not sure about their travel agency. - Really loved the chilled out atmosphere and the architecture of the cottages. It felt really in keeping with the island. Loved having hot water on tap to make tea. Very close to tghe canopy walk and close enough to the beach. We booked two trips with their travel agent. The first one was generally great except for the hidden dairy in the food (we had told them we are lactose intolerant and explained we could not eat dairy including food cooked in butter). We had to cancel the second one last minute because my wife was ill. I wasn't expecting a refund, but it would have been nice if the agent had asked how she was before emphasising "no refund".

• Seila (8/5): - Todo bien, la habitación estaba bien, sencilla cómoda. El personal amable. Está al principio del pueblo pero cerca de todo, es muy tranquilo y muy cuidado por dentro, la limpieza bien. Todo bien, el agua fría es así en toda la isla.
• Ondrej (9/5): Good place in central El Nido - I stayed in the deluxe room which is quite decent size, wifi was good and stable, TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and some others (I think I saw Disney as well), staff is always nice and helpful, location is good as it's very close to all the restaurants and main beach (and tours) The deluxe room is right next to a busy road so expect to hear tricycles, motorbikes etc. (cottages shouldn't have this problem), pillows were very hard, probably the hardest I've ever slept on, shower water pressure is bit light, otherwise I quite enjoyed my stay and recommend the place!

Le stanze non avevano possibilità di chiudere le finestre. E muri troppo sottili era come essere in stanza coi vicini
