The lady cleans the room everyday and she was friendly. There were many restaurants near by as it is vatican center. Nothing much. Only thing was there was no mirror inside the room. У нас був номер де спільний душ та туалет - був спільний на 2кімнати. В цілому все було дуже комфортно. Кімната потребує косметичного ремонту, пошарпані трохи стіни, шкаф в плямах.

Veel lawaai doordat alle kamers vlak bij elkaar liggen en de andere kamers door de gemeenschappelijke ruimte naar hun badkamers moeten. Zeker de eerste nacht werd er constant van de ene naar de andere kamer gelopen. Lawaai kwam ook van bovenburen. Straatgeluid is ook niet volledig buitengesloten.

- Azzali (10/5): Ci tornerò sicuramente! - La posizione è perfetta , servita e vicino alla metro , purtroppo per un errore MIO ho scelto la camera con il bagno in comune , lo staff però con grande gentilezza ci ha fornito un pulitore con una spugna per poter igienizzare il bagno , anche se era sempre perfettamente pulito così come le camere , la stanza era ampia e insonorizzata PERFETTAMENTE! Consiglio il soggiorno per la qualità / prezzo della struttura , per la posizione CENTRALISSIMA e per ultimo ma non meno importante, la disponibilità dei proprietari.

- Salomeja (9/5): Fine budget friendly option with a great location - The property is basically a flat turned into a mini hostel. There are 4 rooms, several of them have their own bathrooms, two rooms also share one. The place is fine as an economic option in Rome for a short stay. The location is exceptionally great. The apartment has rather poor sound isolation. If you get a room to the street side, you won't be able to keep the window open due to the street noises. There's the same water heater for all the guests. So if someone is using the shower, most likely there won't be warm water for you.

Właściciel bardzo pomocny, kilka dni przed wyjazdem przesyła szczegóły dotyczące rezerwacji. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Pani, która sprząta przeurocza i kochana. Ogólnodostępna kuchnia nie powoduje problemów w jednoczesnym użytkowaniu przez innych gości. Jeśli kolejny raz wybiorę się do Rzymu, będę sprawdzać dostępność pokoi.

- Dominika (10/5): A fantastic place to stay while in Rome! - The localization of the property is fantastic! You can see the basilica right from your bed. Communication with the owner is excellent, and the check-in process is extremely easy. We arrived at 2 AM, but everything had been arranged beforehand without any issues. The place is very clean and is cleaned daily. The bed in room 3 is a bit squeaky, so as a light sleeper I was waking up while my daugther was moving.

- Michał (7/5): Awesome location, as a base to explore Rome and Vatican from, with great food nearby - The location is awesome - not only for Vatican, but for the historic Rome - the city center is a pleasant ~30 minutes walk away, or you can take a bus easily too. In the same building downstairs - great gelato and sandwiches. For quite a low price too, compared to other places in such a place. Good communication with the host and there is also a nice common area with a kitchen. I recommend choosing a room with a private bathroom, as it would probably be more comfortable than the shared one, but that's a choice you have, not a problem on the host's side. The rooms could benefit from some small touch-ups, but it was clean, without any major problems

- Michelle (8/5): Great Stay and Excellent Location! - The hotel is on the 1st floor (what Americans consider the 2nd floor) and there is a small, functioning elevator. The air conditioning worked well & we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature during both the day and night when we were in the room. Everything was very clean and our rooms were cleaned daily. The location was fantastic - just a couple minute walk from lots of decently-priced restaurants (10 - 20€/ person) and tourist shops. Even though we went during the Jubilee Year, we did not need any reservations for the restaurants. The entrance to the Vatican Museums is also just a short walk away, and our room window overlooked the Vatican City walls and had a great view of the St. Peter’s Basilica dome. Although it’s in a busy area, we did not experience much noise at night. The hotel staff were also very responsive to any questions and they offered a private transfer from the airport, which was very convenient. We paid 80€ for this (which was comparable to an Uber Black, which was primarily what we used to get around Rome just because they didn’t have Uber X and we had a hard time getting taxis). Just be aware that the private transfer booked by the hotel is cash only. The tourist tax also had to be paid by cash, so be sure to have cash on you. The double bed was comfortable, but the single bed seemed a bit thin. As a side sleeper, I had to keep switching sides throughout the night because it was too hard for my hips. Also, we weren’t really sure what to expect with the “private external bathroom.” So to clarify, there are several rooms, which all open up to one side of a common kitchen area. On the other side of the kitchen area are 2 bathrooms side by side: one that is shared and one that was our private bathroom (accessible with a key). This was fine for us, but I could see some people being bothered by having to cross a common area to go to the bathroom.

- Alessandra (10/5): Consigliato - Posizione strategica. Vicino al Vaticano ma collegato benissimo con il resto di Roma grazie ai mezzi pubblici. Stanza pulita e silenziosa nonostante desse su una strada frequentata da clienti di un locale. Letto comodo e lenzuola morbidissime. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli nel b&b oltre l' orario del checkout per permetterci di fare un ultimo saluto a Roma. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Ritorneremo ad alloggiare qui se ci sarà occasione.

- Thomas (8/5): The pros outweighed the cons; but I wouldn't stay again. - It had the best bed for my chronically sore back. The air conditioning/heating unit was great. Outstanding location. 5 minutes walk to Vatican Square. Right next-door to Old Bridge Gelataria (best gelato in Rome) Bathroom outside main room. BAD! Would not have rented if I had known in advance. No chair in the room. No place to sit. It was not a comfortable room to stay in while you were awake.
