Nettes Personal und die Möglichkeit im Hotel eine Kleinigkeit für den Hunger oder Durst zu kaufen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind auch in ca. 2 km gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Flughafen haben wir nichts gehört. An sich war alles sauber. Dem Bad würde allerdings mal eine Tiefenreinigung an den etwas schwerer zugänglichen Stellen gut tun.

El tranvia al centro de Amsterdan a 10 minutos en coche en zona residencial con suficiente parking. El hotel rodeado de arboles en una zona residencial preciosa con canales. Repetiremos.. Nada en especial para quien lo necesite comentar que la cocina tiene nevera pero no fuego y la dotación de vajilla muy justa

- Joanne (10/5): Enjoyed our stay (other than one very unfortunate incident) - Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Our apartment was a good size and very comfortable. We especially liked the large table with 4 chairs that had 2 electrical outlets next to it, perfect for charging devices while using them. The bed was comfortable and having an enclosed shower was wonderful (no water on the floor!). Space around the bathroom sink was limited but there was a shelf above the commode to set toiletries. Super convenient to have free use of the guest washer and dryer (on Floor 3, there were 2 of each but only one washer worked and one dryer didn’t dry clothes very well). Location was fabulous — easy to reach all parts of the surrounding area. We paid to park in the lot behind the hotel as it was not expensive but there were always available spaces in front of the hotel and on streets nearby. Both Neville and Bruno at reception were very helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff did not respect the Do Not Disturb sign. We did not want any cleaning during our stay and hung the Do Not Disturb sign on our door every day. One day we received a nice note from Housekeeping saying they did not enter our room because they were respecting the sign. We were shocked to find that the very next day they removed the sign and entered our room. This violation of trust was extremely upsetting. When a hotel guest asks for privacy, the guest’s wishes should be honored. Reception was very surprised and had no explanation for us. I am tempted to significantly lower my rating but because our stay was excellent in all other ways, I am generously gifting the hotel a rating unaffected by this unacceptable breach of professionalism.

Med kuhinjsko posodo pogrešali kake lonce, večjo posodo za solato itd... Glede na to da ima vsak apartma kuhinjo, bi bilo smiselno, če že ni pečice, da bi bila v vsaki kuhinji indukcijska plošča. Samo predlog.

Privat parkering og venligt personale. Unødig larm, når nogle kommer sent hjem om aftenen eller om natten. Rygning ved hoveddøren. Cykler parkeret eller væltet, så det var svært at køre ind på parkeringspladsen. Lejligheden kunne godt være bedre udstyret i køkkenet. Mangelfuld rengøring samt skulle vi selv bede om skift af håndklæder efter en uge.

- Benjamin (7/5): - Freundliches Personal, im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in Amsterdam günstiges Parken und ein sehr großes Zimmer mit eigener Mini-Küchenzeile (ohne Herd). Theoretisch die Möglichkeit, etwas im Shop zu kaufen, das war jedoch natürlich vergleichsweise teuer. Die Leihfahrräder sind leider wirklich nicht gut in Schuss und im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern (auch in der Umgebung) zu teuer. Die Lage ist natürlich nicht so toll, um in die Stadt zu kommen, aber das ist ja schon bei der Buchun einsehbar.

Por mais que seja mais distante do centro da cidade, a tranquilidade da região e dentro do próprio hotel me conquistaram. Me senti bastante segura. O food market é bom mas poderia ter mais variações e produtos, achei bem simples mas quebra um galho quando se precisa de uma agua ou cafe de ultima hora. Um outro ponto é com relação ao serviço de quarto, acho que poderia ser mais de 1 dia, mesmo que aumentasse mais 1 ou 2 dias ao invés de toda estadia.

Going downtown from the hotel is quite difficult as it is not well connected. We had issues with the AC being too cold and leaking over the bed in the middle of the night. At the end we had to remind them all the issues we encountered to get a one free extra hour before checkout, which wasn’t offered to us in the first place. Overall we felt very disappointed and disrespected by the lack of care or apologies from the hotel.

By the way, the hotel location is amazing!!! quiet and chill, love it. The check-in took nearly 3 hours, after 14-hour flights & waiting in the lobby made us fatigued and disappointed. We entered the room that was cleaned by the reception gentleman whom we had agreed on the first night, and we were informed that there would be a formal house cleaning on the second day. However, it wasn't. We will stay for 6 days; hence, I asked for a clean on the 3rd day. However, I couldn't tell whether they came or not, cuz the waste cabin was still full.... I booked a two-bedroom but we got two single rooms, we were informed there be a refund but there is not....

- Fidel (9/5): Perfect for long stays. - A gem of a place for long stays. An extremely professional and supportive staff made me feel at home my entire time there. Full of amenities, facilities and places to hang out and get work done. if you don’t have a car or bike, it’s a 20’ish minute walk to the nearest tram/bus to take you into Amsterdam. If you do have a car or bike, that one drawback is a non factor.

- Simeoli (7/5): Amsterdam - La pulizia della stanza. A metta settimana ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola e dato asciugamani pulite cosa che non mi aspettavo! La gentilezza del ragazzo della reception l'unico che parlasse un altra lingua (spagnolo) al di fuori del inglese. Letto comodo. La struttura dista 20/25 a piedi dalla prima fermata del tram il numero 2 che porta al centro di Amsterdam.Finche il tempo è buono si può anche fare, altrimenti è un po' impegnativo. Il problema più grande l'abbiamo avuto col climatizzatore Amsterdam a novembre è freddina quindi ci vuole un riscaldamento dal primo giorno non ha funzionato quindi è stato un disagio. Cosa che ho fatto notare più volte alla reception hanno provato ad sistemarla ma nessuno ci è riuscito. L'unico che si è veramente impegnato per risolvere il problema è stato il ragazzo che parlava per mia gioia spagnolo per mia fortuna purtroppo io masticò poco l'inglese e non parlando l'inglese in Olanda ti ingnorano.Comunque lui ci ha procurato uno scaldino elettrico e con quello siamo stati bene.

- Martin (7/5): Très bien si vous avez une chambre côté canal. - Le personnel accueillant, le foodshop très pratique (de quoi manger le premier soir), les équipements de l'hôtel (salle de sport bien équipée, salle de jeu et salon en bas). La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont confortables. Le quartier est calme et joli. Les touristes qui rigolaient et fumaient devant le bâtiment (zone fumeur de l'hôtel) sans aucun respect pour les résidents jusqu'à des heures tardives (1h du matin un des soirs :-( ) Evitez les chambres donnant sur la route et l'entrée du bâtiment.

- Biljana (10/5): Great Staff, super clean and very much convenient for longer stay! - The Staff was the best! They were so helpful and useful. They made our stay enjoyable. They were always prepared to answer our many requests. They were friendly and amazing. The staff made this hotel for me, giving it a 10! I liked everything. The accessibility of public transport was a bit challenging if you are not a lover of walking like me. But if it is not a problem to walk up to 15 minutes to the nearest bus station, then it was all perfect. Likely, Uber can always work :).
- Alonso (5/5): No lo recomiendo - La limpieza El estudio sólo tenía en la cocina una nevera y microondas. Debería tener al menos un horno o algo para cocinar alguna cosa sencilla. Además estuvimos los 7 días con las mismas toallas, y si las queríamos cambiar teníamos que pagar 5 euros, esto no me ha pasado en ningún sitio en Europa. La hubicación nefasta, 15 minutos para tomar el bus, y luego un trambia que no servía el mismo billete. El estudio tenía un buen precio a costa de gastarlo en tiempo y transporte.

- Claudio (10/5): Bellissimo viaggio ad Amsterdam - Essendo automunito, si é in una posizione privilegiata per raggiungere ogni città importante, l'Aia, Delft, Rotterdam ... ed ogni parte del Paese (con autostrade gratuite). Senza auto si raggiunge il centro di Amsterdam c.a 30 Min. con bus o tram n.2. Aparthotel è pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. Vivamente consigliato. (Posto auto interno a c.a. 6€ giorno). NB: attenzione che il parcheggio in città è carissimo, si arriva facilmente a c.a €50 giorno Mi sarebbero piaciute delle biciclette a disposizione gratis, ma onestamente non si può pretendere tutto. Amsterdam ė veramente molto bella, ma molto molto cara.
- Brigitte (8/5): - Trop excentré mais facile d'accès par bus et tram. Draps dessous trop petits donc s'enlèvent facilement la nuit, il serait préférable des draps housse. Une petite plaque de cuisson serait bien également.
