Kettle tv refrigerator and white clean towels. Didn't like the location, the front desk didn't speak English.

Il fatto che è posizionato in una stradina ha creato difficoltà al taxi per arrivarci All’arrivo non avevano prenotazione abbiamo faticato un momento, ho dovuto passare mia conferma…poi si è risolto ma è la prima volta ,con centinaio di prenotazioni che ho fatto nel mondo!!!

• Laura (7/5): - In centro, camere belle e spaziose. Sono rimasta bloccata fuori dalla finestra in piena notte per un problema della chiusura della finestra. Se non fosse stato per quello che stava al piano di sotto avrei dormito lì. Ho provato più volte tramite whatsapp a chiamare e scrivere alla reception senza ricevere risposta e ad una certa avevo anche il telefono scarico. Rintracciare la persona che fa il tiro notturno è a dir poco impossibilie.

• Josh (7/5): The Rooms were nice and it was quiet on a night but the location was poor. - Room was nice and the bathroom was a good size. Decent tv too. Location is pretty poor we rented a bike so it didnt affect us too much but it was no where near any bars and restaurants. It was near the night market though.

• Clément (8/5): Bon séjour à Phu-Quoc - Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, le personnel a été très accueillant et disponible. Hotel situé tout près du night market. Un service de location de scooter est disponible qui m’a été très utile pour visiter les recoins de l’île. Un service de laverie est aussi disponible. Chambre confortable, propre avec un ménage effectué quotidiennement. La vue de ma chambre: le balcon donne directement sur un mur en brique, un immeuble implanté juste en face, presque mitoyen…dommage. Quelques petits rafraîchissements seraient utiles.

• Mikael (1/5): This should be a 5 NEGATIVE star rating due to it's horrible state! - DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE! DO NOT BOOK THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. First it was located in some shady backstreet that felt very unsafe, we were scared to even go out after dark. The room was dirty, paint flaking from the window frames, wall paper losening from the wall and holes in the wall. No shower cabinet and the bathroom was dirty, we never took a shower because of us feeling discusted. The view from the window was a garbage heap. The pictures of the reception area are showing the only good part of the hotel and gives a false impression of high standard when the standard is actually in the basement of rock bottom. No one in the hotel speaks english and cannot communicate like normal human beings. Even internet was bad in this place! We had such a bad feeling when arriving that we felt that we could not stay, we where there one night only because we did not find anything else due to the late hour. The day after we did find another place and decided to change since we felt that we could actually grow sick from this place. That Booking has such a discusting place for offering is beyond me. Stay away!

My von de Reception war immer sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder. Auf dem Balkon könnte man ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle hinstellen+Aschenbecher für die Raucher

• Pavel (8/5): - Отель находится близко от пляжа на котором комфортно купаться и мало людей. В отеле хорошо убираются и всегда было чисто. Не шумно. Приветливый хороший персонал отеля, но совсем не говорящий на английском. Бюджетный отель. Не понравилось совсем расположение отеля, не смотря на близость к пляжу. Прямо напротив отеля моют мотобайки и кругом стоят бедные постройки. А сам отель неприметно пристроился в небольшом углублении этих построек. Туристическая инфраструктура в районе отеля очень слабо развита. Поесть какой-то привычной еды абсолютно негде и приходится брать такси (30000 донгов по Grab) , чтобы приехать уже в туристическое место, где множество кафе, ресторанов русской кухни и туристов и при этом тоже отличные пляжи и мало людей на пляжах . Номер чистый, но маленький, обладающий только со всем необходимым. Бассейна нет, завтрака нет. Сейфов в номерах тоже нет. Цена за проживание низкая, но как я убедился, за такую же или очень близкую цену можно найти отели в лучшем районе, более просторные и с бассейном.

• Garry (5/5): Decent value, but not recommended. - Inexpensive Very small room. And while the room was correctly advertised with a balcony, there was no view. In fact, the balcony is constructed between the room and a brick wall with no view at all. Almost funny, but not really. Check in was not pleasant, as we were forced to wait until exactly 2pm because “all rooms are ready at the same time.” Kinda silly to be so unnecessarily restrictive.

• Daniela (2/5): The hotel needs attention, dont trust the reviews - We left after one night, we were meant to stay 4 nights. This property does not reflect the images shown online. The rooms appear worn, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic hygiene standards. Upon entering our room, there was an immediate and strong smell of damp and mold—likely coming from behind the wallpaper. After only a few hours in the room, both of us developed blocked noses, which we can only assume was due to mold exposure. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Cigarette butts were left on the balcony, and there was visible dust hanging from the ceiling. The wardrobes smelled unpleasant and were marked with stains, and we found small bugs on the bed sheets. Even the saucer holding the water glass was covered in dirt. We requested to move to another room, but the two alternative rooms we were shown had the same strong mold odor. As a result, we checked out after just one night, despite having booked four nights. We were informed that refunds must be handled through Booking.com, which we understand, but the lack of onsite accountability was disappointing.

• Stewart Irvin (10/5): Smooth Check-in - Had a lovely stay here, honestly. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful — full of handy local tips. The room was clean, comfy, and the hot water behaved itself every morning. Location’s cracking too, loads of good food about and just a short stroll to the beach.
• Dane (9/5): Real-life experience: Good, but don't get your hopes up. - I read many positive reviews, so I had high expectations, and the result was a bit disappointing. It's not bad, but it's not as great as I thought it would be. Pros: I fully acknowledge that the friendliness of the staff is number one. The security guard even enthusiastically helped me park my motorbike. The location is unbeatable; I ate noodles in the morning and went to the night market in the evening, all within a 5-minute walk. My room (on the 3rd floor) was clean, had no strange smells, and, importantly, had hot and cold water. Cons: The "sea view" in the photos is probably only available for the highest rooms. My third-floor room had a view of tin roofs and houses. The sleep quality wasn't great because the mattress was too soft and the old spring mattress creaked. Overall, this is a GOOD AVERAGE hotel, with two OUTSTANDING points being the people and the location. Come here with that mindset, and you'll be satisfied with the price you pay. But if you want a place to "chill chill" in your room, this really isn't the optimal choice.

• Andrew (9/5): Η καρδιά του Phu Quoc - Tο ξενοδοχείο Nipola είναι η ζωντανή, χτυπητή καρδιά μιας επίσκεψης στο Phu Quoc. Απλά δεν μπορείτε να ξεπεράσετε την τοποθεσία του. Η περιπλάνηση κάθε βράδυ στο χάος και τις υπέροχες μυρωδιές της νυχτερινής αγοράς ήταν ένα από τα κορυφαία στιγμιότυπα. Το προσωπικό είναι η ψυχή του τόπου - τόσο γνήσιο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το check-in μας ήταν απρόσκοπτο και μας προσέφεραν εξαιρετικές συμβουλές σχετικά με την καλύτερη ώρα για να επισκεφτείτε το Vinpearl. Το δωμάτιό μας βρισκόταν στον τέταρτο όροφο και ήταν καθαρό και φωτεινό, αν και η επίπλωση εμφανίζει σίγουρα σημάδια φθοράς. Το ψυγείο έκανε λίγο θόρυβο τη νύχτα και το ζεστό νερό στο ντους χρειάστηκε δύο ολόκληρα λεπτά για να ζεσταθεί. Ωστόσο, δεν έρχεστε εδώ για την πολυτέλεια- έρχεστε για την αυθεντική, πολυσύχναστη εμπειρία. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι εξαιρετική, και τα μικροπροβλήματα με τις γηρασμένες ανέσεις του δωματίου συγχωρούνται εύκολα όταν πίνετε μια φρέσκια καρύδα στην παραλία μόλις πέντε λεπτά μακριά.

• Fernanda (9/5): Gute Concierge-Hilfe - Mir gefiel, wie das Personal mir half, günstige Bootstouren zu finden. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut und der Minikühlschrank praktisch. Nachteile: das Wi-Fi war instabil und das Bett fühlte sich hart an den Hüften an. Außerdem haben einige Zimmer eine verstellte Aussicht, also fragen Sie nach einer höheren Etage, wenn die Aussicht wichtig ist.
• 김지훈 (9/5): 마지막 순간 예약 - 막판에 예약했는데 기분 좋게 놀랐어요. 환영이 따뜻했고 방도 일찍 준비되어 있었어요. 방은 작고 기본적이지만 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있었어요. 침대는 딱딱하고, 수압은 낮습니다.
• Bảo Thy (9/5): - Là một người hay đi du lịch, sau đây là đánh giá khách quan về Nipola. Điểm cộng lớn nhất là sự chuyên nghiệp trong thái độ phục vụ. Check-in nhanh gọn, nhân viên nói năng nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự. Phòng của mình sạch sẽ, ga gối thơm tho, vệ sinh hàng ngày rất kỹ. Cái tủ lạnh hoạt động tốt, máy lạnh làm lạnh nhanh - những thứ cơ bản thì họ làm rất ổn. Nhưng cơ sở vật chất đã có dấu hiệu xuống cấp. Tường có vài vết nứt nhỏ, vòi sen hơi cũ và nước nóng chập chờn. Nói chung phù hợp cho các chuyến đi chơi ngắn ngày, khi bạn chỉ cần một chỗ ngủ an toàn, sạch sẽ và tập trung vào việc khám phá bên ngoài.

El personal fue muy servicial a la hora de informarnos sobre los horarios de los transbordadores. La habitación estaba limpia, pero las vistas eran solo a una pared de ladrillos de la planta baja, nada del otro mundo. Sin embargo, por el precio, no me puedo quejar mucho.

• Ella (8/5): Komfortabel und zentral - Komfortabler Aufenthalt, das Bett war überraschend okay. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, auch bei einem späten Check-in. Das Zimmer wies Abnutzungserscheinungen auf – abblätternde Farbe im Bad und eine wackelige Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war durch eine Wand versperrt, was im Vergleich zu den Online-Fotos enttäuschend war. Trotzdem ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine unschlagbare Lage in der Nähe des Nachtmarkts.
• Marvin (10/5): - I arrived very late due to a delayed ferry and the receptionist kindly stayed up to check me in, which felt really welcoming after a long journey. The room was small but spotless, with a fridge and efficient aircon that cooled the space fast.
