- Samir (10/5): - Excellent établissement. Coin spa et piscine top ! Meme pour enfants, parc de jeux enfants. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Parking disponible Poir conclure l'emplacement avec le.magnifique lac à quelques min à pieds... Pour resumer, sejour en famille super agréable et lieu magnifique !
- Christina (10/5): Fantastisk! - Lækkert hotel, hvor man har det hele tæt på - både wellness, swimmingpool, restaurant, børneområde, parkeringsplads, parkerings garage. Alt sammen i de smukkeste omgivelser af både Strbsko Plesno søen, samt High tatras! Fantastisk! :)
- Darlene (10/5): - The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere.

- Giorgia (10/5): - Bellissimo hotel proprio sul lago, dal Balcone della nostra camera si godeva di una vista meravigliosa. Ristrutturato di recente, camera piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione a buffet davvero ben fornita e ottima. Anche la Spa, molto ampia, ci è piaciuta. Consigliatissimo!

- Jiri (10/5): - The wellness centre surpassed our already high expectations. The newly refurbished rooms are great, well thought through. Food and drinks were top notch as well. But the amazing lake views are only from the the few top floors, if you are fortunate to get them. The staff were another positive surprise, very professinal both at the hotel and in the nearby Koliba Patria (this is not so common in Slovakia hence the praise!)

- Martin Laue (8/5): Godt hotel med fantastik beliggenhed. - Hotel Patria ligger i fantastik område med rig mulighed for outdooraktiviteter såsom vandreture og cykling. Hotellet ligger lige ned til en bjergsø, som begge vores værelser havde flot udsigt til. Hotellet er stort og har mange faciliteter at tilbyde. Der gode og gratis parkering ved hotellet. Værelserne og badeværleserne er fint store. Begge vores værelser var nyrenoveret i en fin stil. Der mangler mulighed for kaffe/te på værelserne. Morgenmaden var ganske fin uden af være prangende. Fint udvalg af mad. Overordnet et fint hotel i Tatrabjergene.

- Jürgen (8/5): - Gutes Hotel zum Wandern und Erholen.Keine frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück. Rührei so flüssig nicht genießbar 2 Kaffeemaschinen tägliches Anstehen.
- Gerlinde (6/5): - Sehr schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Beim Frühstück fühlte man sich eher wie in einer Mensa. Das Speiseangebot beim Frühstück war vielfältig, aber lieblos angeboten (halt für Massen). Die übrigen Einrichtungen sind teilweise renoviert und teilweise..... Besonderes interessant war der Fitnessraum: ca 80 Spinde auf kleinstem Raum, der Fitnessraum selbst war nicht größer und noch dazu in der Schräge. Die Geräte möchte ich erst gar nicht bewerten. Fazit: es wird viel getan, aber es bleibt noch mehr zu tun als bereits getan wurde. Das Restaurantangebot außerhalb des Frühstücks war aber gut.

- Donna (10/5): - Perfect place for a getaway. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Front desk was super and was able to schedule last minute massages. Only down size is the room we had only had one outlet for charging phone.
- Leandra (10/5): - This Hotel is perfect for a cozy stay in the mountains. The spa is beautiful and there is plenty of restaurant around it. As a Vegan the hotel could have some more vegan options at breakfast but all in all I was able to have enough food with fruits and toast. I am sure the kitchen would have made something for me if I had asked. We will come back for sure! Surrounded by mountains and activities at the lake it is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days or more

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lake View - We loved that the hotel was on the lake! We had a cute balcony overlooking the lake which we opened at night to get air circulation into the room. Room is ok, bathroom ok, and room was clean. Breakfast has lots of variety and parking was free. Only word of caution is be careful if paying cash as we had a server at the outdoor restaurant not give us the correct change and pretended not to understand- I guess he thought he deserved a big tip..oh well! Apart from that, it was a great stay in a beautiful location.
- Jan Asle (10/5): Triangle shaped luxury in an epic location - I loved staying at this iconic hotel. The room was great - I got a free upgrade - even though the bathroom setup was a little untraditional. Excellent bed. And what a view! Had the dinner buffet, which was sensational. Slovak comfort food! Breakfast was also good. Did the fairly short walk around the lake next to the hotel, and the view across that towards the hotel and the Tatra Mountains behind was nothing short of epic. What a location! Tried to think of something negative, but not even the price was too bad - but then I am used to Norwegian prices, I suppose.... So all in all, great stay! Hope to come back soon.

No internet password in the room or phone number to reception, actually no information about anything in the room. Room was nice and clean. Some staff walking around without wearing a mask or face covering. Food was great. An overall good hotel but with room for improvement.

- amelia (8/5): - Good hotel but not great value as quite expensive. Great location right by the ski field so can easily walk to it in 2-3 mins. Service was ok when first went to check in about 11 we knew it was early and were just expecting to leave our bags but the lady at the desk didn’t even pretend to be friendly or helpful as I approached the desk before I could even say anything she spurts out “check in not till 2”. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I understand the time for check in but usually people take your details and in a friendly manner check if the room is ready as sometimes they are and then offer to store your bags. We had to ask for all this to be done and it started the stay off on a sour note. Otherwise can’t fault it nice breakfast

Just a couple of things would have improved the comfort level and experience - tea/coffee making facilities ( even our suite did not have this) A shower screen for the over the bath shower to prevent the bathroom floor being flooded

- Martin (10/5): Nice hotel next to skiing and hiking - Hotel Patria is perfectly located for skiing (lifts are half a mile away) but it`s Spa area really makes it a great place to stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The non-renovated rooms are on the smaller side, but still ok.

Reception personal, dinning / kitchen staff, pool / relax facilities staff, cleaning ladies (cleaned even high edges of wall units-every corner shining, polished-wish my house was that clean), all with smile, visibly caring...
