Кафе, Кинг Конг в 5 минутах, пляж в 7 минутах, вокруг куча зелени , очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые хозяева) уборка 1 раз в 2 дня, чисто и качественно, дети из бассейна не вылезали! Спасибо большое за наш прекрасный отдых! Очень рекомендуем и скучаем:)

Open common Kitchen is untidy with ants. Rooms and reception has lizards Location of villa is too much away from main road and has dark access road from main road in night.

• Laura (7/5): Friendly staff - The hotel was very quiet, we had 2 bungalows and I think only one more was occupied. We ordered breakfast via the hotel, from the local restaurant which was always tasty. The hotel also helped us organise taxis to get around for day trips and the drivers drove us around in a safe manner which was really important to us. The sunbeds were broken

• Anouck (10/5): - Le lieu est vraiment magnifique, super spacieux et confortable. Le personnel est au top disponible par WhatsApp n'importe quand et service directement du resort. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place, de faire des lessives mais aussi des navettes pour l' aéroport et pour le bateau. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je vous conseille par contre de louer un véhicule car le resort est à 15 minutes à pied de la rue dans des petits chemins pas éclairés le soir. A pieds je n'aurai pas été rassuré car chiens et bestioles (serpents).
• Joel (10/5): Lovely holiday at a beautiful tropical island - Low Mountain resorts bungalows are very cozy. The rooms are clean and the facilities are quite nice, with a lovely big swimming pool. The rooms are set amongst lush trees. The price of the rooms is very reasonable. I had a lovely stay at this resort highly recommended.

• Gyanesh (8/5): Nature Calling!!! - Peaceful environment, nice pool, good WiFi. Hot water in the shower. Requested for a clothes iron, used it during my stay. Insects, mosquito. There should be mosquito repellent in the rooms. And painting should be done. More lighting on the common path. A little far from the main road. The common kitchen did not have a working oven or OTG & it should be a little more clean.

Quiet, beautiful, in very good location (center , just 1 bus stop to King Kong super market ). Chickens walking around , coming to your balcony, so friendly. So cute ! I've been looking for something with BBQ facilities or kitchen, and this place have both ! Unfortunately didn't make a picture of kitchen , but it is so big , and comfortable. Have lots of what kitchen needs ... pool is always open, bikes for rent as well available. And laundry just 1 doll per kilo. Really Really great place . We will definitely extended our stay here . 100 recommended! By the way nearby very good salon with perfect masseuse and good prices! (Salon name Relax Spa ) . Have a good stay in here ! Missing wardrobe in the room . Actually there is a place with the hangers, but Missing shelves. (For me , as I brought a lot of clothes) .

• Izak (4/5): Besides the no hot water shower it was OK - Nice pool, good location. Shower was a problem, open the tap for 5 minutes of cold water to get a few drops of hot water. Zero hot water pressure. Asked the staff for help but he looked at it for 2 minutes and just said OK and left. My wife speaks Vietnamese so there were no language barrier. Seems like they think it's acceptable...

• Kendra (8/5): Decent place for the price. Friendly staff - As other’s have said, the staff were super accommodating. It took a while to get into the groove of the place. Like nobody was ever at the front desk except the day we arrived but once we worked out you just need to whatsapp it was all good. Price quality ratio was fine. A little off the beaten path which we liked but annoyed the taxi’s. Better if you have a bike. Dark walk at night but felt safe. Cute dogs named Bruo and Mars will meet you along the walk into town if you’re lucky. Often there was snorkeling instruction going on in the pool which mostly made it less pleasant to sit by or swim in. One guy was very shouty at his clients early in the morning

Dark walk way to the properly, if pour less chemical into the swimming pool is better, i felt little itchy after swimming in the pool.

• Lynne (10/5): Dreamy location close to the best restaurant we found during our stay in Vietnam, Z Coffee. - The pool was fabulous and we had a relaxing time poolside during the day and a a dreamy swim under the stars in the evening. We were really pleased that we chose this hotel as the location and atmosphere were perfect. There was a leak in our room when we arrived but we were quickly moved to another bungalow.
• Mike (9/5): Great place to stay at a good price - Great place with big rooms and very friendly staff. The place was peaceful and the pool was excellent. The owner helped us with booking our onward journey to Cambodia, collected us from the airport and we also rented an average quality scooter for the same price as in town. The balcony was great for sitting out at night and in the mornings. It is about 3 miles from town up a lane so you will need a scooter or bike.The pictures were an accurate reflection of the room we stayed in. Like so many places in Asia there are a lot of loose dogs in the lanes to the main road, which make walking uncomfortable. The communal kitchen really does need a deep clean and revamp.
• Ulugbek (10/5): Me and My Family really enjoyed during our stay. Really recommend. - Good for small family. Fresh air since close to mountain. 10/15 mins of walk down to the main street. Resort staff always cleans eberything every day, so it is super clean place. Nothing much. But outside of the resort when you walk on the street some dogs may make you feel little unsafe. Bit it is nothing to do with resort I guess, dogs are everywhere in phu quoc. Maybe government should do something.
• Kyle (9/5): Beautifully landscaped pool bungalows with a very reasonable rate and location. - Beautiful grounds! Was like a botanical garden, pool is awesome. Room was big, staff was great. A little hard to find at first but it’s walking distance to a lot of great spots and tucked away in the hills. I wish it was quieter, other guests with kids were loud, neighbors cutting trees etc. Not the property’s fault but a bit annoying. The scooter I rented had horrible shocks. Check before you take off for a week 😟

Friendly staff, clean facilities, short 15-20min walk to food and main road, secluded yet accessible for grab etc Other guests were quite loud around pool, but not the properties fault.

• Graham (9/5): Good value for money. Pretty landscaping. - Big clean room. Big bed. Decent comfy sun lounges. Good pool size. The garden area is lovely and well maintained. Good value. Nice Staff. Decent WiFi. Hot water every day. Good quiet air con. Taxi service is provided by hotel but not actually their own people. Gave the flight details but the driver was at the wrong gate and hardly spoke any English. I needed to change £ to Dong as the airport only changed € and $. Google translate and he took us into town, not that far out of his way. Normal fee is 150 k Dong which is a higher rate than usual and he charged 250k dong! Which we thought was a bit of a rip off. You are better off just getting a taxi at airport. Or public bus no 11 . Only 20k dong to main town. Then order a grab from town is 30k. Can get sim at airport if needed. The location is quite a way along a narrow bumpy rd, got to avoid traffic. A good walk to the nearest restaurant and beach. If you have mobility issues, then not a good option. The pool area needs a bit of work. Maybe a couple more sun lounges needed. The bike hire is through other people they know. Old bike arrived for 150 k dong per day. Can get better quality in town. Having said all this, I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again, it was good value for what we paid.

• Jens (10/5): Definitely recommend! - What I absolutely LOVED about this place is the fact that they are the only hotel who actively encourage you to use less plastic. You can refill your water bottle at the reception free of charge. This is so important as Phu Quoc is littered with empty plastic bottles. Furthermore the swimming pool is great, and the staff are very nice! I ended up extending my stay here with an extra nice because I was so happy with the accommodation. the location is a bit far off, but this problem is easily overcome by renting a motorbike.

The location is near the forest so it is very quiet, nature-friendly. You should bring the mosquito repellent cream when staying here as the location is near the forest with quite a lot mosquito

Cycle rentals on site, great pool and a small paradise off the main road. Very quiet and a lovely neighbourhood with great eating spots along the small road. Spacious rooms, comfy beds Clean and nice staff. Highly recommended

• Catia (10/5): Adorei!!!! - Um local super calmo e bonito onde passamos 6 noites e adoramos. Os quartos são agradáveis, a piscina é excelente e a localização apesar de mais afastada das praias, é optima, um local super tranquilo no meio da natureza, basta alugar uma mota para se deslocar. Perto de restaurantes, super mercado etc..o staff super simpatico. Recomendo!
