• ULISES (5/5): Mal servicio al cliente - El lugar es bonito, los recepcionistas son muy amables, el area de alberca muy tranquilo y cómodo El servicio al cliente, tuve que esperar casi hora y media para que me llevaran una soda a la habitación, asimismo, encontré cucarachas dentro de la habitación, solicitando al personal retirarlas, tuve que hacer la petición 5 veces, porque desde las 5 de la tarde que las detecté, nadie fue hasta la noche; hay un problema serio con las cucarachas, pues los 3 días que estuve ahí, los 3 días detecté a las cucarachas.

Mis hijos comieron pulpo y les encanto, todo esta lleno de arte y es una desconexion total con la Ciudad sin duda muy recomendable,

• Jesus Salvador (5/5): Excesivamente caro por la habitación estandar que axignaron - No estoy evaluando al Hotel estoy evaluando el servicio de BOOKING ya que solicite una habitacion con Terraza y 2 camas, la cual ya conocia en un viaje anterior y me cobraron un costo muy alto, ya que me asignaron una habitacion SIN TERRAZA y muy estandar... Trate de dialogar con la recepción desde el principio y me dijo que no habia posibilidad ya que BOOKING habia asignado la habitacion, en ese momento la habitación solicitada todavia estaba disponible y nunca tuvo la menor intencion de hacer algo por el cliente. El desayuno es un gancho ya que solo incluye Cafe, jugo y pan lo cual no vale el precio que se paga, tonar un desayuno mas completo tiene un costo extra o adicional. Que me asignaran la habitación que solicite y por la cual me cobraron, exigo la devolucion del costo extra por una habitación con terraza que seria de un 30 por ciento del valor que pague.

Los socios o nuevos dueños, es un lugar para descansar, cero es de mood de fiesta, pero los señores junto con vario amiguito decidieron hacer una fiesta bastante escandalosa y después ponerse súper mala copa en la madrugada, sin importarles que varios huéspedes ya nos habíamos quejado por el importunio, a lo que ellos respondieron que son los dueños y no les importaba, en el desayuno se comportaron de la misma manera, un escándalo que tenían. Le bajaron todo el plus a este hotel tan bonito

La comida esta rica La cama esta durísima, el cuarto demasiado oscuro (ni siquiera prendiendo todas las luces es suficiente). Este no es un hotel con restaurante, es un restaurante con hotel por lo que hacen demasiado ruido desde las 7am sacando mobiliario para el restaurante y a las 9 empezó una cantante con bocina para amenizar el desayuno pero es una fatal experiencia para quien esta tratando de descansar. El desayuno incluido en la reserva es tristísimo, mejor comprarlo aparte porque la comida si esta rica. La alberca esta ligeramente fría, no tan agradable para Octubre.

El jardín es bonito, la alberca siempre está limpia y climatizada y el ambiente general es agradable. Ideal para fin de semana. Las habitaciones básicas pueden ser muy chicas y les entra del restaurante; en la noche es el ruido de los comensales y en la mañana los ruidos de la preparación de la cocina. Nada grave, pero acorta el sueño si no duermes profundamente.

• Selene (2/5): - No hay recepcionista cuando llegamos, nos comentaron que hasta las 3. Cuartos con larvas en cabecera y colchones con pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. El mesero atendió nuestra inconformidad después de quejarnos 4 veces en recepción con otro Mesero (estaba la administradora y gerente afuera sentadas en el jardín charlando); el mismo mesero nos cambió de cuarto donde encontramos cucarachas grandes arriba del mueble y en el piso. No comentaron que fumigaron el lunes, para el viernes en la tarde/noche no habían hecho limpieza de la fumigación de los cuartos desocupados. ¿Entonces porque el Check-in es hasta las 3? Nos fuimos del hotel, "habló" con nosotros, la gerente y la administradora, en un tono que no les importaba mucho que nos fuéramos, "se disculparon". Es lamentable, porque hubo muchos pretextos y no una disculpa real; siempre los hoteles en Cuernavaca estarán llenos, asumo que un cliente más o menos no es relevante. En estas situaciones es cuando se ve si la administración en realidad sabe llevar un hotel o no. Pagamos menos con Expedia, creo que por esto el servicio del hotel no es bueno o fuimos ignoradas. Piden identificación oficial. Bueno: los gatos que tenían y el único mesero que SI nos apoyó dentro de lo que pudo. Recomendación: Revisen muy bien sus cuartos, sobre todo si se los dan cerca de la cocina; revisar las cabeceras que son como agujeradas.

We arrived and went straight to the pool area for an awesome cocktail. The pool was a vibe! Heated, beautiful, surrounded by foliage. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast? Exactly what I'd expect from a boutique hotel in Mexico. Location was great, super easy to get an Uber. Room was super roomy Only thing that would have made this even better is having a small AC in the room. We attended a wedding nearby and getting ready in the room was a bit tough in the heat.

• Verified traveler (8/5): This hotel dont apreciate customers much - The hotel is very nice..with a good but expensive restaurant..but the rooms are terrible..there are no mosquito nets in the Windows ..and no air conditioning..so either you open your window and enjoy the mosquitoes or sweat all night long .. Also the regular rooms are so small that only the bed fits..and not much else.. We asked for an upgrade hoping that as gold member they would honor one..and they told us there were no rooms..although we were the only guests at the hotel..the next morning after complaining much.they upgraded us to a suite..actually a normal room..but charged us 50 % more of the rate we had payed..that room did have air conditioning and was much better.. But honestly we didnt feel well treated.. Anyways..alert your customers not to book this hotel..unless they are prepared to spend nuch more than anticipated..and never stay in the regular rooms.
• Martin (10/5): - Nice hotel in beautiful Cuernavaca, however front desk, which was closed when I left Monday morning at 8 AM, was playing games delivering a receipt for the nights stayed, claiming everything from not knowing what a receipt is (and I do speak Spanish) to month end closing problems. It took several calls and messages to finally get one.
• Gisela (2/5): - Escogimos este lugar para tener unas vacaciones de paz y tranquilidad pero se encargaron de que fuera todo lo contrario . Me resulta nefasto que den una deuda-habitación abajo de la cocina donde se escucha a todo el personal arrastrar sillas,mesas,sartenes callendose al piso etc. El ruido en la “habitación” empieza desde la 6 am y termina hasta pasada la media noche. A la alberca no le tienen prendido los filtros puesto que estaba llena de hojas e insectos.

El desayuno incluido es muy muy rico. El árbol que está en el jardín es impresionante. En resumen, la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

• Lourdes (8/5): - La suite del hotel muy cómoda, el hotel muy limpio, la atención del personal excelente, (los meseros muy atentos). Espero que puedan poner aire acondicionados en la habitación ya que si se requiere.
• Edith (10/5): Un hotel maravilloso - Estuvimos felices, la alberca con agua templada, el servicio de los meseros súper excelente, nos consintieron y eso a cualquiera le gusta, solo les doy un consejo, las hojas de los arboles caen mucho, deben de estar limpiando continuamente. Invitados a regresar.
• Verified traveler (6/5): EXPERIENCIA DEFICIENTE - La habitación es muy cómoda pero muy mal ubicada; se localiza debajo de la cocina y hubo excesivo ruido durante la noche (cena) y al amanecer (desayuno). La terraza del restaurante es linda; sin embargo, está expresamente prohibido fumar y permitieron fumar a algunos comensales, lo cual resultó muy molesto. El personal del restaurante es insuficiente; solamente existe UN sólo mesero, para todo el lugar. NO estoy seguro en recomendar el Hotel.

• Ninja Traveler (6/5): Cuernavaca Oasis - Had to find a hotel to spend one night to attend a social engagement in this town. And I was pleasantly surprised to find such an oasis, tucked away from the fumes and chaos of this mad city. The reception is very nice and the staff was super friendly. The room was small but nicely furnished. The garden could be beautiful with some TLC. The one thing people need to know is that there is no AC in the rooms nor in the common areas.. It is very common not to have AC in this town (I've stayed at several hotels - some very expensive ones) So be prepared. If it's a deal-breaker for some travelers, this is not the place for them to stay. Nonetheless, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. To the owners: You have a potential jewel if you put the love and monies to make it happen.
