- Lori (10/5): Great place to stay in Porto - This property is brilliantly located across the street from a market and walking distance from many sites. Staff is exceptionally helpful and available to answer questions and provide help. They arranged the best airport transfer we’ve ever experienced. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything you could need. It was perfect for our stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

It is the best place to be nearby the principal attractions. It was quite isolating and clean. Pilar gave me such incredible suggestions about what to do or where to go. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich nett und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war hervorragend! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Wir konnten die ganze Stadt per Fuß erkunden. In der Markthalle direkt gegenüber kann man wunderbar frühstücken. Obwohl es direkt an der Straße liegt, habe ich es nicht als laut empfunden. Zwei Häuser weiter ist ein Supermarkt. Wir waren zu dritt in einem Appartment und waren vollauf begeistert!!!!! Ich habe wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln!!!!

- 877seleneu (10/5): Solo Travel - I traveled alone to Porto and chose to stay in an apartment near the Bolhão Market, which turned out to be the perfect decision. The area is full of character, with narrow streets, traditional architecture, and a lively yet welcoming atmosphere. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and supported is very important, and Luz made a huge difference from the very beginning. She welcomed me warmly and was always available thanks to the 24-hour reception service. Her recommendations helped me make the most of my time in the city. One of the highlights of my trip was the Douro Valley day trip organized by Luz. It was extremely well planned and allowed me to explore one of the most beautiful regions in Portugal without any stress. Luz also recommended several very local restaurants where I could enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine, which made my experience much more genuine. One evening, she arranged a fado show for me, and it was a deeply emotional and memorable cultural experience. I also joined a boat trip along the Douro River, passing under the six bridges, and took a bus tour to better understand the city’s layout and history. Thanks to Luz, traveling alone in Porto felt easy, enriching, and unforgettable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was small but well appointed. Very comfortable bed! Location next to the market was great and we enjoyed the market. The highlight of our stay was the staff- they were very friendly and helpful. There were no hooks or rails to hang wet towels.

Since the apartment is close to a main road, the traffic noise at night is quite loud; it would be better if the apartment windows had better soundproofing

There was a 24-hour staff at the reception and they gave us the key and went to show the unit. During our stay we met several of the staff and all of them were very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent client service: there is an office in the building and all the staff is nice and ready to help you. You feel that you are in a hotel. They offered to clean the apartment several times. Loved everything and more. We liked everything. A few suggestions to make it a 10: more spaces for storing clothes/a round table in the kitchen with 2 chairs in order to fully enjoy the space/ side table in the living room….

There was no place to unpack your clothes - no cabinets, drawers or even shelves. The lighting was poor. The small two person sofa was very uncomfortable. The shower was marginal for size. Noise from the street was high.

The location is truly exceptional; we were able to walk to most places. Otherwise, the bus and metro stations are just 1-2 mins away. The Bolhao market is just in front, and there is a supermarket just next door. The staff is very professionnal and it's very easy to communicate through WhatsApp for any questions or requests. - Ian (10/5): - We were informed that we could leave our luggage in a secure locker should we arrive before 3pm when the apartment would be ready. As it happened we arrived shortly before mid-day and were informed that the room was ready for us. The professional and friendly reception staff spent some time giving us an idea of what the city had to offer - places to visit, places to eat - and answering any questions we had - and this service continued throughout our stay. The staff arranged for us to have a taxi from the airport to the apartment and vice versa for our trip home at a very reasonable fixed price and with a helpful and amiable taxi driver. The apartment itself was clean, light and airy and a good size with complementary tea and coffee. It is placed well in the city close to the Bolhao market. It is close enough to the city centre and river making walking to everything a breeze despite its hilly nature. It was also remarkably quiet and serene in the apartment given how close it is to the busy streets outside. The art deco style architecture and internal decor gave the air of stylishness that was very much appreciated - yet at a very reasonable price.

L'accueil et la gentillesse de l'ensemble de l'équipe est à souligner ainsi que son professionnalisme. L'appartement était parfait 👍 il ne manquait rien pour notre confort. Literie idéal , salle de bain bien agencé et grande. L'ensemble de l'appartement est spacieux avec une belle décoration. Chauffage et climatisation fonctionne très bien. Bonne isolation phonique, pas déranger par le bruit. Bref tout était parfait nous ne pouvons que revenir avec grand plaisir dans cet établissement.

- Josef (9/5): Angenehmes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. - Das Team der Vermieter war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hat auf Anfragen immer sofort und freundlich geantwortet. Außerdem ist die Rezeption immer besetzt und zu helfen bereit. Das Apartment ist schön und funktionell eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet; Markt, Geschäfte und Lokale befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch die U-Bahn-Station (z. B. für U-Bahn zum Flughafen ohne Umsteigen) befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Das Licht im Apartment könnte etwas besser sein. Ich fand es etwas düster. Auch ein Kasten oder eine Kommode wäre praktisch.
