- YASAR GOKSEL (8/5): - Otelin konumu hem çarşıya hem limana yakınlığı sebebiyle bizim için çok uygun oldu.Eşimle bir gece kaldık ve sabah yürüyerek limandan feribota bindik.Odalar sade ,temiz,yataklar gayet rahat .Sabah kahvaltıda açık büfe olarak vardı biz yemedik ama güzel bir büfe gördüm.Kuşadası çarşıda gezmek ve liman restoranlarda yemek için yürüyerek ulaşım adına güzel.Araba park içinde destek oluyorlar.Bizim beklentimizi çok güzel karşıladı.

Boiled eggs were black when opened that was the best thing served. Location is the only thing good. No ice, no service no one answered phone if you call reception. No English horrible parking only 6 slots available to park. I can go on and on. I never do reviews but this was devastingly dissapointing.

Trivagonun "sıradan" notuna rağmen - en fazla ne olabilir ki diyerek rezervasyon yaptık. Otel vasatın altında genel ve oda temizliği kötü, yataklar nispeten iyi, klimanın çalışması olumlu süprizlerdendi. Kahvaltı bir kaçgün ısıtılarak servis edilmiş ve artık bir tarafları yanmış yumurtalar haricinde kendi standartlarında iyiyidi.

Personeller arası iletişimsizlik var ve bu da müşteri memnuniyetsizliğine sebep oluyor. Aynı şekilde akşam aracımızı otel otoparkında bırakabileceğimizi söyleyip sabah bunu kabul etmediler. Temizlik kötüydü. Personeller yetkin değil ve mecburen çalışıyormuş gibilerde. Tek otel orası kalsa bile tercih etmemelisiniz.
- Husne (2/5): Horrible - L’hôtel est sale, le petit déjeuner est foireux, les chambres de ne sont pas nettoyé, les chambres sont très sales. La piscine est sur le toit et tout le monde peut vous voir les voisins, il n’y a aucune intimité. Les chambres sont très mal isolées, je n’ai pas pu dormir à cause du voisin qui mettait sa télé à fond et personne lui a dit de baisser le son malgré que je l’ai dis à la réception. Malgré le prix que j’ai payé cela ne vaut pas du tout le coup, fuyez. Si vous venez pour dormir seulement même pour cela je vous le déconseille. L’eau de la douche malgré que ce soit mit à fond n’étais pas chaude. Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement mais vraiment ça ne vaut pas le coup.

- Melek (2/5): Dreckig! Aussen Hui innen Pfui - Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung wurde trotz mehrfacher bitte einfach nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt ist es sehr dreckig und dass hat nichts mit dem Zustand des Hotels oder der Möbel zu tun. Beschwerden werden einfach still ignoriert. Man erhält werden eine Abhilfe, noch eine adäquate Antwort. An 5 Tagen vor Ort wurde mein Zimmer nur 2 mal gereinigt und dies nur mit mehrfacher Aufforderung. Frische Handtücher,Müllentsorgung oder auch Klopapiernachschub kann man hier vergessen. Das einzige was gut war ist tatsächlich dass Frühstück. Insgesamt wird nicht viel Wert auf Hygiene oder Sauberkeit gelegt. Nie wieder!

Good sized rooms, comfy clean beds,fridge and kettle in room,but no tea,coffee etc. Small balcony but fantastic view, really beautiful. Staff really lovely and helpful,just seemed to be very few available. Breakfast not great. Plenty of continental style but any cooked food appeared to be in short supply and sitting quite a while. We were with friends and thankfully we are not big complainers so more inclined to see the funny side of things. We were there for 3 nights and on our last morning there was quite a big crowd of young people for breakfast which ended up at 8.15am being no cooked food at all, very little bread, which they eventually replenished, no cutlery, no cups for tea, had to use glasses, then no tea, water ran out, by which time were really laughing. BUT we actually did have lovely few days. Wouldn't recommend unless they had a good refurb. Pool advertised but really bad condition. Water almost black looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in years. Surrounding pool area really neglected.

- 27ethana (4/5): A great hotel, in a distant past - Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. When we first arrived at the hotel, their credit card machine was not working, and they let us settle in and said we could pay the next morning no problem. It was super nice. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper there was always extra. Amazing people. However, this hotel could use a SERIOUS renovation. As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like an old man’s gym locker, there were stains on some of the sheets, and my duvet comforter was literally ripped at the bottom. The water smelled like sulfur and seaweed every other time we used the sink, and the electricity in the room would jsut randomly go off by itself and then come back on later. The lights outside our room in the hallway hardly ever worked and the spa (hammam) was non existent. It was literally an abandoned basement with old furniture upside down and empty dark rooms. Absolutely terrifying looking, we went back to our room immediately. There was water leaking on the top floor and the paint falling off the walls in many areas.Whoever runs/owns this hotel must be trying to create an interactive horror experience. Although Kayahanbay Otel might have seen it’s last renovation during the ottoman reign, it is central to downtown Kusadasi and would be the best hotel in town if it had a serious renovation. The breakfast was pretty good too. Beautiful views and close to the Çarsi and restaurants.
- Semsa (2/5): - Jag bokade ett rum med havsutsikt men fick istället ett rum där balkongen bara var 1,5 m från den andra byggnaden. På grund av detta fick man bara solen på balkongen i 15 minuter så byggnaden blockerade utsikten. Hissen fungerade inte. Luftkonditionering fungerade men det blåste bara varm luft. Toaletten var inte så fräscht och dörren var smutsig. Poolen (som dem lockar sina gäster med fina bilderna på sin sida och annons) var ur funktion. Enligt annonsen skulle vi även ha vattenkokare och kylskåp i rummet men det fick vi inte. Det enda som var bra var frukosten som de erbjöd på hotellet.
- Erol (6/5): YAZIK EDİYORLAR OTELE SAHİPLERİ - otelin Konumu son derece güzel ancak otel çok eskimiş durumda otelin kökten bir bakımdan geçmesi ZORUNLU otelde sanırım 5-6 çalışan var çarşaflar eski ve rengi değişmiş sanırım pikeler hiç değişmiyor. restoran masa örtüleri üzerlerinde reçel lekeleri olmasına rağmen 2 gün kahvaltı yapıtım değişmemişti ve sağa sola kaymış örtüler düzeltilmedi bile .restoran mekanında pencerelerin önü sanırım bir aylık tozu ile duruyordu . odamız deniz manzaralı köşe oda ama mini bar yoktugece boyu ısınmış su içmek durumunda kaldım. otel terası uzunca bir süredir işlevselsiz bu denli manzaralı bir yer KOCAMAN bir KAYHANBEY tabelası için kullanılmakta oysa akşamları bir bar hizmeti verilebilecek acık ve seyirli bir alan olarak kullanılabilecek bir mekan sonuç olarak evet yine giderim bu otele manzarası için ancak birşeyler değiştikten sonra
- Jakob (4/5): Under al kritik! - Hotellet var desværre under al kritik. Poolen, som var en af grundene til st valgte hotellet, var lukket. På de syv dage vi boede der, var der rengøring én gang, og vi måtte selv ned og bede om mere toiletpapir. Morgenmaden var ikke børnevenlig på nogen måder, og der var kun vand, the og kaffe at drikke. Den ene dag ristede brødristeren ikke, den næste dag gik der ild i brødet, dagen efter virkede kaffemaskinen ikke, hvorfor vi spiste morgenmad ude i 5 af 7 dage. Da jeg gjorde opmærksom på fejl og mangler i receptionen og i særdeleshed den manglende pool, trak de blot på skuldrene. Det eneste der fungere var manden der parkerede vores og alle andres biler, HAN vmbirde være i receptionen, så ville det hotel du gerne langt bedre. Vi fik det billigt, men det var simpelthen FOR usselt - desværre!

- Mert can (6/5): Bilgilendirme - Otelin otoparkı kesinlikle yeterli degil.Otel yol kenarında valizlerle yürüyemiyeceğimiz için aracımıza yer bulmak 20 dk sürdü. Çalışanlar gayet kibar, güler yüzlü, odadaki telefon ve mini buzdalabı çalışmıyordu.

- THEDOKEN (8/5): Location location location - Went to the Kayhanbey for a fortnight.. Covid was at a low in the UK and even lower in turkey...The staff where efficient but not overly friendly.. Fine though.. We got a room on the first floor which have us a fantastic view of the canopy that covers the entrance.. Still a decent view though 9pm. We asked for a room higher in the building and we're relocated next morning.. Without a problem..the 3rd floor room was basic but clean.. But the views where amazing.. Pigeon Island to the left and Kusadasi to the Right.. What a vista. We never went up to the pool on the roof so cannot comment. Never ate there so can't add anything in that subject either. Location is what it's all about.. From wandering into town in 6 or 7 minutes to people watching from the balcony.. Its perfect.. We will definitely book this Hotel again.. Decent hotel.. Excellent Location.

- Paul (8/5): Nice Hotel, friendly Staff ideal location - Hotel nicely located - friendly staff especially the person who helped parked the car and the receptionists - very disappointed that although brochure indicated there would be a kettle, that was missing as we enjoy having early morning coffee and coffee drinks at other times - car park somewhat inadequate but typical of parking facilities at seafront hotels in Kusadasi - behaviour of some other guests, especially some of coach party left much to be desired when they slammed doors at 3.00 AM

The pool was small but lovely and clean, however the toilet belonging to the pool was filthy and no toilet paper, soap, or way of washing your hands. The rooms were spacious and nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was just bread, olives, hard boiled eggs not really worth going down for. Overall I would stay here again because of it being so central and the staff were vey nice and the price was very reasonable.

- dakisdesign (4/5): Great location but poor rooms - Location was fantastic, right at the port with great views. The front alfresco terrace was great place to sit. Looked good from outside but once you get to your floor it looked liked a horror movie set. Really ugly rooms. Our first room was a 'grand family room ', what a shocker of a room. Stunk, dirty, grime, ugly, really bad. Not worth 1 star, Moved to one of the smaller front rooms, a bit better. The breakfast was very basic but ok, and strangely they collected the unused food off the plates. The roof top pool has great views, but looked like no one uses it, the chairs and pool bars non existent and in very bad condition. There are parts of the building that are derelict. Overall great position with great views from roof top but rooms and hallways are terrible.

- ScovilleStation (2/5): Defo not a 4 Star - £45 per night for a twin room, room was dirty, mattress had big stains down the side, bare wires in bathroom, rust on ceiling of bathroom, shower screen off rails, stains all over carpet, Aircon stuck on 25, no self closer on room door. No tea or coffee in room, no glasses or cups to drink from. Mattress was vet springy on the back. Top sheet was damp and had to hang outside for a few hours to dry. Hotel generally of very poor decoration. Roof top pool, only 7 very dated and decaying sunloungers and only 3 cushions for those, all ripped to pieces Lol. Breakfast was basic Turkish breakfast with cereal. No fruit juice. Lovely views tho.

But I think it is time to restoration for most of amenities , A/c was terrible during summertime in july.. Toilet and bathroom need to revamp.
- Ellen_Landes (10/5): Cozy hotel close to the port - Stayed at Kayhanbey for a weekend with my boyfriend. ROOM was huge. I believe I booked standard, I guess they upgraded us. There was a couch + king size bed + single bed. Gorgeous view to the port. It was nice to sit on the balcony watching cruise ships sailing away. STAFF were very friendly, professional, respectful. The gentleman at the reception was very courteous. FOOD was simple, but nice. Had breakfast at the main restaurant. Room service took very long time to arrive, but food was very delicious. LOCATION is excellent. Just in front of the cruise ship terminal. 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area. There are lots of cafes and restaurants. Many local companies offer all kinds of day yours and excursions. The most popular ones - Ephesus, St. Mary's house, aqua park and Turkish baths. All in all, good value for money.
- markantonyy (10/5): Very handy hotel in center! - We were there to sleep and the room was comfy and clean. The view from balcony was amazing. Stayed for a week and I really enjoyed! I don't like swimming that's why I didn't use pool, mostly we were out but guys in reception was always helpful!
- DeNavarone (4/5): Avoid! - First impression-poor, the person behind front desk was not able to communicate in English. I mean he was worst than a waiter on a corner cafe`. Check in was fast, i asked if they have room service, the answer was no. Room was dirty, bathroom even worst with brown spots on the toilet cover and all around, stains of dry soap as well. At least bed was clean. There was nothing like safety instructions or any kind of instructions in the room.No pen, no paper. Where is the phone? I was looking all around and finally i went down and ask front desk how come there is no phone? He said there is (most of the conversation took place by gestures). I finally found my room phone. It was next to the toilet, in the bathroom.Why somebody wants to have a conversation while sitting on the toilet, i really don`t understand. While going down stairs, lights went out so i have to keep my hand on the wall. There is a sensor and it`s activated only few seconds, then you`re on your own. After i saw the room i did not have the courage to ask about food. From balcony you have a nice view of the balcony of a building next to hotel (actually you can jump over there) and a terrace full of garbage where some guys were improvising a barbecue. Air condition was smelly, i opened to check the filter, full of dust, probably never cleaned. TV has only 3 (three!) channels, one channel was black&white. Room was noisy, you can hear everything from the rooms above-next to it. I check out few hours later. My advice: Stay away from this place!
- DimitrisC870 (8/5): a good hotel very close to Kusadasi port - This a good hotel very close to Kusadasi port. Sometimes the noise in the room can be a little too much but not very disturbing, breakfast is ok , food is acceptable , staff is not speaking very good English ( but that s a problem in most hotels in Turkey ) and usually the price is very good and as you need to walk only 2-3 minutes to go port and 4-5 to go to city center / bazaar etc so this hotel is a bergen pick .
- 762salliel (2/5): Do not even go here. - This originally lovely space is poorly managed, not at all clean, and terrible food with few food choices. The staff does not communicate in English. The hallway lights are all light-sensor and go on and off; off by the time you get to your room. Several people in our group did not have working air conditioning. There were no desk chairs. We left after the first night of a three night stay. Just terrible.

- Serpil70 (8/5): Great place to stay when connecting with a cruise - Reasonably priced hotel in central, waterfront location, with kind, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable and equipped with the basics and the balconies have great sea/port views. Barely 3 minute walk to ferry and cruise liner terminal. Can be noisy at night due to main road - close the balcony door and use the air con instead.
- Lavanash (6/5): Beautiful sea view hotel - Stayed for a night in October 2012. Neatly maintained hotel with a sea view. Rooms not new but clean. Buffet is average. Mornings abit crowded. The Hotel location is excellent. Take a walk around and you will find a lovely pavement near the sea with lots of shops and eateries.
