I loved the fact that the rooms came with 2 different pillow firmness which made it easier to sleep. The beds were perfect in my opinion. Front desk staff were fantastic. Breakfast was yummy, although I believe it was only 1 person working the buffet which made it hard when food would run out especially with the amount of people who was staying in the hotel. I wish I could remember the woman’s name who checked us in, but she was phenomenal even with my 2 little kids. That alone made the experience so much nicer. The pool was small and had a strange “mildewy” smell to it. Also, pool towels were very sparse.

• Roopesh (3/5): Appliences are not working in the room. - The room and hotel was clean, the breakfast is good. I stayed here for one night for my onward trip to Boston. There was a very bright light on the headboard but no switches to turn that thing off. Couldn’t sleep during the night. I was accompanying my family and one of my newborn couldn’t sleep because of the light. I called the front desk but they also couldn’t figure out how to turn that off. Offered to change the room but since it was already very late and my other kid was sleeping so I didn’t want to wake her up. In the morning we found out that the microwave was not working so I couldn’t make the breakfast for my kid. Had i know this in the night I could have changed the room. May be I booked through booking.com that is why they offered sub standard room.

• Glynda (1/5): absolutely a nightmare and we couldn't wait to get out of there - Nothing, everything was horrible!! nawful, wi-fi, door handle broke off, changed room 2 times; from 329 (original booking) but had no tub and I had small children and I requested a tub but they said booking.com did not forward them that info; second time I was in room 312, but right after we got settle i went to get ice or something and the door handle completely came off from the outside; 3rd time I was in room 314. the wi-fi kept booting off, the breakfast only had chkn sausage, ilk. the pool was ice cold and thats how it was the last time i stayed. It went down so fast and I wont stay there no time soon Everything

I booked 2 queen beds in my room and got 1 queen and a old nasty pull out couch with no cushion on the mattress. The comforter the receptionist gave me had a big hole in it. And a woman was literally kidnapped from the hotel lobby! Neither myself or my family will never come back to the north Brunswick new Jersey holiday inn express and suits! Huge disappointment!!

The pool door wouldn’t open so we waited for the front desk guy to get around to opening it (@ 8:45pm with an eager kid, it wasn’t awesome to wait when the door should open with a key. El laundry gracias al empleado llamado Jairo que me limpió la secadora pude secar porque estaba llena de sucio. Deben tener más limpieza en las instalaciones del hotel. La housekeeping Margarita fue muy amable y siempre me limpiaba el cuarto muy bien. La estación del Metro y los sitios de comedor quedaban muy lejos.

They were more humid than the outdoors at night. Breakfast was pretty good, but the only fresh fruit provided was a couple of bananas and some really, really old and awful apples. Overall better than average with comfy beds and baby crib provided.

We stayed 4 nights and wanted it to be clean (new towels and sheets and empty garbage) after 2nd night, but they didn’t clean until after 3rd night when we asked repeatedly. Pool was too cold. Breakfast was the best part, amazing cinnamon rolls!
