- Sabrina (8/5): Top hotel op een top locatie, goed ontbijt, goede service - Locatie was perfect, 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Onbijt was top, genoeg keuze. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De douche had een stortdouche en handdouche. De handdouche kon niet hoger geplaatst worden als een meter hoog. Als je dan hiermee wil douchen moet je hem zelf vasthouden.

- Sjouke (10/5): Prima hotel voor citytrip naar Brugge - Mooi hotel, prima ontbijt, we hadden een net gerenoveerde kamer. Locatie is ook goed, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. We konden de auto tegen vergoeding prive parkeren op hun eigen parking achter het hotel. Alles mooi schoon. In de badkamer was geen afzonderlijke douchecabine. Douchen moet dus staand in het ligbad. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn mogelijk minder handig.

- Annemieke (7/5): We hebben ons prima vermaakt - Personeel was erg vriendelijk en het hotel ligt perfect, je loopt zo het oude centrum in. Groot voordeel is ook dat het hotel een eigen parkeerterrein heeft, waardoor je de auto niet in een vaak krappe parkeergarage moet parkeren. Ontbijt was ook prima in orde en vlakbij zit een fantastisch restaurant ( De Pepermolen ) De kussens lagen niet lekker ( veel te slap ) en de badkamer was een beetje armoedig. Je moest in bad douchen en tussen het bad en de wastafel was een toilet gepropt. Een wat dikker iemand zou hier niet eens op kunnen zitten want die past er niet tussen.

- Axelle (7/5): On a passé un bon moment quand même - L’endroit est bien, parking à disposition c’est top ! Les chambres sont bien mais pas assez insonorisé, on entends fort les bruits de couloir mais surtout les bruits de la rue

- Chris (8/5): Wonderful city break - Great staff and location The terrace/ balcony area outside our room was nice and spacious. It needs some attention. There are weeds growing through the paving slabs and the four plant pots were full of weeds. The concrete on the facing wall was crumbling.

- laurent (9/5): Bon séjour - Le cadre, proche du centre ville La télé, car il y avait une publicité qui revenait à chaque fois et qui coupait notre programme. Mise à part ce petit détail, le séjour fut agréable

- Trek10595577837 (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great location! - Perfect location, extremely clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast buffet. Our room never got quite cool enough, but our sons' room towards the back of the building with a different cooling system was excellent. Shout out to the front desk receptionist, Bayram (apologies for spelling) who was incredibly welcoming, helpful when we we got locked out, and a wealth of information for touring around the city.

- Alicia (8/5): Great staff and location - The location is exceptional for exploring the whole of Bruge. The staff were warm and welcoming, from check in to the bar staff, they all had time for a chat. I booked a room with a balcony- unfortunately it was a shared balcony- as a none smoker, it meant I couldn’t take advantage of using it as the other guests were and made use of it.

- Linda (10/5): Absolutely perfect!! - We had a wonderful stay, the staff were amazing and we felt very much at home staying with you. Location was fantastic, very happy and would highly recommend.
