- Jonathan (1/5): Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in and we always use Hampton Inns - Worst breakfast we have ever had at any Hampton Inn NOTHING hot. 🥵 only cold Hot breakfast items and clean facilities WHY DID THEY PUT US IN A HANDICAPPED UNIT??!! It felt eeeky. We did not appreciate that !!! We were celebrating our Anniversary and did NOT enjoy our stay at all !!!! The only kind person was BRANDI. She was lovely 😊

I don't know what changed, but it would be in your best interest to find out. Pillows in the room were flat. The bathroom door was a slide panel, and didn't stay closed, which left no room for privacy.

Quiet environment for a good nights sleep. Lisa Q is always welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. She always makes sure we have the best experience! Rooms are exactly what you need for a short stay, while larger rooms make a longer stay more manageable.

I accidentally left a small pouch of my jewelry in the room when we checked out. The hotel contacted me through a third party service to advise me that it had been found and offering several options to have it returned. I really appreciated the housekeeping staff’s honesty. The jewelry had more sentimental value than monetary value and I was so happy to get it back. Well done Hampton!

There was ample seating, and everything was very clean. The coffee options were great and in a convenient location. There wasnt anything we didn't like. The door next to the pool did not open with the key card. That was the only issue we had.

I booked two weeks in advance and needed two rooms close together; my request was recieved 10 days before my stay. That did not happen. My room was on the second floor and my friends room was on the third floor. Both of us needed disability access. It appeared they didn't address the situation until the day we checked in. Our rooms were not turned down.

- johnhS8981YJ (2/5): Worst manager, worst hotel room, best maintenance worker. - I stayed in an unsafe cave for $300 AUD!!!! I had been driving for 9 hours from the beautiful Grand America in Salt Lake City so i was needing the Jaccuzi. I was one hour before it closed but it was locked up tight because it was broken. The locked gate was also denying my access to the BBQ which meant the steak I have in the cooler could not be cooked. I tried to return to the hotel through the door I had just used but found that It too Was broken. So I had to go around the the building to the front door. I came in through reception where I was told the gate could not be opened I tried to do some laundry before it closed only to learn that their dryer was broken…. So I could wash my clothes but not dry them…… Upon returning to my room I watched some TV which was the 1st thing that worked. I got undressed to retire for the evening and tried to open the electric window shade to view the weather….both were disconnected and broken……so I slept in a windowless cave because they put me into a room with the knowledge that it was broken. So at 0700 I tried to have a shower only to learn the faucet was broken wo the shower was only a trickle. After 10 minutes of running there was still no hot water. I gave in and had a cold shower when I got an enourmous fright. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel on the wall of the shower drip into the bathtub. Combined with the lack of water pressure makes the tub more slippery than an ice skating rink with water on top. I slipped and barely caught myself before I got hurt. when I got out I saw all the water on the floor and learned that to top it off the water was leaking on the floor from the broken fitting. I decided to return to the pool/Jaccuzzi. I had a warm jaccuzzi because the maintenance man had just got it working. I saw the BBQ and saw it was the most filthy BBQ in the world. It was then I told the maintenance man the problem with my room (306). He told me that the window shades had been broken for weeks and the parts Had been ordered. He also said he would try to fix the leaking faucet. He also said He had 10 hot water heaters but could not get anyone to install them. I am so glad I made a video of our chat. He told me he was doing everything he could but it was a struggle. He said the pool equipment had not been working when he started. Upon leaving I forgot the door to enter the building was broken and tried my key…… He said, “That has been broken for a month”. I laughed and walked to the front of the building ….Lisa the manager was so rude. She told me that it was my fault because I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. He condescending, sarcasm, was mean spirited and she used it for effect. I asked for her to ask the manager to contact me when she arrived. I have never met a worse manager in 50 years. I explained that their policy to NOT price match when it was $20 cheaper on line did not help. She just laughed.

I almost got an Airbnb but I was worried that there might not be good AC in someone’s Airbnb. I chose to stay in a hotel cause I figured it would have more reliable AC in the desert where temperatures get to be 120. It did have good AC and we were very comfortable I wish they had infused water in the lobby. This property is in the desert and water should be available. They used to have 2 waters in dispensers: regular and fruit infused water with cups next to the water station.

I was there on business in July of 2025, and although the temperature outside was a boiling 110 degrees, the quiet AC kept my room cool and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to my needs. I asked for extra towels on the first day, and they provided without question. The breakfast was hot and tasty and so was the coffee. I definitely recommend anyone visiting the Parker area give the Hampton Inn a try.

I could hear every word of the conversation in the room next to me. Absolutely no insulation or sound barrier. Called front desk nothing they can do. If you get a room 2nd floor is much better.

- Lynda (9/5): A great place for a stopover! - A really patient front desk staff. Pet friendly. Had size-specific treats for canines! Special requests didn't go unnoticed. Super clean and quiet, considering it could be thought of as a place to party on the Colorado River. Really, there was only one thing that concerned this new senior citizen: the tub could use some non-slip stickers on the bottom. So clean and slick, I was thinking about the possibility of slipping. It did have an ADA bar, which I utilized. As a pet owner, a small patch of real grass would have taken this review over the top. Some pets have standards that can't be controlled! 🐕 💩

We ate at the breakfast buffet every morning that consisted of amazing waffles. At night we were able to swim in the pool and relax at the hot tub. The hotel was clean and decorated very nicely 😁😁😁
- anthonyaB4732CT (10/5): Very nice staff - Very nice staff and clean facility overall. Definitely making this a yearly routine for my family we loved how clean it is. The room was very well done and the bathroom was amazing it was well kept. Definitely will be staying here at least once a year. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing everyone including guests we’re pretty respectful and mindful of everyone else.

We have never had any problems with any thing and if we do they take care of it right away. Lisa at the front desk is very nice and professional. We will definitely be back
- Escape16645807273 (8/5): Cold Coffee - Overall a good place, clean and nice breakfast. Only complaint is the last two times in the last month coffee is cold at 730am. I would say service is a always great. Night person didn't know that Gold members recieved a gift as well. Thank you!

The outside lighting is exceptional making the entire area feel lovely and safe at night. Fantastic staff and hotel. Room was clean and well kept plus the AC blew nice and cold!

The hotel room was great. Breakfast was very good. The waffle makers are always a winner. We will definitely be back.

Had down the best place to stay was in Parker. They had parking for my boat. The staff was friendly and nice couldn’t have asked for better service.

- DavFlav (10/5): Parker, AZ - Helpful and Polite staff. A very well kept facility. Although not that old, it looks new. Best beds ever!!!! Breakfast selection is well maintained and plentiful. Location very central to many activities and easy to walk around to many places to eat. Great location to enjoy AZ no matter what the season.
