• Azad (1/5): - Nothing to like about this place. Total scam. Nothing to like about this place. Total scam Terrible customer service. Rooms are not even close to what their images show. No internet despite their false claims. Tye location is not safe. Nothing in the rooms were working including lights, shower, drawers and dispensers. This listing must be removed. I had booked for 10 days, only stayed one night and moved out without refund.

There was a server there for another couple but I sat there for 15 minutes & could not seem to catch her eye. I hated the check-in procedure for the “ automated “ process. I would rather deal with a person than text message and coded locks. I had difficulty with the WiFi in my room and could not use it.

• Nora Birkelund (4/5): - I liked the outside area with a nice and big swimming pool (although it was quite dirty) and the fact that we could use the premises all day after checkout, as our flight left in the evening. I cannot believe why this place has such a good rating when it is literally just a house where people come and go. The vibe does not exist as this is a "semi-automated" hotel, but there is some staff that makes food and cleans the rooms. Very noisy in the common areas as people arrive and leave this house all day and night long. Food was OK. The WiFi did not work at all Would not recomend to stay here for anything else than to sleep close to the airport when your plane is leaving late. I would also not recommend to stay here without a car, as some Ubers and Taxies would not drive to this area at night.

• Rafael (4/5): Buen hotel, pero el check-in con código fue muy problemático - El hotel es bonito y las instalaciones son agradables. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal de limpieza y cocina fue muy amable. También probamos la comida y estaba muy rica. La experiencia de check-in fue muy mala. Llegamos casi a medianoche después de un vuelo de más de 11 horas y el código de acceso que nos enviaron no funcionaba. Tuvimos que hacer varias llamadas y enviar mensajes durante bastante tiempo antes de que nos respondieran y nos enviaran un nuevo código para poder entrar. Además, uno de nosotros tenía un vuelo a las 4:00 a.m., así que prácticamente no pudimos descansar. Este tipo de problemas no deberían ocurrir cuando el acceso depende completamente de códigos automáticos.

Room location ( room #1) too close to dining and common areas. Very noisy with all tile floors. Conversations really carry. Toilet seat broken. Weird access only by access code to open entry door. (Site proclaimed no staff on site). Which i did not know until arrival. No reception staff. All communication through what's app. " only" stay were 2 very sweet kitchen staff.

• Techno (9/5): Haré de este hotel mi lugar favorito - La limpieza y amabilidad de la gente es excepcional. Rubí es una chulada y me dió mucho gusto que es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y me reconocieron, hasta me preguntaron por mi familia. El chavito que limpia la alberca también es muy amable y educado. Todo estuvo bien, aunque hubo unas fallidas con el Internet, pero entiendo que no fue por ellos sino por la compañía que les da el servicio.

• Diogo (8/5): Nice hotel close to Cancun airport. - It is near the airport, late check-in is possible. No reception. It is cozy and has a holiday spirit with garden and swimming pool. Food was very tasty. Noisy guests speaking and shouting in the corridor in early morning.
• Raju (7/5): A property which holds great promise with better management. - Safe secure gated place.A boutique quiet place to chill for families with good facilities. Restaurant staff was very courteous and food tasty and presented well. Internet is weak,unstable or absent. Internet based Roku TV did not work. Safe was locked out probably by previous occupant and management did nothing about it. Management dismissed my request for couple of hours of delayed checkout even though most rooms were vacant. POS machines do not work well due to unstable internet.
• Orlanda (5/5): A decent budget option, you pay for what you get… - Near the airport, nice garden. The food was good. Ideal for a short stay and getting to airport. Easy check in and out. Confusion over drinks bill, fairly sure our tab had another room’s on top - an easy mistake but difficult to explain with our not speaking much Spanish… a few extra drinks not worth quibbling over. We couldn’t get any drinking water (not realising the kitchen/bar shut at 10pm) and were completely ignored by the staff, who were still in the kitchen, once the time had passed. The pool was busy and noisy, staffs kids jumping in and out for hours… then the gardeners started mowing… was comical how un-peaceful it was! Normally I’m sure it’s a quieter place, there’s nothing else around there… literally nothing, just other big compounds. Wouldn’t describe the room we had as deluxe just because it had an enormous bed. It was a bit faceless, all communication by WhatsApp although that was efficient enough.
• Susan (9/5): - If you are looking for a quiet hotel in a residential area Villas Palmeras was an absolute gem! The place is spotless, very well kept and the staff are very friendly! The pool area and grounds are immaculate and quiet. The room I had was spacious and very clean. They looked after my taxi ride to the airport and the self check in process was easy and well explained. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

• Oriol (7/5): Si necesitas cercanía al aeropuerto bien, sino busca alternativas - - Cercanía al aeropuerto. - Tiene un restaurante correcto dentro del hotel en el que sirven desayunos, comidas y cenas, lo cual está bien porque cerca del hotel no hay nada y, por lo que nos comentaron, tampoco es una zona donde sea recomendable pasear. - El barrio en el que está ubicado. Nos comentaron que era una zona donde deberíamos evitar pasear de noche y que en muchas ocasiones los Uber descartan entrar por ser una zona donde sienten hostilidad. - Si tu intención es visitar Cancún desde este hotel sería mejor explorar alternativas más cercanas a las ubicaciones a explorar. - El hotel ofrece una alternativa de transfer desde/hasta el aeropuerto, pero es demasiado cara. Por nuestra experiencia, si preguntas a los transportistas que están a la salida de la terminal acabarás consiguiendo un precio de transfer significativamente inferior.

Tha manager seemed like a nice guy and tried to be helpful but this was too barebones for me. I would not stay again unless I was taking off the next day from the Cancún airport- which is close by.

Arrivati la sera alle 23.30 a Cancun dopo 18 ore di volo, doccia con poca pressione e rubinetto dell'acqua calda non funzionante. Impossibile chiamare qualcuno a quell'ora. Servizio beverage chiuso al nostro arrivo. Nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua.

Empiezo.. jaja q estas rentando y no te dejan meter comida aunque sea a tu cuarto, nosotros pedimos comida de ahi fuimos en familia y no nos gustó el sabor y pues no poder pedir nada pq no te dejaban no se me hizo justo pero en fin.. tuve q salir a comer.. y como es un lugar escondido los uber se batalla para q te lleven... Al ser todo digital, no se me hace tan comodo.. la vdd se batalla para entrar a las habitaciones si no pones el código bien.

• bruno (6/5): Electriciteitspanne en generator stuk - Ideale locatie. Dichtbij de luchthaven. Wij hadden tussen 23u30 en 2u electriciteitspanne. Er was een nood generator die dichtbij ons raam stond. Op zich reeds een groot lawaai. Maar de generator was kapot waardoor er continu heropgestart werd. Wat nog een groter lawaai met zich mee bracht. Dus geen airport, geen gsm kunnen opladen,... We hebben weinig tot niet geslapen.

The place was very clean, the food was really good, and the pool was perfect—I even went for a swim and loved it. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

• H (7/5): - It had parking and was a safe place to stay even though it was a bit tough getting in plus figuring out how to get the garage gate opened. We were lucky enough that the kitchen staff was just about to leave and they explained how to do it. My sister's husband hurt his back due to that the room they got had a step down entering the bedroom and their wasn't a warning sign and he tripped, fell and pulled his back. That was awful and he was in so much pain. They need to have a sign or a warning before entering that room.
