• Sandeep (9/5): Great staff...big rooms..secured parking - I was searching for a hotel after driving all night. The night manager went out of his way to confirm my rooms. Some other bigger brands did not give too hoots as they were following the corporate procedure. I liked everything because they helped at 3 AM in the morning.

• SIDDIQUI (5/5): - "The behavior of the hotel management was disappointing. I expected a more respectful and helpful attitude, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Improving staff professionalism would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.".
• Gopi (6/5): Just managed - Location proximity to Train Station and staff Towels, Blankets, pillows turned dark from white ( maybe too old), found couple of mosquitoes. They are almost there but not perfect.

• Rakesh (1/5): Behaviourless receptionist - The view was good As I booked this hotel for my parents. As my parents requested to refill some snacks in the room. They said they are gonna refill it ASAP. But they never did that thing and when I asked in the reception they said they are chargeable(In a rude way ). So???? Do these guys think we won't pay for the snacks or what. Such an arrogant fellow in the reception. Personally I won't suggest this hotel.
• Karen (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Easy access to transport Cleaning was not good. Only beds were made and floor was never mopped. Sink in bathroom was never cleaned. Toilet paper rolls not adequate for number of people in the room. There was loud music playing in the corridor just outside the rooms until very late at night. I was asked by the night reception to pay the laundry bill when it had already been paid by a member of the family before they vacated the room.
• Kumar (3/5): Lots of better options around at the price range - Except for the Location everything else was terrible. The front desk was the worst I have encountered. The property was supposed to have free wi-fi but nothing about it was mentioned. The room and especially the washroom was dirty. The seat of the commode was cracked and filthy. The management needs to look into the hospitality aspect and then the housekeeping. The direct lines for in room dining was not functional many a time. Never felt more unwelcome at a hotel in my life.

• Sheeraz (3/5): Poor - Na Woman at the reception was super rude. I booked a deluxe because i didnt want twin bed. One bed would have super comfortable given my back pain. She said its not available , i showed her the booking of deluxe room but she didnt care. She gave me an option of take it or leave it. I had no other option but taking it. Then much to my disappointment, i got a call from the same lady from reception that you are staying in a twin bed room and now you have to share the room with another guest. I got super pissed ofd and threatened to leave the hotel right away if they insist on sharinf the room with another guest. Then she called me back saying that you will have to shell out 3k something and you dont get to share it with another guest. I agreed and that was the end of my nightmare. Never coming back to Grand continent. There is nothing grand about the hotel except the name
