Aucune solution de changement de chambre...Personnel pas accueillant du tout , c'était comme si nous étions invisible....ils étaient bien trop occupé avec un groupe saisonniers.Un rafraîchissement s'impose,manque d’entretient générale je trouve cela cher pour ce que c'était même si la piscine était agréable...le bar de celle ci d ailleurs n ́a jamais était ouvert.C’est dommage il a un bon potentiel non exploité au détriment des voyageurs de passage comme nous....

Номер оборудован кухней, большой холодильник, плита, посуда. В описании был указан бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта. Мы на него рассчитывали, в связи с поздним приездом. Несколько писали сотрудникам с целью выяснить кто нас будет встречать. В результате получили сообщение, чтобы мы добирались сами. Пришлось взять дорогое такси по ночному тарифу.. Когда приехали на ресепшн, никого не было, на звонок вышел недовольный человек. Следует учитывать, что на территории много насекомых: комаров, мошки, мушек, муравьев, есть гусеницы, тараканы. Когда стали укладываться спать - обнаружили на матрасе иголку с ниткой. Неприятно.

- Philippa (7/5): It served its purpose for our stay on the island. - Nicely kept gardens, peaceful pool area. They were quick to add more chemicals when we brought to their attention that it turned green. Beds were comfortable to sleep on. The kids enjoyed picking their own mangos from the tree Easy to hire scooters from a nearby company, about a 20min walk away from “main road”. Our family liked the quiet location. Breakfast undesirable but we found great breakfast options nearby - La Place, Banana Garden, Lemongrass, Nora’s Cafe Pool bar never opened, we still sat around it and had our own drinks. Use the couch cushions on the sun lounges as they’re uncomfortable. Bathrooms need a deep clean to try get rid of mould and smell. Have to request to have room refreshed. “Clean” towels provided smell bad. Staff were attentive only if I sent a message rather than approach them. They seemed happy to help the permanent residents who were all lovely. It is quiet season so maybe they’re ready for a rest.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 森の中の静かな宿です。 - こじんまりとしていて静かでスタッフさんが親切です。小さな子供がいる家族の長期滞在に向いていると思います。名前のとおり森の中なので、ビーチまでは結構あり、徒歩だと最低でも20分くらいかかると思います。路地の最奥にあるので、初見で辿り着くのは困難だと思います。大通りまでは徒歩10分くらいで、食堂やお店がありますが、バイク等の移動手段があった方が圧倒的に便利です。バイクはスタッフに頼めば1日150kドンで借りられます。なお、バイクは数に限りがあるようで、繁忙期には在庫がなくなるようですが、大通りを少し歩けばレンタルバイク屋さんがたくさんあります。バイクを使えば有名なスーパーのキングコングマーケットまで10分くらいで、ここなら土産から飲物、薬や服、カバンなど何でも売ってます。朝食にはオムレツなどをオーダーで焼いてくれ、パンやフルーツがビュッフェ方式ですが、種類は少ないです。私は使っていませんが、自炊用の台所があり、好きなものを料理することもできるようです。レストランで食事も酒も飲めますが、少々お高く、大通りの店の倍近くしますが、そもそもが安いので、私はたまに使っていました。空港までは車で20分ほどで、頼めば送迎を手配してくれます。私は迎えを依頼しておいたのですが、飛行機が遅れたうえ、イミグレが超混んでいて約束の時間より3時間以上遅れたので、結果的に自力でGrab配車で、行きも帰りもスタッフの手はかりませんでした。レンタルバイクがあれば、理論的にどこまでもいけますが、日差しも強く荷物も限られるし、島の北部や南部までは1時間くらいかかります。なので、私は近場の買物や食事はバイク、遠出の観光やビーチはGrab配車と使い分けていました。
- Hiroshi (10/5): - 満足しかありません！ とても静かで、清潔、宿泊者同士の距離感も良く、スタッフも言葉は通じませんが一生懸命やってくれます。 朝食が本当に美味しいです。新鮮なフルーツにその場で作ってくれるオムレツ、ラーメン等どれも美味しかったです。 プールや庭も毎日掃除が入るのでいつでも気持ち良く利用できます。 12月下旬に7泊しましたが25日まではヨーロッパやアメリカの方が、それ以降は中国や韓国の方が多かったです。 1月単位で長逗留する方もいました。その位居心地の良いホテルです。 バス停までは徒歩10分位です。免許を持っていたら原付を借りる事をおすすめします。
- Pei te Peter (8/5): 富國島上的森林渡假飯店 - 這樣的價格已經很不錯了 還包含了簡單的早餐 房間夠大 可以在酒店直接租摩托車。泳池適合家庭玩樂。地方比較偏些 有時候會停電 。客人以歐洲客爲主亞州人很少。也大部分都是帶小孩來渡假的。

- Elmira (10/5): Nice place to stay with family and pet friendly - Very nice and cozy little houses, around all green palm trees, great swimming pool. Friendly staff and owners are too. Breakfast quiet good, with fresh baguettes and coffee, not so much choice but alright. Air conditioning was old, all the time in the room cold with out it’s very hot.
- Sarkar (8/5): Very good - A good property with great pool and amenities. They also provide bike rentals. I will highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Phu Quoc. The rooms were huge and the tidy clean.
- Josefina (10/5): Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Perfect for families. - Large luxurious pool with bar. Clean and well maintained. Many sun-chairs in the shadow of palms surrounding the pool. Great atmosphere. Children playground with a playhouse next to the resort restaurant. My daughter liked it and could play there while we were in the restaurant and could monitor her from there. Also the internet connection was very good & fast everywhere in the resort.

- Peter (10/5): Le Forest Resort is a fantasic place to stay with great value for money. - Le Forest Resort was for me a great place to stay. It is in a quiet location without traffic and noise - a hidden gem in the middle of a forest but still near everything of interest. The resort has an unbelievable pool with massage jets, shallow end (good for small children) and also a bar inside. The fantastic athmosphere in Le Forest Resort comes from the forest location and the many beautiful palms and trees in the resort and around the pool, which provide cool shadow when laying in or at the pool in the sunchairs or underwater lounge seats. The room was beautiful and clean with a big balcony and good view. The beds in the room were highly comfortable with douvet, perfect pillows and good quality linen - like you usually only know it from the 5-star hotels. The WiFi Internet connection had stong signal and was extremly fast in my room and also evrywhere in the resort. Breakfast buffet was included. I liked the fresh fruits, juices, breads, and the home made youghurt and the authentic vietnamese coffee. A chef was there too, making delicious pancakes and other dishes for me. All was included in the room rate. The location was near from the airport. The taxi drive was cheap and fast - just 12 minutes drive and about 5$ cost. Also the resort location was near to everything of interest - within a few minutes walk I could reach shops, mini-markets, restaurants and bars and long beach with many beach bars.

Pool and facilities were good, although there were no cue tips on the pool queues which was a shame. Nice dogs and helpful staff. Although the property was pretty and the rooms nice, I feel it was a little expensive given what else is on offer on the island.
- Sharon (10/5): Sad this place wasn't busier - was a lovely place to stay. - this place was almost empty but we were made to feel welcome. We were brought some fruit. It was a little hard to be understood but google with the wifi was perfect. The pool was extremely clean and had lovely 'seats' to sit on. The pool bar wasn't open but that was because the place was so empty.

- Vo (5/5): Passable - great swiming pool family suit is quiet spacious - terrible location, very deep inside the alley and taxi got confused about the address - limited breakfast choice, same food everyday - confusing payment method. on Booking it shows "property will take care of the payment" meaning money will be deducted from our credit card, but when we check in, the staff said they don't use that payment method anymore and we should pay them by cash or bank transfer.
- florence (10/5): Super hôtel, sans hésiter - Hôtel sympa dans un cadre bucolique situé à 1.5 kms de la plage de Long Beach. Les chambres spacieuses et bien agencées sont disposées autour de la piscine équipée de transats sous les palmiers et les bananiers. Idéal pour se détendre... Le personnel est très agréable et souriant, disponible à tout moment. Nous avons pu louer un scooter en 15 minutes, en passant directement par la réception , à un prix très raisonnable. Seuls points négatifs mais pas très graves: - notre chambre se voulait équipée d'une kitchenette, mais cela se résumait à une plaque de cuisson 1 feu , un évier et une bouilloire. Il y avait aussi de la vaisselle et deux récipients de cuisson. Pour quelques jours cela suffit, mais pour des séjours plus longs comme nous , avoir un micro ondes et un réfrigérateur un peu plus grand serait appréciable. - la salle de bain manque d'intimité, les moustiquaires des deux fenêtres donnant à l'arrière de la chambre ne cachent rien de vous lorsque vous êtes sous la douche ou aux toilettes. Il faut se bricoler un rideau ou accepter que le personnel d'entretien passe devant vous sous la douche quand il doit intervenir à l'arrière du bâtiment. et enfin - Le manque de maîtrise de l'anglais du personnel à la réception, nous avions quelques difficultés à nous faire comprendre pour des demandes telles que des informations sur les excursions ou même la location du scooter. Nous recommandons cette hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un peu de tranquillité, le tout en ayant la plage
- HAE SU (8/5): 르포레 - 방에서 가끔 도마뱀이나오고 모기가 쪼매 많은데 가격을 생각하면 일하시는 분들의 친절함과 숙소의 안락함에 좋다는 생각이 듭니다 한인 식당에서 잠깐 쉬러 한국가신다는 사장님이 무료로 김치찌개 포장해주셔서 어떻게 할지 몰랐는데 로비옆 식당아주머니한테 한번 끓여달라고 했더니 흔쾌이 끓여서 그릇에 담아주셔서 소주도 한잔했네요! 아 이거는 개꿀팁인데 룸키를 꽂아야 전기가 되는데 방나가실때 (번역안되게) 옫걸이 꼽았둤곴 나가싰면 하루종일 젔깄가 통해용~

- はると (10/5): - 5泊滞在しました。 子供が熱を出しライムを塗ってくれる、お粥を作ってくれました。とても親切で子供もベトナムは優しい人ばかりなんだね！と言っています！ ただ、空港に迎えをメールで頼んだのですが来ておらず、探してしまいました。結局、自分達でタクシーを手配して行きました。ご飯も美味しく、安くはないけど、、プールもこじんまりしていて、宿泊費が安い割には良いホテルだと思います。
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice property & the manager - she was really nice and made sure we had a great stay. Its a clean place with a nice pool. The property is a tucked a bit away and 5 mins in a car from main road. There isnt much to go out for a walk as the road is quite narrow and lots of dogs. We ended up doing taxi all the time. Breakfast is something that can certainely be improved. Not much variety and looked below par. We ended up eating outside every morning.

- Niina (10/5): Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen hotelli - Mukava viihtyisä hotelli jossa ystävällinen henkilökunta. Allasalueelle kaikista huoneista näkyvyys. Monipuolinen aamupala ja ravintolapalvelut hotellissa. Ainut pikku miinus tulee sijainnista joka hieman syrjässä päätieltä, mutta toisaalta siitä johtuen erittäin rauhallinen paikka rentoutumuseen. Suosittelen kyllä lämpimästi!

- Patricia (10/5): Paradise - Paradise.😊 Excellent, attentive staff. The manager was exceptional, could not do enough for us. The resort has fantastic facilities and very good food cooked to order. Even nanna (the dog) looks out for you on a night when walking up the lane to the resort. A definite must. We hope to go back next year, it is that good.
