We stayed there 14 nights one night. Our neighbor was very loud one night. There was a party next-door that lasted a long time very loud and the room needs to be more soundproof.

• Rouven (8/5): Mein neuer Favorit in Sachen Preis/Leistung in Hua Hin - + sehr großes Zimmer + King size Bett + excellente Matratze + nahezu perfekte Sauberkeit + sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal + Viele Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen, Ablegen und Sitzen + gute, dicke Handtücher + viele Parkplätze, teils sogar im Schatten +/- Kopfkissen könnten etwas weicher sein für meinen Geschmack +/- rudimentäres Angebot an TV-Sendern +/- Aussicht nicht der Rede wert, aber das ergibt sich aus der Lage des Hotels. Bereit gestelltes Shampoo und Duschgel ist sehr dünnflüssig.

• Stephanie (9/5): Great value for money - Great location close to the mall and beach. Super clean and very spacious. It even has a small kitchenette with a sliding door to shut off from the room. Could hear the neighbours talking, but that didn't disturb me much. There are a few dogs around the area so be aware of that at night.

• Stellan (8/5): Ett billigt och bra boende med perfekt läge. - Detta hotellet ligger på utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till strand, market village samt restauranger och barer längs soi 94. Om man bor längre tid här kan man få hyra rummet till ett väldigt förmånligt pris per månad, vilket inte många andra boende kan slå med tanke på vad du får för pengarna. ingen frukost eller pool tillgänglig, detta visste jag i och för sig om redan när jag bokade så det var ingen överraskning. Det finns dock många möjligheter till frukost på restauranger i närheten och den totala kostnaden per dygn för boendet och frukost på restaurang är fortfarande väldigt prisvärd.

• Torbjørn (10/5): Baan Yokmhanee, place to be 🙈🙈 - Flott personale. Store, fine og rene rom. Fint bad med greit vanntrykk i dusj. Alt man trenger 2-5 min gange unna. Rolig område. Må være fuglen som skrek store deler av oppholdet, men den fulgte med oss videre til Cha Am.

• Digby Strong (9/5): Still a great stay, after several years - Have stayed several times before, over the years since the aparthotel was built, and the standard of comfort and cleanliness has been maintained throughout this time. Furniture /beds are of high standard, as has been the maintenance of a high standard of decor, which must have taken focused effort. The location makes it a very easy walk from the Market Village shopping centre, and similarly the range of evening eating and drinking facilities of Soi 94. Ample car parking space is available, some now under shade. Owners and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing of any consequence. Remote for aircon could have had fresh batteries.
• Fayngold (10/5): Overall, a fantastic value for money and I would definitely recommend (and likely come back again) - Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious with everything I needed and a very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Everything was also spotless clean. There are some dogs living nearby, and I was a little worried at first, because I am generally scared of stray dogs, but these were never a problem, they just mind their own business on the parking lot.

Vom freundlichen Empfang, Ausstattung der sehr,sehr sauberen Zimmer bis zur Hilfsbereitschaft, alles Top,top top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch den Guest relation Manager Bee-Bee der immer freundlich und ein offenes Ohr hat. Wenn man 12 Punkte vergeben könnte, der Betrieb hätte sie verdient. Man sieht sich sicher wieder A wonderfully run family-run hotel in the heart of Hua Hin. From the friendly welcome and the impeccably clean rooms to the helpfulness of the staff, everything was top-notch. I would especially like to commend the Guest Relations Manager, Bee-Bee, who is always friendly and ready to listen. If I could give 12 points, this hotel would deserve them all. See you again

• BIN (10/5): 一次超出预期的假期体验。 - 位置绝佳，隔壁不远就是华欣购物中心莲花超市。过条马路就直达海滩。步行20多分钟就能到夜市、火车站。周边按摩、酒吧、餐厅应有尽有。客房大，家具简洁、卫浴干净。服务员微笑而且热心周到。 厨房要有个小微波炉就完美了。
• Brendan (10/5): Excellent accomodation for long term stay in a spacious room. - The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The cleaning service every day was prompt and professional. The room was quiet and i did not hear any neighbours or traffic noise during my week long stay. Complimentary coffee and water was provided every day. I appreciated the hospitality of all the staff in this family run business. Short walk to beach, Market Village shopping centre, restaurants and nightlife. It would have been nice to have a cooking hot plate in the kitchen so I could have the option to cook some eggs in the morning.

• James (8/5): - Nice, clean hotel up a quiet alley but just a few mins walk from Hua Hins best bar complex and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants on the way (turn left out of the hotel and you are there). Turn right and you are 5 mins walk from Shopping Centre and 10 mins walk from beach. Spacious rooms, if a bit basic, but everything works and its very good value for money. Small bar at reception.

• Jennifer (7/5): Overrated - It is very clean and the rooms are big. It is a 10 minute walk to the Market Village Shopping Center and beach. The internet works well. To be fair in the review I have stated the good things, but I was left with a very bad feeling the day I left which was sad. The manager wanted to fight over 50 THB because she misunderstood me. I stayed a week. In my opinon, the hotel is overrated and expensive for what it is. I think there are much better deals in Huahin. The small lobby looks like a nursey with children's cribs and toys all around. I am posting photos. There are no amenties such as a pool or restaurant. There was not much help with bags either. The interior of the rooms are basic.
