Кровать чистая и удобная, есть телевизор и быстрый wifi. Неадлеко заправка ⛽️ и магазин. Нет горячей воды в душе и шторки на ванной, вода лилась на пол и было скользко.

• Tessa (9/5): - Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in unserem Bungalow. Als wir da waren, gab es Garde süße Kätzchen, das war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Es ist etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt, wodurch es schön ruhig ist, man ist aber auch auf ein Auto angewiesen.

• Robyn-Louise (9/5): It was peaceful and welcoming - It was such a lovely space, situated out of Hoi A which is great to get away from the busyness of the city. The owners were lovely and accommodating to all of our needs. We also rented a moped from here at a very good rate. I would come back. Nothing the owners can do, just the distance.

Der Zustand ist… nennen wir es „historisch“. Möbel, die bessere Zeiten gesehen haben, Wände, die vermutlich Geschichten erzählen könnten, und ein Badezimmer, das eindeutig schon länger keinen Wellnessmoment mehr erlebt hat.

• Jake (10/5): - Charming, off of the beaten path, well maintained comfortable lodgings, hosted by a lovely warm & welcoming family & comical friendly cats & a dog. Authentic neighborhood providing a nice opportunity to live locally with a short scooter ride away from local eateries and a short walk to coffee houses. We really enjoyed our stay & switched off for a few days. A nice basic breakfast in a nice setting & scooters available to lease. No complaints for such well priced accommodations. Keep in mind it’s a ride away from Hoi An, but easy access from Da Nang.

• Joseph (10/5): - This is a very nice place in a quiet area of Hoi An. It's a short grab to everything. The owners are a great couple and they really try to cater to all there guests needs. They cook, do tours, make recommendations, pick up/drop offs, and offer drinks. They really go out of there way to make your stay great. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quite. The bugalows are surrounded buy a fish pond and amazing flowering orchids. The dog Coco is so friendly and fun. If you enjoy quite and comfortable place to rest after exploring this is the place. Lai est un hôte merveilleux toujours disponible pour nous faire passer d excellents moments (cours de cuisine, visites). Coco Bungalows est parfaitement situé, au calme, et a courte distance de la plage et de Hoi An. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et propres. Nous remercions Lai pour sa gentillesse et son sens de l hospitalité. Nous recommandons Coco Bungalows sans hésiter et nous y retournerons pour un prochain séjour dans la magnifique ville d Hoi An. • Mark Surman (10/5): My Favourite Vietnam Stay. - Mr Lie and his wife were extremely nice. Also, Mr Lie is a great chief. He made me feel very much at home. It's such a beautiful setting. Great value for money. Mr and Mrs Lie will absolutely make sure you're happy. CoCo de dog is a lot of fun. My number one favourite stay in all of Vietnam. There was nothing I didn't like....

• Loganynwa (6/5): Lovely setting just a little rural - Really nice host was very welcoming and a pleasure to meet. Communication via this platform was good before my check in. Upon arrival it is lovely to see what he has built, it is a very lovely setting, the bungalows look like little house boats within the fish pond. Looks even more amazing in the evening when lit up by lanterns. Very peaceful and quiet location if this is what you are looking for. Unfortunately for me the location and room was not very practical for my needs. The room layout was restrictive for me to set up all my electronics, I was unable to use the TV with my streaming device or laptop, during my 3 night stay not once was any housekeeping done. I only received 1 bottle of water on arrival and nothing further. There was no kettle/coffee/tea in the room. I like to walk and whilst the town centre is over 6kms away which is not a problem it is not a scenic walk to get there from this location so its more ideal for those who want to either ride motorbike or constantly take taxi. There is very little amenities in the area. Overall just was not for me but may be perfect so others.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The kindness of the host, Lai. Such a great person, always ready to help, to cook or to share a laugh. The place is relax, can rent a scooter directly there. He can help you for basically anything. The bungalow are beautiful. There's a good vibe. Wifi is good. Beds are comfy, night time there's lanterns outside which give a cool vibe. I think it's a good place to start your trip in Da Nang area. Here you have the peace of mind to see what you want to do and how to do. Nothing really.
• Jenni (10/5): Exceptional - This stay was amazing!! We loved the accommodation! Comfy beds, great breakfast and a lovely garden for eating/relaxing. The whole family was so welcoming and helpful. We did a cooking class with Lai and his niece which was great! We rented a bike which was perfect for the gorgeous beach nearby and exploring the town. If I return to Vietnam I'd come back here, for sure!

• Caterina (10/5): Our reason to come back to Vietnam - Lai is the reason we’ll be coming back to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and treated us like family. He helped us plan our tours, booked things for us, and even did three amazing cooking classes with us—including a visit to the local market, which was such a great experience. Our bungalow was huge, clean, and super comfortable. You can tell the whole property is really well cared for and loved. We’d seen a few reviews saying the breakfast could be better, but honestly, every time we asked Lai for something different, he made it happen. He really went above and beyond. And of course, we can’t forget Coco the pup and the sweet cats—cutest little coworkers you could ask for. They made our stay even more special. You will need transport to get to the beach or into the Old Town, but you can rent bikes or scooters from the property. nothing
• Ronid (10/5): So good I've extended for a month. This is such a friendly peaceful place you may not want to leave. - This property is located in a very quiet residential area. It is perfect if you want to escape the noise of the city and just want serene peace. Hoi An city is easily reached by a Grab cab for 100,000₫ (£2.85) or the beach for even less. The host is a joy and will go out of his way to help you in any way and ensure you have a wonderful stay. The worst thing I can say about this place is that the host feeds you so well, it can be hard to motivate yourself to do anything after eating, especially when sitting around in the sunshine and quiet leafy atmosphere they have created around this accommodation.

• Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - Our hosts were very kind and hospitable. We felt at home. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and the environment was pleasant. Shower gel and shampoo were also provided. Since the accommodation is quite far from everything, the free use of bicycles was great. Lai is a great cook, everything he prepared was delicious. The nearby beach is quite nice, you can spend a day there. The bike ride is about 20 minutes. To Hoi An old town, Grab costs 90-100k, or you can rent a motorbike. The breakfast could be more varied, as you can choose between two options: eggs or Vietnamese noodles. We usually eat more vegetables, so we missed this, but for others this should not necessarily be a problem. It's obviously not the Coco's fault, and it's pretty common in Vietnam, but the roosters here start crowing every morning around 4:50, which is guaranteed to wake you up.

• Julie (10/5): Relaxing stay at a home from home - Loved our two night stay with Lai at Coco Bungalows. The room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It's a home from home and Lai makes you feel so at home and relaxed. He organises day trips for you and has all the local knowledge you need. Would definitely recommend. You do need a bike, scooter or grab to get to the old quarter but it's really cheap

The owner and the rest of the family are really trying to make your stay something special and are super supportive and helpful.They speak really good English, which is a big bonus There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast, but for the price, it's acceptable 😉

• Michał (10/5): Book this place to stay in comfortable bungalow with unique family atmosphere near Hoi An - This place is great! Design of bungalows is amazing and is characteristic for this area of Vietnam. Rooms are modern and clean, AC works great. But the most important is atmosphere in this place made by Lai and his team. From the moment I’ve arrived there, Lai made everything to make me feel there like at home, he helped me with everything, bought anything I needed, cooked for me (you need to try his food!), and always was really helpful and positive! He may also help you with airport transfer or anything else. No such thing
• Sarah (10/5): An absolutely wonderful stay! - Lai and the team at CoCo Bungalows are so friendly and accommodating! It really felt like a home away from home. When we visited there were 3 puppies and a kitten - which made the stay that much more cosy. We enjoyed the property design and shared nature of the kitchen too. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. We did a cooking class which was great fun! This place 100% looks like the pictures, you will not be disappointed! Nothing! Even though the location was a little away from the centre of Hoi An, you are close to the beaches and the peace and quiet of the place was awesome.

The staff was outstanding and truly made us feel at home. The common area was the place to be to relax and socialize with other guests from all over the world. The room was perfect for us. Great AC! You can really tell how much pride they take in the grounds. We can’t wait for our next trip and will be booking Coco Bungalows again! I can’t think of a single thing.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything was amazing! The property, the staff, the vibe (the owner is the sweetest man and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable). Breakfast is made fresh every morning according to your dietary needs. I arrived early in the morning from an overnight bus on my check in date and the owner allocated a room for me (because the one I had booked was not ready) so that I could shower and rest until my room was cleaned. My room was also upgraded free of charge. Everything about this place is 10/10, could not recommend it more. When I there were no grab cars available to take me to the airport on my departure day, the owner drove me to the airport. I wish I could spend more time here because it was perfect!
• Ben (10/5): A perfect home away from home with fantastic fresh breakfast, excellent coffee and bread, and the sw - The breakfast was fresh, and the coffee and bread were fantastic. Lai and Ruby are the sweetest people on earth, always making me feel as if I were at home. The location is perfectly situated between the beach and the countryside, between Da Nang and Old Town Hoi An. I can confidently say that I have found a home away from home. I had a wonderful time at Coco Bungalows.
