We literally slept with the windows open and the temp was in the 20s outside. If the weather had not been extreme, there probably wouldn't have been a problem.

There were just enough sweet extras added that we felt really catered to. It was such an enjoyable stay and the location was ideal! We were within walking distance of downtown Eureka but tucked away enough that it wasn't noisy. We had a great parking spot also. We will absolutely book the Cliff cottage again. Everything was wonderful, we have no complaints at all about our stay.

Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Getting to see and put the tiny items on the stone wall at the back of the property was fun. I liked the registration book in the room where people told of their stay. Would have preferred dining room for breakfast.
- Celia (8/5): Enjoyed our stay here and would come back. - Charming and comfortable cottage with easy access to good restaurants. The commode in the bathroom is old and very low...difficult to access at any age...without a hold bar of any sort, only the door handle.
- Katherine (8/5): - Quaint lodging option. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice Tiffany lamps. Please consider ripping out the dark red carpet. It made the room seem dark and dated. I love antiques and the historic feel, but the carpet detracted from it. This isn't the fault of the owners, but there's not much to do in Eureka Springs.

- Dawn (4/5): It was lack luster and less than I expected for the amount of money i spent. Terrible parking - Did not eat breakfast. Checked out at 730 am There was old coffee in the pot, I had to wash it to use it. The ice container was covered in dust, I had to wash it. The jacuzzi tub was broken I couldn't use the air jet option. The sofa bed was worn out and there were not any available covers for the sofa bed that was an option to sleep on. The air is controlled by multiple rooms and multiple guests so I was very hot and uncomfortable due to another guests personal preference

Interaction with host was quick, kind & accurate. Already planing another trip in July. I didn’t particularly like the curvy roads leading up to and around the area.

Location could not have been better, we perched on the front porch overlooking downtown drinking coffee or wine every day and evening. The staff was wonderful and worked with us when a problem arose about our booking. We can't wait to return. The only complaint was the TV was too small for my husband lol

- Lisa (10/5): Hope to be back! - Perfect location in a Victorian house in Eureka Springs. What more could you want! The breakfast was wonderful, the sheets crisp and we also enjoyed the private balcony. Will definitely stay here when we return to Eureka! Also appreciated the parking on site. The steps could be challenging if you have mobility issues thought they so offer ground floor rooms.

- Alice (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Downtown Eureka Springs - The staff were very helpful and responsive, always available to answer messages with clear and detailed instructions. Self check-in was smooth and easy. The location is excellent, right in downtown, just a minute from the transit center where you can buy tram tickets. Restaurants and shops are directly across the street, which is very convenient. The room is small and decorated in Victorian style, and the building itself appears to be quite historic.

The bed was very comfortable, great pillows. When we needed help with the jacuzzi, staff immediately came to help. The jacuzzi knobs are not marked. The hot water is on the right. We couldn't figure out how to get hot water.

The breakfast food didn't match the in room menu and was lower quality than what was listed, and instead of juice there was some sort of fruit punch or kool-aid.

- Brett (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good both days we were there. One day there was a sort of casserole that was a little burnt on the outside. Not sure what kind of juice came with breakfast, but it was very good. Location was good, just a minute walk from the main street or the trolley stop for every route. In terms of places to go there's obviously the main street with all the shops and stores. The Blue Spring Heritage Center is about 15 mins away from Eureka Springs, but it's well worth the drive. Lake Leatherwood is great for kayaking, and is on the trolley path. The Crescent Hotel and the pizza restaurant on the roof are great, with good views. I wish that when breakfast arrived it wasn't so loud. We were told it was supposed to be around 9, but maybe a few minutes early or late. At 8:30 we got a loud knock on the door for breakfast. Forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so that happened both mornings. The notebook that is on the dresser for people to leave notes in didn't have a pen, it's a small thing but I thought I'd mention it. The bed sheets had quite a few holes in them. The note on the wall said to be delicate with their "premium" bed sheets, but we were disappointed to see the rips and holes that were on them.

The Emily Dickinson cottage was quaint and loved reading more about her in the books that were at the residence. Loved how spacious the bathroom was-the tub -and the showerhead setting w/very hot hot water💜 The sofa bed was OK with comfort. It just really squeaked too much. The musty smell was a little bit more than I anticipated so I purchased a pleasant smelling candle for the cottage.

- Pamela (2/5): - A very deep bathtub when I did not like is there was a faux for rug that was white but had the black things on it? I was afraid what it was. I found bobby pins all over the floor getting out of the tub. The tile was cracked and they just put a little area rug on top of it like they didn’t think I would noticethat you have to share a thermostat with a suite next-door and they kept it at 60° or lower and I froze all night because my heater didn’t work. I couldn’t get a hold of the in keeper and there was no blanket so all night long. I had to get up and turn the thermostat to 65° and they would turn it down to 60 when I left at 8:30 in the morning. The thermostat was at 56°. They promised breakfast was included but then found out it would be a $30 fee when I called to complain and that’s why I couldn’t get the heater to work. The TV didn’t work. Nobody answered me. I got nobody when I got home and informed the in keeper of it all he wanted to do was give me a $50 credit for the next time. I stay there like that was really gonna happen just because something looks very pretty and unique on the outside don’t believe that it’s gonna be nice on the inside. Stay stay away don’t spend your money. It’s not worth it
- Kathleen (8/5): - A nice Victorian experience if you haven't had one. Daily breakfast delivered to the door was a nice touch. Electric fireplace put out just enough heat to make having it on enjoyable, while individual unit heat/ac system thermostats within suite made it extremely comfortable for warm days and cool nights. Low toilet made it quite difficult for older guests (I'm 73, active, but knees aren't those of a 40 yr old). Parking was convenient, but I'm glad I drove the Nissan Murano instead of the larger Buick Enclave as suggested by the B&B. VERY convenient location to entire town and trolley. Suite can be accessed by just 3 steps even though it is built on a sheer rock cliff. A larger ice maker would be a nice addition. The bed was very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.
