- April (8/5): We were visiting the USF campus for a music event. - The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and responsive.

- Michael (10/5): Very comfortable stay and staff are friendly. - Mom enjoyed the breakfast for sure. I did ask for a no lavender(allergies) and they got back to me right away. Room was clean, spacious and cool. We will be stay there in the future. These are our opinions and experiences, everyone is different. I didn’t have any issues, but mom said it was loud. You can hear the traffic and neighbors. They did give complimentary ear plugs. Be prepared if you are a light sleeper. These are our experiences and is different for everyone.

- Lynn (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay and Busch Gardens is a very short drive. - Located close to Busch Gardens. It was clean. I had a glitch on my end with my credit card payment. The staff informed me before we got to the hotel and check-in went smoothly. It was located on a busy road. They are aware of that and supplied earplugs. We never used them.

Somos personas ordenadas y mantenemos la habitación limpia, y por ello no nos importó, pero hay que decir que estuvimos 3 noches y solo pasaron a limpiar una, ya que lo hacen en días alternos (nos tocó la combinación mala entre tres días). La vez que pasaron no hicieron la cama por dejar nuestros pijamas doblados sobre la misma, y no tener permiso para mover nada de la cama según dejaron en nota. Sonó a excusa. Aun así, el hotel sigue entre nuestros favoritos en el área de USF.

We had a suite which came complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher. The location was also close enough to Busch Gardens. The breakfast wasn't great.

- liz (8/5): - The staff is excellent, the afternoon front desk rep is very professional and help us a lot. The morning breakfast staff is very attentive and respectful. The hotel common areas needs air condition, fl is too hot that the common areas in the hotel was extremely hot and no A/C.

Only room available had window shade that would not rise as the gears were stripped, the water stuttered out of the bathroom faucet, the water hot/cold control wax reversed, and the rug felt wet from the humidity. The front desk graciously changed our room the next day. Thank goodness the new room was right over the 4AM garbage pickup as I really enjoy waking to very loud banging. The $10/d parking charges are also not obvious at reservation. I am glad I did not have an car. Otherwise, the room had very spacious accommodations. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff was very nice.

- Michelle (8/5): - The only reason for me not to give all five stars is the breakfast juice selection. I didn't see any apple, grape, cranberry juices available, only citrus juices were available.
- Amanda (10/5): - We had two rooms here for one night when we were visiting Busch Gardens. The rooms were huge, the pool was fun, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when going to the park!
- Deanne (4/5): Too Noisy outside Traffic - Unfortunately even with ear plug you provide, the outside noise, traffic was so loud. It didn’t quite down until midnight and started back up on ir around sunrise.
