Ribadisco ho sbagliato io nell' errore di prenotazione ma a me sembra eccessivo pagare l intero importo dovuto alla struttura,ok la penale ma non dell' intero importo.. appena 2 minuti dopo me ne sono accorto.. Altro risultato?mi hanno scritto che sarei stato contattato ieri nel pomeriggio dalla titolare ma non sono stato contattato da nessuno.. Vorrei complimentarmi con voi per l empatia e nella gestione del cliente...continuate così
