- Sonia (7/5): 7/10 bien - Les extérieurs, le calme , la musique Pour connaître l’établissement, la qualité des repas a baissé, et pour un tarif plus élevé Pas de place pour se garer 3 bus qui bloquent les passages /pourquoi les bus ne se garent pas en dehors de l’hôtel une fois que les clients sont descendus ??

Veel kalk op sanitair, knop toilet werkt matig. Massaal diner in buffetvorm, en als het op is had je pech. Ontbijt uitgestorven. Geen aanrader
- Charlotte (5/5): - OK hotel til prisen, men ikke udover det. Kan fint bruges til et par overnatninger, men ikke meget mere. Personalet dog yderst tjenestevilligt. Noget trist morgenmad. Den første morgen var der stort set ikke noget brød - og det, der fandtes, var tørt. Billeder af værelser fra hotellet matcher ikke virkeligheden. Men man får et ok værelse med 2 senge og eget bad og toilet.
- Sandora181273 (6/5): Pas reposant et nourriture à revoir - La piscine, l'environnement du lieu qui est très beau, la grandeur des chambres et la tv même si pas en français malgré les réglages La climatisation qui fait un bruit changeant toute la nuit, la literie et l'oreiller qui sont très durs, le repas léger et le petit déjeuner qui est passable (pain blanc sec, confiture et miel séchés...), le personnel qui vous appelle direct dans la chambre pour régler et de payer la bouteille d'eau en espèces à part du repas...

The AC wasn't very good, didn't get very cold. The staff didn't seem to know how to check us in. The breakfast wasn't great with the food being covered by flies.

- Andrew (10/5): Large comfortable hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. - A convenient location for exploring some of the desert areas east of Erfoud. Large, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. The dining room coped with early breakfasts and vegetarian requests. Receptionist able to sort out problems with a booking for a trip to the desert. Internet only available in reception and a bit erratic, but otherwise everything worked well.

- Hugo (3/5): Very BAD - the place is normal but very cold in winter and the air condition not always works. The reception staff (the hotel manager) scammed us with the change of dollars and offered us very bad and expensive tours
- Ian (6/5): Convenient overnight stay going to or coming from the dessert. - Comfortable, big bed. The air conditioning was very effective and heated up the room quickly. Lots of parking space. Breakfast was lacklustre with very little fresh, especially compared to other places we've stayed in Morocco. Wifi was almost non-existent in the room. It all looked a bit sad and like little effort was being made. A bit soulless.

- Margo (7/5): A bit of an worn down hotel with friendly staff - The staff is very friendly. The room and bathroom are large. It felt like the hotel had not been maintained for 20 years. It was worn down and needed an upgrade in our opinion. The breakfast place was dirty. Bottom of the pool was dirty too. They washed our car before we left (which we did not ask for but is very friendly), but we rather had them fixing/cleaning the hotel better.

- Natalie (8/5): Spacious room with great air con - Room was amazing, very big and great air conditioning. The staff said dinner at 5.30pm and then when we went said no 9pm. Fine but we were hungry from a long day ride on the motorbike and wanted to relax but had to go back onto the motorbike to ride into town for something to eat. Then we said we needed to be on the road by 7am what time was breakfast and they said 6.30am. Got and packed the bike up at 6.30am and everything was in darkest, no breakfast ready they said now 7am we said we needed to go so started our journey with no food. They did said they would have it ready by 6.45am but that’s not the point we needed to be on the road by 7am as had a long journey across the desert to do.
- Mellouki (2/5): Expensive bad experience, not to recommend - Séjour a ne pas du tout recommander: Pas de wifi dans les chambres Pas de réseau TV y compris les chaînes locales Pas de réseau téléphonique (entre chambres et réception) Douche froide pendant tout le séjour voire coupure Hygiène de la piscine est insuffisante (fond glissant algues) Petit déjeuner laisse á dėsirer (choix très limité, petit pains et croissants durs, dėcoupés en plusieurs morceaux, jus artificiel dégueulasse…) Pas de serviettes de piscine Les serviettes fournies mal lavées. Une fois mouillées voire même sèches ça pue. Il est sûr que les règles d’hygiène ne sont pas appliquées lors de leur entretien
- JAVIER (6/5): Mejorable, bajo la calidad en varios servicios - El hotel bastante bien en lineas generales, ya habia estado anteriormente y sabia lo que me encontraria, la nota no es mejor ya que me sorprendio la caida de calidad del buffet que decidimos hacer uso por la noche, poca cantidad y poca calidad. No se espera semejante calidad de uno de los hoteles referente en la zona. Ademas de los numerosos problemas que nos pusieron al no encontrar la reserva, mas de media hora para registrarnos y nos dieran las habitaciones.

- Rolf Melwin (4/5): Not as advertised - Place was not as advertised No complimentary reception, no working indoor heated pool, none of the exercise equipment was working They had a sign for "the heated pool" and wanted to charge for it, though the write up said it was included Does not matter since it was neither heated, clean or available The staff just shrugged This has been our only bad hotel experience in the past 2 weeks Outside pool was pretty and the night lighting was also pretty Pool was to cold to enjoy and there were lots of flies We did enjoy the breakfast Location is poor, you are out of town and stranded with limited facilities It was to be a relaxing day and evening enjoying the spa and pool. Turned out not so much
- decodeco (4/5): 全くおすすめできません - 砂漠観光で2泊しました。エルフードのなかではいいグレードと聞いており、クチコミも評価が高かったので期待していたのですが、最悪でした。レンタカーでやっと夜にたどり着いたのですが、通された部屋は写真とは全く違う、小さくてペンキの匂いがする部屋でした。部屋はハエがいて、トイレの扉は閉まりませんでした。ゴミ箱もティッシュもありませんでした。カウンターに文句を言うと支配人的な人がでてきて「新しい部屋だよ？」とアピってきましたが、ありえないと言うとスイートに案内してくれました。謝罪はなく、20ユーロ追加でスイートに泊まらせてやると言われました。あの部屋はまた別の客を泊まらせるといっていたので正直ありえないと思いました。。。スイートも、広いだけでお湯はでませんでしたが、もうクレームを入れるのが疲れたので言いませんでした。食事もまずくて種類は少ない上に高いです。一番美味しかったのはオレンジジュース（笑）。市内のレストランがよほど安くて美味しいです。日本人のクチコミがなぜあれ程よいのか不明です。他にきていた欧州人も険しい顔をしていました。正直、全くおすすめしませんが、エルフードの他のホテルを知らないのでこれがエルフードでの限界なのかなとも思ったので、他のホテルと比べて判断してください。
