The receptionist was very helpful, I left my charger and he offered me one to use for the night. There was also no noise. I loved the idea of free secure parking. The bed was not comfortable. One side felt very wobbly and so had to perch on only one side which made sleeping u uncomfortable.

• Tilak (10/5): We prefer next visit stay at same place - Good location clean and comfortable stay , staff was excellent we reached late night and we checked in without any problems very quickly when we needed bed as child was sleeping, concerned staff provided clean and comfortable room on the ground floor to make more convenient for young child, car park was free which was the plus point and next day after check out they didn’t make any issue for leaving car for extra two hours after check out . Stay was very comfortable and satisfactory and I must appreciate staff was excellent and I must thanks to staff specially. Staff and location

This wasn't a problem for me though as I was only staying for 1 night and didn't bother to unpack my case.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to take a tube and shopping market centre is within walking distance. I think I like everything there.

Great to Have a Fridge in the Room The Room was Extremely Hot, Even with the Window Open and Fan Going, It was Unbearable. I asked for a Quiet Room but It was Next to the Staff Kitchen and Bathroom for Other Guests. So a lot of noise up and down steps, Entering the Bathroom etc. The Bed was Obviously Broken which I believe was down to the the Mattress as It was On a Slant so the Springs had gone in an area potentially. You couldn’t sleep on it. I ended up trying to Sleep on the Floor to No Avail, So had no sleep.

Our room was comfortable and the shower was quick to warm up with good power. Added bonus of kettle supplies and fridge. Toiletries ie shower gel and hand soap plentiful. Separate extra rest rooms dotted on each floor which were useful. Plenty of eating and drinking locations nearby. Very enjoyable stay

• Elena (9/5): Excellent, very good value for the money - The room was well equipped and clean, same for the bathroom. There was a kitchen available to use for guests, and although we didn't use it but for a tea, we highly value its presence as most hotels don't have it. We could park our car for free, and this was particularly convenient for us. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The mattress was a bit too soft, and the duvet had probably been washed a lot as all the filling was concentrated in small areas while others were empty.
