- tetsuya (7/5): コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。 - ・受付スタッフの方の対応が丁寧でした。 ・フロント、お部屋、お風呂、レストラン、共同スペース（自販機、電子レンジ、軽食が取れる場所）含め、清潔でした。 ■ ４Ｆの共同トイレについて。 ・トイレが共同なのは気になりません。 ・ただ、洗面台のスペースが狭く（開閉するドアと壁に挟まれている）、歯磨き、髭剃りをする時に不便でした。 ・共同で良いので、広い洗面台があると嬉しいです。 ・上記以外は、特に気になるところはなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 ■ 館内マップについて ・ホテルの構造が複雑だったので、レストランやお風呂、共同スペースに移動する際、 すこし迷いました（※ 慣れてしまえば気にならない） ・チェックイン時に配布される紙（※ 館内の利用方法を記載）の裏面にでも、 館内マップがあると、より快適に過ごせると感じました。

- Jane (1/5): Nice place rude manager - Nice onsen and clean room Did not realize we had to make a reservation for dinner and they would not accept one solo diner. The manager was very rude when I appealed to him to get me some food as I had no other option.

- MIYAKE (1/5): 残念。 - 露天風呂が広かった 他はなし。 部屋 びっくりするほど狭かった ベッドはマットが固くてスプリングが悪い 価格 一泊朝食付きで2名で約25,000円でした 繁忙期ではあるがせめて2名8000円 それ以上の価値は見出せなかった。 不潔 部屋にはトイレも洗面もないので、共同トイレになるが、男子トイレは昭和の古いトイレで不潔で怖い。換気扇も不潔で音もうるさくてひどい。床が湿気でべちょべちょ… スタッフ ホテルスタッフか？と思う位ひどい接客 ビックリするほどでした チェックインの説明ではこちらの返事も聞かず早口言葉のような館内説明で唖然。 外国人のチェックインでは、お水はどこにありますか？の問いにノーウォーターと言ってびっくりさせてるし…ひどい。せめてアプリを使い会話してください。 お風呂 床がジャリジャリで定期的に掃除してないのがありありとわかる。 脱衣所もプライバシーな感じは全くないオープンスタイル
- Akiko (7/5): - 千畳敷や三段壁が近いので朝夕や夕日で散策してすぐにホテルへ戻れる。夕日が素晴らしい。暗くなるまで安心して見ていられた！ 共同トイレ、大変綺麗だけど体調が悪い時は不便、 しかし一人旅だったので慣れると気にならない。がトイレのたびに鍵を持たなくてはならない。露天は3箇所あるが遠くの景色は見えない。とても清潔である。

- しょうこ (10/5): - 夜11時までと、朝7時から露天風呂に入れます。 朝食レストランは和食中心バイキングですが美味しく、海が見えるのが良い。 千畳敷まで近いので散歩に良さそうです。 今回はアドベンチャーワールド目的で宿泊しましたが、すぐ近くのバス停から行けます。 白浜駅から、夜タクシー利用で三千円程度でした。 この内容と料金は満足できました。

- Mull (8/5): Ageing Beauty - My travels in Japan confirmed total commitment by staff to their role. Grampus is ageing, but aging well. A great collection of 'natural' Onsen pools, separate for men and women. A serene view for breakfast with guests often dressed in yukata. Easy access to bus transport and short walks. I selected Grampus knowing that there were shared washroom/toilets. Which were in good proximity to rooms and didn't worry me at all! The hotel is non-smoking but has an internal smoking room that may have had a bit of 'leakage'.

- Katsuko (8/5): - 温泉がわりと広くて、貸し切り状態で、ゆっくり入れて、とても良かったです。静かで、部屋も広めでした。少し古いので、とても綺麗な部屋とは言えませんが、普通に清潔でした。 朝食バイキングも付いてて、そこからの海の景色が綺麗です。平日だったこと、海水浴シーズンでなかったこともあると思いますが、コスパ良かったです。
- Josephine (7/5): Good - The onsen was really nice and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were overall really friendly and helpful. A typhoon hit during our stay and none of the windows sealed properly, so water came into our room. We also saw a cockroach outside the onsen and told staff, but the next morning it was still there and we had to report it again.

- Powell (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location! Great onsen. Exceptional staff! They were very kind and helpful. The property is visibly old with clear signs of deterioration in the guest rooms (windows/bedframe) rooftop balcony, odor from the 4th floor bathrooms etc. However, the onsen experience is great and the staff gave excellent service. The room quality was much lower than my expectations but the location made it very easy to spend the day outdoors exploring nearby attractions.

- Felicia (4/5): This is the first hotel in Japan that charge me for hot spring tax but yet do not provide yukata, you have to rent it. - Facilities were nice, it has outdoor onsen I found bed bugs crawling out of the bed. Called the hotel staff up to show him, he said he can’t change room for us becos it is fully booked. We spent half an hour trying to kill all the bed bugs but there are just too many. He later came back again to let us move to another room, we finally settled down to rest past midnight.
- Christopher (7/5): quiet and pleasant stay with in short walk of the town - property is very close to the bus stop, literally across the road, easy to navigate to on bus from train station, it was a few minutes walk down to the cliffs, spectacular view, even when it rained and if your there in time for the waves they are awesome to watch be advised it is a public shower and bathing facility with shared toilet on each floor of the wing your room is on and they have a no tattoo policy for the public bath

- Lee (8/5): A nice and relaxing stay for one day. - Location is very close to the cliff and can see a good sunset. Express bus to Osaka is just outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast: Rice, salmon fish, miso soup, egg, ham and plum. Room not used often and dust collected on furniture. No provision of drinking water.

- Atsuko (10/5): - ホテルは、古いなりに掃除が行き届き清潔。大浴場は熱さが適度に調節され、肌がすべすべになる水質と水量、そして水圧。湯上りに着る浴衣は、ノリが効き快適。バイキングの朝食は新鮮な魚が中心、仕上げの紀州梅干しは、酸っぱさ度が白米の甘さに合致。 白浜駅発の市内バスは、ホテルの前2分に留まり、地域住民の生活を垣間見ることができる。
