Hasna (1/5): - اخذوا تأمين زيادة - دفعنا للبطاقة الصيفية المبلغ كامل رغم انها المفروض ضمن سعر الحجز -تعامل صاحبة السكن اسوء تعامل مر - شقتنا كبيرة واطلالتها حلوة شقة رقم 2 , لكن بدون غسالة بدون كواية بدون صابون واي شي نطلبه من المضيفين يرفضون و اسلوب صاحبة السكن سيء جدًا جدًا عنصرية و كلمها وقح و تدور اي شي عشان تخصم فلوس لكن واجهناها و تحسنت شوي لكن جدًا سيئة معاملتها قالوا البطاقة الصيفية ضمن السعر لكن يوم وصلنا اخذوا فلوس اضافية للبطاقة الصيفية 165€ و التأمين مفروض 200€ لكن طلبوا 400€ ورفضنا و اخذوا 200€ و رجعوهن بعدها باسبوع.

Bartosz (9/5): Very pleasant stay. - Very pleasant stay. Great location – close to a public transport stop, shops and restaurants. Quiet area with good connection to Kitzsteinhorn - around 12 minutes by skibus. Friendly and helpful host who even offered us a private sauna. Very clean, spacious bathroom and kitchen, comfortable beds. Pet-friendly place. High security deposit of 200 EUR charged to the credit card and a high pet fee of 20 EUR per day.

Illés (8/5): Excellent experience, horrible mattresses. - Excellent host, apartament and location, clean and kind! The bed mattresses are well due to be replaced, they were horrible as if they were 20 year old, also could use some better pillows. But this is really the only complaint. Thank you!
Alexandra (10/5): Excellent accommodation for one week of winter holiday in Kaprun. I would definitely recommend! - Very clean and cosy and quiet. The room was big and warm. We had a kitchenette to prepare our breakfast and sometimes dinner. Access to the sauna twice a week. Ski bus station very close. Also supermarket Billa within walking distance. The "Brotchen" service was really nice. Space to store and dry our ski equipment. We were a bit surprised that the house rule was to use the sauna without bathing suit, even if this is the way the sauna is used in Finland.

راشد (1/5): Bad - When I arrived at the place, I entered into an unpleasant smell, and I lit incense to make the weather better, and I went outside, and when I came back, the old woman was waiting for me outside and raising her voice at me, why was it steaming, and why was the bathroom floor wet on the ground? The second day, the same thing happened. We entered the apartment without my knowledge, so they could search the bathroom, and every now and then they would knock on the floor. The door, and if they don't get a response, they knock on the door. If I walk away, they knock on the balcony. The old man and the old man are annoying and give me orders not to start the car in the ponds. Start the car and move slowly...

Jaroslaw (9/5): It had been a very pleasent stay at very comfortable room with very nice surroundings and view. - The room had been very clean and we had been warmle welcome by the owner. We got all the relevant information. We really liked the location, which had been close to the center and very cosy and quiet at the same time. I am sure I would recommen this one! Nothing.

I can see it is good place for winter acyivities It is a privet business, so you have to contact the property at least 1:30 hour before check-in. I recommend call the property rather than contact them via booking masseging system

Lucia (7/5): Good - Good location The Bathroom is directly in the bedroom without door! Only toilet has own door. Sink and shower are in the room, what? If you need to use shower you have to go to someones bedroom and get the shower opposite the bed. It is very uncomfortable.
