- Lorena (9/5): Cute hostel conveniently located - No breakfast however the lobby always have some snacks available for guests.
Effort was put in the decoration to make the space cute, even though the building itself is a bit old.
The receptionist was very polite and made a great effort to communicate the information clearly and in English. The city itself is a bit gloomy so it's hard to put more than "9/10" as a stay, but the hostel itself is doing a very good job at making it a homey space. I can imagine that when it is full, it helps create an atmosphere to connect with people.

- kodamian (10/5): Excellent spot - Parfait, bon marché et facile pour y mettre son velo
- janet (10/5): - Full use of the kitchen and all the appliances, amazing coffee machine, free breakfast. No outside noise, slept so well I stayed here 4 nights. I borrowed a bike from the owner for 2 days and he did not charge me. Cycled to Quingshui cliffs and through Taroko gorge, yes a lot of the trails are open so great idea to stay in this hostel because it's the closest. Nothing

- Sabrina (10/5): - lovely room, good clean facilities, nice breakfast
- Oceane (10/5): - The aesthetic of the place is very charming! There's a cat hanging around but it stays in one area only and you won't see it a lot but just be careful if you're allergic. Bikes are provided to roam around the small city and breakfast is also provided which is nice. There are fans for the room and a small one for the bed area. I took a lower bunk bed but I even thought the upper bunk bed looked cute and intriguing! Nothing much to say. Maybe the fact that the room isn't very big so if it's full (6), it might feel cramped (depending on people's luggage/bags) but it's a small town so I'm not sure if you will end up with a full room, especially since Taroko hasn't fully reopened yet.
- 敬為 (10/5): - 空間很有人情味

- Michelle (10/5): Homey place - The hosts are kind and helpful. They genuinely cared about my experience staying there. I was provided with all the information I needed in a timely manner. My room was clean and quiet. Very supportive and firm bed which was important for my back. Free snacks coffee and tea. You can cook in the kitchen. Just make sure to clean up after yourself. Free hot and cold filtered water. Several ways to make your coffee. I was planning to stay 2 or 3 nights and ended up staying for a week. Will definitely be staying with them next time. The only thing can improve is to explicitly inform people to call the number on the table in order to check in before hand. I didn’t wait long though.

- Julien (7/5): Good - The coffee machine is a big plus with the small snacks. Thats super nice. I wish it was a bit more busy. Taroko is closed just to remind people.
- 致程 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (8/5): Comfy and resting, I would come back - It was spacious, super cute camping tents for the bunk beds, a nice living room with all possible coffe making tools Nothing in particular, it was all nice
- Gremlin (8/5): Very good Experience! - Very good Experience! Good Service! Good location! Simple Breakfast. Car parking. None
- Tamar (7/5): Nice staff and reasonable place - We didn't like anything in particular, it was reasonable For reasons of maintaining cleanliness I suppose, we were asked to take off our shoes before going up to the room. We got plastic slippers that I don't know who wore them before. I felt uncomfortable
- Shinch (10/5): Local stay with large bedroom and bathroom - Fantastic overnight stay.
Very trendy cool kitchen area, with communal cooking facilities.
Very large bedroom, comfy big bed and huge rainshower!
Susie and her family were so welcoming!! Nothing - 10 minute walk to train and restaraunts
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, they have a kitchen, fridge, laundry machine etc. for public use. No complaints whatsoever about the room, it had a great shower, bed was comfy. Overall great prize for received service. Sadly however, the public use bikes were in poor condition.
- Andrew (10/5): Good choice for approaching Suhua Highway from the south - This is a great place to stop off before tackling the Suhua highway portion of the Huan Dao from the south, since it's so close to the first tunnel. Has everything I needed: Washers, drying spaces, places to store my bike, water, well-organized space. It's not as glitzy as a big city hostel, but owners are friendly and it's well-run.
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- 伊婷 (9/5): Superb -
- Yoon (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind full staff. Comfortable place. breakfast service good. Quiet room. 👍
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shrivalli (8/5): - Overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend a lot of time at Taroko Gorge. However, that also means the area around is pretty remote and transportation is limited. It is a good budget hostel to stay at if you are staying for a few days.
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional - They put a lot of love in this place and the details. N/A
- Yogendra (10/5): - It was pleasure stay. No hustle. Value for money.
- Jonathan (7/5): Good -
- Hueylin (10/5): Awesome - The place is clean and there's an outdoor seating area which I like. Breakfast is good too. Owners/staff is super helpful and friendly!
- Max (7/5): Good -
