• rene (8/5): 2 dagen Porto - IDe locatie met prachtig zicht over de brug Luis I en de Douro. De mooie plekjes vlakbij in Ribeira. Het lawaai van vooŕbijrijde auto's over een knetterend riooldeksel , taktak ,taktak Maar verder een rustige en goede nacht .

It was the perfect base from which to explore Porto and Gaia The apartments were clean and cleaned daily. The beds were very comfortable. We didnt like that the key card to let us into the apartment building became faulty and stopped working at the end of day 2 of four. For the remainder we had to ring the bell and be let in remotely by owners...which mostly worked out ok.

• Margaret (9/5): - The room was great - each room is based on a movie, so that was fun. The location is excellent, due to the view & ease of access to the Duoro riverside and the Dom Luis Bridge. The staff was easy to work with for storing bags etc. The location is also a downside because you can hear the trains very early in the morning. Important tip - if taking a rideshare service to property, just put in the lower level of the Dom Luis Bridge or the funicular as the address. Our driver dropped us at the top of that area and we had to walk with luggage (and bad knees) down WAY too many steps. The apts are located only 2 small flights of steps up from the main road and, therefore, MUCH easier to access from that area.

• Alexandra (9/5): Toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetripp - Schönes, großes Apartment, direkt am Douro. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Tolle Aussicht auf die Brücke und die Vila Nova de Gaia. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für uns war alles super. Aber man sollte einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein.
• siobhan (10/5): Fab apartment with amazing views - Perfect location, the host was very helpful and was only a message or call away , which after we found the extra towels thankfully we didn't need to disturb her . We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived hours before check in .apartment was spotless with all you could need ,especially the nespresso machine and pods . We were in the 1 bedroom apartment with fab views of the bridge and over the river . There are lots of steps to get up into the town if you can mange them otherwise the lift is right beside the apartment and will take you up for €4 .bargin in my opinion having done the steps a couple of times . Overall we couldn't fault the place at all and would recommend. Last night there was a little chilly so maybe some extra blankets , not a complaint at all merely an observation .

Nothing I didn’t like, but be warned there will be a lot of stairs to take to get to places from the apartment. That’s part of being in Portugal though, so I’m not complaining.

No sense that they cared about how we were doing. Only communication from reception by phone and WhatsApp. We never saw a human being from reception!! Heating inadequate for January. Cool in lounge, cold in bedroom, very cold in bathroom. Extra blanket needed on bed. Inadequate instructions for kitchen equipment (coffee machine, microwave). Outside steps steep and tricky to navigate.

• Sash (10/5): Gem of an apartment - Absolute gem of an apartment! The most amazing location, overlooking Ponte Di Lui bridge, well kitted out apartment, perfect for our family of 3. Fantastic communication with Reception and nothing was too much trouble. Despite there being a power cut to our part of the city, staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after - massive thanks to Beatrice who was amazing. We stayed in the ground floor ( Batman room) and it felt cosy and like a home away from home . Next door is the finucular which made it easy to get to the higher part of town, especially if anyone has mobility difficulties. Each apartment has a film theme which is cool. Despite lots of rain & a power cut, we've had the weekend away in Porto. Highly recommend Ribeira apartments ✨️ Only thing we didnt like was things beyond the control of the apartment - the weather & a power cut!

Tv 유튜브와 넷플릭스가 된다 2. 뷰가 좋다 3. 직원 응대가 친절하다. 4. 접시 컵 전자레인지 인덕션 냄비 올리브유 식초 설탕 소금 등 주방 식기구 및 조리도구 잘되어 있음. 1. 가격에 비해 체크인 시간이 너무 늦다. 체크아웃은 너무 이르다. 이르게 체크아웃하면 할인이라도 해줬으면. .. 2. 계단을 아주 많이 올라가야한다. 오르막길이든 짐 들어주기 옵션이든 있어야됨 진짜 죽을 뻔함.. 3. 침실 웃풍이 심하다. 4. 침실 온풍기 없다. 5. 거실 온풍기 강하지 않다 6. 화장실 개춥다. 7. 샤워기 물이 호스에서 샌다. 8. 새벽에 딱 딱 소리가 불규칙적으로 난다.(새벽 비바람때문?) 9. 현관 방향제 분사 소리가 규칙적으로 난다. 10. 시끄러워도 침실 문 닫을 수 없다(난방때문에) 11. 새벽4시 쓰레기차 소리 적나라하게 들린다. 12. 안전한 짐보관 서비스가 안된다 13. 로밍 안했으면 소통방법이 느린 메시지 또는 야외로 나가서 리셉션으로 내려가서 전화거는 것 뿐이다. 객실내전화기 없음. 14. 온라인으로 체크인 이미 했는데 객실 내에 종이에 또 쓰라함. 근데 펜도 없음. 15. 체크인할 때 문 바로 열어주지 않음.매끄럽지 않았음 16. 체크인 리셉션 들어가서도 다음 안내 올 때까지 또 메시지 기다려야됨. 방탈출하는 줄.. 걍 내 방이 몇 호고 카드 비밀번호 뭐고 미리 안내 다 해줬으면. 17. 뷰 살짝 아쉬움. 내 사진 엄청 잘나오는 뷰가 아님. 약간 틀어져 있음 다리는 잘나옴.

• Sabine (6/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Porto - Die Lage war sehr zentral Da es den ganzen Tag regnete hatten wir festgestellt das die Fenster undicht waren . Es entstand ein muffiger Geruch in dem Apartment . Das Bad war sehr klein und es gab keine Ablage . Leider war auch keine Garderobe für Jacken vorhanden . In dem Schlafzimmer was ein Fenster hatte musste von innen total verdunkelt werden da von draußen die Straßenlampe die ganze Nacht direkt in das Zimmer leuchtete.

• Molly (10/5): Phenomenal - The view from our apartment was stunning. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for better in terms of location, view and staff! The shower was cold a couple of times and could have done with a couple more normal teabags (can’t complain in the grand scheme of things!)

You have everything you need. Not an issue but I think the outer door and inner door is a little bit funny. I stayed at the Princess Room.

• Stephen (5/5): Location was the only good thing about this place - Location was very good. Was cheap You have to walk past a load of drunk people smoking drugs before you enter the place. The WiFi didn't work and when we said this to the staff they just shrugged it off. Very noisy from other guests coming in and out.
• Low (1/5): Overpriced for the value you get - Location. That's it. However there are many other places with the same level of convenience. Staff attention was severely lacking. WiFi was not working during the whole stay. Hot water lasted for only 5 minutes. Cleaning service was limited to emptying the bins, and nothing else. Oh and the check-in and check-out policy is ridiculous. Guests can only check in at 4 which is one of the latest check ins ever I encountered, and check out is at 11am.

• Guillevic (4/5): séjour à Porto mitigé à cause du logement - L'emplacement de l'appartement est son point fort et son point faible. Oui nous sommes dans une grande ville (bruit, voiture, jeunesse nocturne etc) Je ne sais pas si j'avais mal lu les indications, mais nous avons été surpris de ne pas être accueilli par une personne, juste par interphone. les personnes au téléphone ont été poli et pro (tout en anglais). Comme je le disais, l'appartement st bien situé (j'avais choisi l'emplacement géographique) sauf qu'il est situé au dessus d'un bar et de marches. Des personnes sont venus squatter un soir ces escaliers pour discuter (et se droguer avant des cartouches), chanter et se souhaiter joyeux noel, la police n'est jamais venu. l'isolation étant très fine, nous n'avons pas dormi. les photos sur le site sont un peu plus jolies que la réalité. je pense que notre appartement doit être sympa au printemps mais l'hiver (séjour à noël) nous aurions apprécié un chauffage dans la salle de bain. Et je ne parle pas des voisins du dessus qui visiblement faisaient le poids d'éléphant ou déplaçaient les meubles pour redécorer l'appartement. L'enfer !! cela a gâché notre plaisir !!

• Jose Luis (7/5): - Lo que nos gustó más es la cercania con el puente Luis I y con el río Duero que era basicamente lo que queriamos ver ya que teniamos un tiempo corto en Porto. Y que despues de dejar el alojamiento te dan opcion de guardaequipajes sin costo que eso esta muy bien. Las habitaciones se quedan un poco pequeñas para parejas, si eres una sola persona esta bien. Al ser un espacio poco reducido por tienes que hacer un poco de malavares para colocar tus pertenencias.

Não gostei do barulho, tem um bar ao lado, e logo as 8h já estava muito barulho. Único ponto negativo, mas aceitável por estar localizado em uma zona de muito fluxo de pessoas.
