Verified traveler (10/5): Great London apartment - Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!). Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful.

Gamze (8/5): Great room and location - We stayed 3 nights and that was so comfortable. I had stayed in different hotels in kings cross region and was so small, heating of the rooms had problem. But in here, shower, heating etc was great we never felt cold. They also helped about early checkin. We could leaver our luggages when we arrived to London. Housekeepers was so kind. Location is also great. I always prefer to stay Kings cross region and that hotel was my number one.
David (6/5): - Positives: the property was in a very good location for public transport to the rest of London, was clean and generally well presented. Negatives: had to report a leak from the bathroom above which had already been reported by previous guest apparently. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable (hard mattress). General view: would use again for an extended stay in London but a tad overpriced for a “no-frills” apartment.

Tobias (6/5): Schön gelegen aber unkomfortabel. - Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, gleich in der Nähe der Bahn-Station und Bahnhof Kings Cross. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alle Geräte funktionieren. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, dafür ist das Bad super eng. Man stößt auf der Toilette mit den Knien an die Wand. Fenster sind alle nur einfach verglast. Am Morgen bildet sich eine Menge Kondenswasser. Insbesondere im Bad findet sich auch Schimmel an der Wand. Das Bett könnte für ein Paar ruhig ein bisschen breiter sein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ohne Probleme komplett über E-Mails und Webseite. Türcode für die Haustür wurde übermittelt und für das Apartment gab es einen Schlüsselsafe.

Verified traveler (8/5): Clean apartment close to Kings Cross station - Lovely place for a 4 days stay, very close to Kings cross station which was very convenient. The apartments is very clean and cleaning staff is very friendly. Nespresso machine, coffee capsules and tea is provided. The area is a bit noisy and the apartment isn’t that well isolated. As it is close to a big train station you might see a few sketchy people in the street, however we wasn’t approached by anyone and felt overall safe as there is many people in the area.

No top sheet - ugh. There is generously a towel and a hand towel each, but no rail. The bedside lamp didn’t work. And very noisy from outside - granted this last is completely controllable by the owners.

Pierre (10/5): Super appartement près de la gare de Saint Pancras - Super appartement situé à 2 pas de la gare d’arrivée de l’eurostar. La rue est assez calme (quelques personnes avinées crient parfois mais c’est rare) . Très pratique pour les bagages. Il manquerait juste un système pour consigner les bagages sur place. On doit hélas payer à la gare si on souhaite les y laisser pour qq heures...

Verder teleurstellend dat er een meerprijs werd gevraagd voor schone handdoeken. Achteraf werd duidelijk dat we zelf de handdoeken moesten wassen, maar dit was niet mogelijk want de wasmachine was defect. Dan is het onredelijk dat we extra moeten betalen voor schone handdoeken.

Tess (8/5): 1 night stay near Kings cross - Apartment was clean and nice and conveniently close to King’s cross but very hot and we couldn’t get the AC to turn on. There are specific instructions in the welcome email about being noise conscious and the neighbors all around were very noisy all night until early morning hours. The upstairs neighbor stamped around their apartment from 23:00 to midnight.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Flat3을 사용했는데 처음에 들어갔을때는 모든것이 완벽하다 생각했지만 화장실 문을 여는 순간 냄새에 경악을 했다. 아무래도 1층이라 환기가 안되거나 하수구의 냄새가 역류하는 것 같았다. 하지만 물을 사용하고 어느정도 흘려보내니 냄새는 나지 않았다. 그 외 불편사항은 없었으며 이 가격에 이정도면 최고라 생각되었다.

Julio (10/5): - The room I got was on the 4th floor, this building has no lift so it’s quite a work out, but it does has a great view of St. Pancras station. The property is very clean and take care of, laundry is available but you must pay £1 to use. The room was very clean and organized, and perfect for one or two people. The only thing I didn’t like is the windows in the bathroom, people from across the street could see inside the bathroom and I found no way to cover the window. The location of this apartment is probably the best in the city, it’s a 5 minute walk to King Cross/ST. Pancras, you have multiple food choices available just crossing the street. Overall all a great experience.

John (6/5): No TV Reception and Poor Internet Connection - We have stayed at Concept before and it is in a really good location for Kings Cross/St Pancras Tubes, Camden and Central London. The studios are clean and well decorated and the booking in process is straightforward and simple. Unfortunately, on this occasion we had a few snags. On arrival, the TV wasn't getting a signal. We had planned to stay in for the evening and just watch TV as we were staying in town due to work purposes. I telephoned the number given and reported the fault and was told that they would look into the problem. I had an e-mail 25 minutes later telling me that this was due to an earlier fault which had now been fixed and giving me instructions on how to retune the channels. I did this (twice) but there was still not reception. I e-mailed back but got an out of office saying the office was no longer manned until 9am the following day. There was an emergency number but I couldn't really describe this as an emergency. "Never Mind" we thought, "we can just watch streaming TV on the IPad". How wrong we were! The Internet connection was so poor that streaming of any kind was simply impossible due to extensive buffering. If the advertised amenities can't be provided, surely there should be some recompense? I received a further e-mail the following morning saying "Sincere apologies for the TV issues. Maintenance could only come today to resolve the issue". No offer of any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. It's a shame that this spoilt our stay.

Brady (8/5): Clean and Close - Great clean place and easy to access. The only issue was that the TV and internet went down and there was no ability or willingness to send someone to fix it. I would recommend the place though as the odds of that happening are likely very low.
Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy Georgian 1 Bedroom Flat In Great Location - Check-in was DIY and dead easy. The location is fantastic, in the city center, close to several Tube lines and night buses and walkable nightlife and the museums and several national rail service stations. Lots of grocery shops and pubs nearby. Bedroom is nice and off the street, but the living room/kitchen is very small. The overhead shower is totally clogged due to mineral build up, but the handheld shower head works great. That said, the amenities are generally nice and newly remodeled. Currently there is only a single comfy chair for one person to view the TV and there isn't really enough room for that. The TV should be moved to the bedroom so that two people can enjoy it together. There is no washer in the flat, but there is a coin-operated laundrette downstairs in the building. I would recommend this flat.
Lucy (8/5): - The apartment was in a great location for St Pancras Found a couple of lovely old pubs not too far away. The apartment was extremely clean and we were well provided for. The sound of the tube trains running nearby were quite disturbing.

Robert (10/5): Well presented Apartment in Kings Cross area - A lovely 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen/dining/living area. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building, iron & ironing board in apartment. No reception so check-in done through email, with keypad door entry system to the building. Helpful staff through email. Although opposite Kings Cross Train Station Apartment is in a quiet area. Highly recommended, hope to stay again.
Jacqueline (6/5): Pros and cons - The apartment was small but very clean and newly decorated. It was good value for money and well-located for Kings Cross/St Pancras station. The only downside really was there is no TV in the bedroom and only one armchair in the kitchen/dining area where the TV is located so two people can't watch TV together in comfort. It was certainly fine for one night, especially if you are going out for the evening, but I'm not sure i would want to stay any longer

The only comment would be their weak wifi signal and lack of room cleaning if you're staying for less than 7 days. Also there are some undesirables that loiter outside the street but they're pretty much harmless, just noisy sometimes. If you get the 1br flat you'll hear nothing in the We used the kitchennette and living area a lot. There's lots of places to eat outside and we often found ourselves buying takeout and eating at home. The proximity to King's Cross station is a major plus! Would give this place 20 stars if I could.
Marcus (8/5): New clean apartment close to Kings Cross - The apartment is a reasonable size and has a small table. Cutlery and plates etc for 2 people. Microwave combination oven plus 2 ring hob. Smallish bathroom with shower. All new and clean. Wifi is OK. It's 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. There's little traffic outside. No air conditioning but there is a fan. It was hot when we were staying so we had the windows open and there was a bit of noise from the street on one night. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint from my wife was that we ran out of coffee sachets.
Melissa (8/5): Excellent location, nice apartment - Lots of positives. The location can't be beat, on a quiet street steps from King's Cross station, multiple tube lines, buses, bars and restaurants and the Regent's Canal. I was there with my husband and business partner for work, and a little time off, and appreciated having a separate kitchen and working area away from the bedroom, and that the flat was equipped with a good quality hair dryer, iron and ironing board and basic kitchenware. We had been traveling beforehand, and also appreciated access to a washing machine. The flat was modern, clean and in great condition. We had an in initial issue with the shower, but called the head office and someone came out to address it right away. From there, water pressure and warmth were great. I read other reviews complaining about the wi-fi, but didn't experience a problem and had to do quite a bit of work online while I was there. On the cons side, the bed is small and not overly comfortable and in the living area, there is only one comfortable chair to sit in. After a long day of work, we wanted to sit and relax but only one person could do so at a time. And during our stay in London, the the weather was hot and the flat definitely got stuffy (though a fan was provided). With that said, I think for the price these minor complaints are to be expected for an apartment in such a desirable location. On balance, a good experience and solid option for a stay in Central London.
Tremayne (8/5): Unbelievable location and size for city living. - Phenomenal location, only minutes to walk to Kings Cross station, easy walk to Camden Town along the beautiful Regents Canal. Access was brilliant, response to emails outstanding, size of apartment enviable, I never expected so much space in an apartment in London. Only downside was it would benefit from a decent cleaning, the floor was long overdue. It was challenging to be in during the day but mostly that can be attributed to the London heat wave, any other time of the year it would be no biggie. I would stay there again.

Minutes away from the Kings Cross Tube and Train station. Centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants around - if you are fan of Turkish and Indian food than you would be happy with the available choices. The neighbourhood is a bit rough so you need to be street smart. There is no reception, room service facilities etc. Overall Recommended.

Mark (8/5): Clean Apartment in a Great Location - This was more of a apartment than a hotel (and it was not serviced and the check in process was done beforehand - like other accomodation style arrangements). The managing agent though was responsive and clear check-in/check-out instructions were given via email. We really liked the location of the apartment - well connected to many lines on the London Underground and also close to the major international train station. Wifi in the room was okay. The only major issue would be if you are carrying a lot of luggage and is allocated to the top floor (like we were) - it's quite a bit of a walk up. Overall though, will recommend this apartment!

Peter (8/5): EZPZ place to stay with excellent location - Everything was as we expected; clean, comfortable (though a little warm for our tastes), and the perfect location.
Josh (8/5): Birthday trip - Birthday trip with my boyfriend. The room was lovely and clean. We were glad there were plates and cutlery. There was an issue with the shower head however the service team took care of it right away. The only issue was the lackluster WiFi. We were traveling abroad and didn’t have cellular service so we relied on the WiFi in the room to plan our days and transit routes. However, we would often find ourselves huddling by the door as that was the only part of the room that had adequate service. If we were sitting at the table we wouldn’t be able to connect to the WiFi, we would have to walk to the door, connect and then sit back down at the table. It was certainly a frustration though we enjoyed our stay overall.
Peter (10/5): Central Apartment Accommodation Good value - Conveniently located opposite Kings Cross Station this is a very pleasant apartment hotel for one or t10 people. Very well maintained self-service accommodation.
Myomi (8/5): Nice stay - It was a nice stay overall, but we were getting kicked out by house keeping a little early the day we checked out which I wasn’t happy about. He was quite rude to us as if we were going over our time when we weren’t. Besides this, it’s a good location, there’s a lot around and easy to get to!
Angela (10/5): Perfect small apartment in central location. - Perfect location, only a two minute walk from Kings Cross Station. So easy to find and perfect location to take the tube to anywhere. Apartment was small but perfect. Clean, modern, comfortable and with everything you need. At the time of my check in (which is self check in) they had a problem with the door and the electrician was there so I was able to enter, What was really good though was that the hotel admin rang me to tell me the problem and to make sure that I was able to check in. Brilliant communication, they obviously care. One big plus is that the towels provided where large as so very often you go to places and they are far too small - very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the noise I could hear from occupier upstairs walking around through the night which kept waking me, so sound proofing not great even with the ear plugs in! But this will be different for different people and obviously it all depends who is staying above you! Certainly wouldn't put me off booking again.
Adam (10/5): Perfect location - Perfectly located apartment saved lots of time commuting to meetings around the U.K. Apartment was decorated a bit sparsely but everything was clean and comfortable. Incredibly reasonable and instructions to gain entry were emailed ahead of time and easy to follow. I was there for 2 weeks and my one complaint was I didn't get fresh towels until after at least a week had gone by. I'd stay there again.

Verified traveler (8/5): Good value, but not a hotel - There are no staff and you are provided with codes for the front door and for the key box. The rooms are big with a kitchen. They are very clean and well maintained and in a good location. The disadvantages are the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the rooms weren't double glazed, I was awoken twice in the night by police cars screaming past and also once by someone coming into the house and having a shouting match for a couple of minutes. However, it was good value for money and a simple process.
Liz (10/5): Excellent holiday flat - First of all this isn't a hotel but a holiday flat. I have rated the staff excellent, although we didn't meet anyone face to face because of the communication and ease of access. Although there was no reception in the block there were phone numbers to call if necessary. It was perfect for a couple. Everything we wanted was there for meal preparation. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. There's even a decent hairdryer, not one of those attached to the wall like in most hotels. It would be our first choice for our next trip to London.
Richard (8/5): small but nice - Apartment in the basement. Very nicely remodeled. Small, but doable for 1-2 people. Great location close to train/bus station. Would stay here again.
Sebastian (10/5): Great apartment for travelers! - The apartment is right next to King’s Cross so its really easy to get to anywhere via the Underground. The size of the apartment is perfect for 2 travelers, the kitchen/living room area is spacious, very clean bedroom and bathroom. Soap, body wash and shampoo was provided. Above standard. The staff provided easy instructions for entering the apartment. Would definitely stay again!
Kim (10/5): Clean and Modern - I found this apartment very comfortable, spacious and very short walking distance to King's Cross Station. The staff kept in touch with me before travel, so I had the instructions to checkin at hand.
