• Verified traveler (4/5): - Accueil pas très chaleureux, sombre, pas de commodités. Je m'attendais à un peu plus pour le prix. J'aurais payé 45$ la nuit pour ce que nous avions. Le secteur: il y a un couloir aérien au-dessus donc avions à toutes les 5 minutes des fois plus.

There were missing some material like toothpaste, brush, shoes etc. The bed sheets and pillow cover was clean but bad smell. The price was 87$ after around 40% less. So the main price was 142$. According to the rental price i think the service and facilities was not good enough.

• Henry (4/5): - Bed was very uncomfortable. Dog was barking. Parking space was limited. No TV. No curtains so light was coming in the window.
• Angelalit (8/5): - I booked one night for my friend who is not very good at English. The host is very friendly and helped him to order the dinner and book taxi. Very much appreciated.
• Verified traveler (2/5): No toilet paper - I was only given less than half a roll of toilet paper. Was not given more. I had to ask one of my friends who I was visiting to lend me a roll. They gave no body wash or conditioner. If there was mold I would not be surprised. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

• Verified traveler (2/5): It's not a hotel - It's a privately owned property. Not even close to a word hotel. This property is actually for discreet intimate relationships. It's strange that expedia actually allowing those properties to be advertised on their website. No breakfast or anything offered at all. I was gonna cancel, but was threatened by property owner that my card would still be charged. Horrible experience.
• Brian (4/5): Subpar - Perhaps our standards are too high, but we were definitely underwhelmed with our experience at the Elevate Rooms and Suites in North York. Perhaps we were taken in by the cool name? The off-site custodian (Sandra) was helpful, but the house seemed a bit rickety and there were strange things on the walls of the small bathroom - little nails with twist ties around them. I'm glad we didn't have to use the communal bathroom. This accommodation was subpar and our only disappointment on our 2-week road trip.
