I havent met anyone of the staff but every communication was promptly replied through message app. Overall great value and definitely would stay again. No glasses in the room.

- Flaminia (8/5): Struttura nuova e ben posizionata, ma la stanza 3 non è adatta a tutti - La posizione del B&B è ottima e l'immobile è nuovo e curato. Purtroppo la stanza 3, assegnataci durante il soggiorno, presenta alcune caratteristiche che la rendono poco adatta a una famiglia. La camera è disposta su due livelli collegati da una scala a chiocciola in ferro: il bagno si trova al piano superiore, il che risulta scomodo, soprattutto con bambini. I balconi si affacciano all'interno del palazzo e la luce arriva filtrata da un lucernario, quindi non aspettatevi aria fresca o luce naturale diretta. Si avverte anche un odore di chiuso, più evidente salendo al piano superiore, probabilmente dovuto alla scarsa circolazione d'aria. Come indicato sul sito, è richiesta una cauzione di 200 €. Viene inoltre proposta un'assicurazione facoltativa per evitare eventuali addebiti, una pratica non comune nei B&B ; utile saperlo in anticipo per farsi trovare preparati. In sintesi: struttura nuova in ottima posizione, ma consiglio di verificare le caratteristiche della stanza assegnata prima del check-in, soprattutto se si viaggia in famiglia o con persone anziane

- Budem (6/5): - Oda kısa konaklamalar için yeterli donanıma sahip. Alcazar sarayına çok yakın konumda. Merkeze yakın olmasına rağmen sessiz bir sokakta. Banyo büyüklüğü güzeldi. Öncelikle rezervasyonu yaptıktan sonra odanın şifresinin gelmesini beklerken bize bir link gönderildi. Bilmediğimiz bir site üzerinden 2.7euro depozito ödememiz istendi. Güvenmediğimiz için sanal kartla/limiti düşük kartla ödemeye çalıştık ama e-sim kullanmamız nedeniyle 3D güvenlik kodu (SMS) gelmediğinden ödemeyi yapamadık onlar da bize 200 Euro talep edilen link gönderdi. Kısıtlı süre tatile geldiğim bir şehirde akşam 2 3 saat ödeme yapmaya çalışmakla geçirdik. Dedik elden ödeyelim onu da kabul etmediler. Neden booking üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyon için güvenmediğim bir siteye kredi kartı bilgilerimi girmek zorunda kalıyorum ki?? 1 yaşında bebeğim bezi kirli, uykusu gelmiş halde akşam geç saate kadar oda şifresini göndermediler. En son iptal talebinde bulunduk. Rezervasyonumuzu iptal edin biz de başka otel bakalım diyince ertesi gün ödememiz kaydıyla bize ayrıcalık tanıdıklarını ilettiler. Ertesi sabah odaya 1.7 km uzaklıktaki resepsiyona giderek 2.7 Euro ödememizi istediler ve bunun için öğlen 2ye kadar sürekli yazdılar. Tatilimin 1 günü onların 2.7 eurosu yüzünden rezil oldu. Küçük bebeğim var ve odadan zaten geç çıkabiliyoruz kahvaltımızı bile huzurla yapamadık. O gün bulunduğumuz yere 1.5 km mesafedeki plaza de espana ya gitme planımız vardı ama illa önce buraya gelin diye turturdular. Tam gidecekken vazgeçtim. Git ve geri gel 4.5 km yol yürüyüp tüm günümü onların 2.7eurosu için kaybetmek istemedim ve öğleden Sonra gelebileceğimi bildirdim. Neyse ki eşim bir şekilde kredi kartıyla ödemeyi başardı da kurtulduk. Diğer şeyler ise asansör o kadar küçük ki 1 valiz, 1 kabin bagajı,eşim, ben, bebek ve bebek arabası tam 5 seferde odaya çıkabildik.bebek arabası zaten sığmıyor söküp katlayıp öyle sığdırdık. Birimiz yukardan karşıladı. Odadaki mutfağı iptal etmişler keşke bir lavabo ve mikrodalga fırın olsaydı. Sadece tezgah kalmış. Yatak da çok rahat değildi. Ayrıca 2 yetişkin 1 bebek için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen bebeğin uyuyabileceği bir yer yoktu.

- Zacharias (3/5): Location very good but room not appropriate for rental accommodation - Location only The room was extremely small, with insufficient space to even open a suitcase comfortably. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, causing humidity to linger for hours after showering. Additionally, the room felt more like a reception or common area, as noise from people moving in and out of the property was clearly audible and annoying at all times. A key concern was that, after booking, I was informed that the room I had paid for was not the one shown in the pictures. Instead, I was offered an alternative room at a higher price. I chose not to pay extra, which unfortunately resulted in a disappointing experience. In its current condition, this space is not suitable for rental as a guest room and would be more appropriate for storage. Cleanliness was also an issue—the floor was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Furthermore, the excessive and poorly arranged furniture made the limited space even more impractical. For example, a table and two chairs were placed directly in front of the fridge, making it difficult to open without moving them. Overall, I would strongly recommend reconsidering the use of this space as rental accommodation and ensuring that listings accurately reflect the actual room provided.

- Berk (6/5): Normal - Konum olarak harika her yere yürüme mesafesinde, oda da koltuk ve küçük bir bar masası olmasını sevdim. Banyo ve lavabolar çok yeni ve temizdi. Daire sahibi çabuk ulaşılır ve kibar ihtiyacım olduğunda kendisine çabuk ulaşabildim. Yatakta yatak başlığı olmamasını emniyetli bulmadım. Uyurken kafanızı duvara çarpabilirsiniz. Temizlik personeli inanılmaz gürültülü çalışıyor, uyardığım da dikkatli oldular ama bir kaç kez uyanmak zorunda kaldım. Temizlik ve havlu almak isterseniz ekstra ücrete tabii konaklama tesislerinde bunu doğru bulmuyorum. Ayrıca ses izolasyonu çok zayıf alt kattan kapı kapatıldığında çok şiddetli hir şekilde duyuluyor .

No es que no me gustó, pero si mucho tramite para entrar, esta bien, pero cuando uno no tiene Internet y llega se encuentra que tiene que llenar las planillas para entrar. Hay que leer bien los requisitos para no llegar y tener que cumplir con ellos en la calle.

- Małgorzata (8/5): Blisko Alkazaru i Katedry - Świetna lokalizacja. Czystość. Ciekawy wystrój. Uczynna obsługa. Wygodne łóżka. Warto polecić!!! W hostelu był czajnik elektryczny i ekspres do kawy oraz dwa papierowe kubki, nie było żadnych naczyń, szklanek ( nawet kubków do mycia zębów w łazience).

Non so se e’ un problema di tutti gli appartamenti ma in una stanza dove stavamo c’era un po’ odore di umidità. La comunicazione e’ stata facile, fluida e proprietari molto disponibili. Ottima struttura per stare nel centro di Siviglia.
- Jessica (7/5): Expensive for what you get but great location, not suitable for younger children - Location was great- very central and easy to get to all the main sites. The layout of the property was not very convenient for a family with young children. The metal spiral staircase had big gaps at the top and lethal for our young toddler. Bathroom was upstairs so not convenient for those sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs. The whole set up is better for 2 adults, rather than for a family with 2 younger children. The set-up in the “kitchen” was also very simple- no plates or cutlery. Also, not great value for money and certainly not worth the £700+ we paid for 3 nights!

The room was ok, but since it is on the ground floor, a little below the ground, the ventilation is scarce and the toilet has no vent. There is a microwave but no cutlery, nor glasses nor napkins. The host is very responsive and helpful The room we stayed at had no kitchen as announced, yet it would be nice if cutlery and at least cups were provided. There is a fridge and a table so it's possible to have breakfast in the room. For this we just bought paper cups and plates but it would be nice to avoid useless waste. The ventilation in the bathroom should be stronger. We had the AC running on dry to keep the humidity low.

- Wolfgang (10/5): Schönes Zimmer in renoviertem Gebäude mitten im Zentrum - Gepflegtes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum!!! Kathedrale, Burg, Altstadt, Flusspromenade fast direkt um die Ecke. Achtung: Keine Anfahrmöglichkeit. Aber Parkhaus (22,-- / Nacht) wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben die Lage, die Bequemlichkeit der Unterkunft und die Ruhe mitten in der Grossstadt Sevilla genossen. Die Kommunikation per Whats App verlief problemlos. Danke auch dafür, dass wir das Zimmer schon früher als angegeben beziehen konnten.
- Seagrass (10/5): Good location, clean and friendly - The room is central and close to the airport bus service. It was spotlessly clean and with the two coded entry doors, we felt safe. We didn't meet any staff but the ones we spoke to over the phone and also by email were friendly and polite, answering our questions quickly. I would recommend staying here, its good value and the location between the cathedral and plaza de espana makes it special. Nothing

Everything important is within walking distance, yet the area still feels calm and local. The loft is tidy, clean, and very comfortable. Its design and atmosphere feel like a true Sevilla apartment, full of character rather than standardized accommodation. Staying here felt less like visiting and more like briefly living in Sevilla — waking up in the neighborhood, walking the same streets, and becoming part of the rhythm of the city. I would gladly stay here again.
- Radoslava (9/5): - Veľmi pekná izba s peknou, priestrannou kúpeľňou. Všetko bolo pekne upratané, čisté. Perfektná lokalita, všade blízko. V zariadení bol kávovar, aj rychlovarná konvica. Boli tam iba malé papierové poháriky. Dve šálky na čaj, pohár na vodu, základny príbor by sa zišiel.

Système de chauffage et clim ok Pas de couvert.ni assiette.ni mug pour pouvoir réchauffer quelque chose dans le micro ondes.ou boire quelque chose de chaud...beaucoup de pluie et de vent lors de notre venue. Aucune consigne de sécurité en cas dincendie. Simplement mettre à disposition un livre de bord en plusieurs langues...idem en cas d'urgence médical..

- Iro Papaya (8/5): Great location, spacious room - Great location at the city center. Very quiet street during day and night. The bathroom is quite spacious. Although the host knew our arrival time the room was very cold and it actually took a whole day to warm up properly. There is no tap water at the premise, the host left a jug of water in the fridge but no glasses. Although we stayed for 2 nights, they left 2 coffee capsules for 2 people, seemed stingy. There is no reception at the building, the only option we had to leave our luggages after checking out was a place 15' walk from the apartment, so we ended up paying at a lugagge place near by. There is no wardrobe just an open space with some hangers. The toilet was leaking so there was a constant light noise from teh bathroom.

- Laura (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale per raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti più interessanti della città. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Stanza pulita La stanza ha una parte di cucina inutile perché non utilizzabile, c'è solo una macchinetta del caffè con solo due tazzine di carta che poi non vengono più aggiunte per tutto il soggiorno, così come le cialde. Al di là dell'armadio, non ci sono appendini per cappotti e borse. L'acqua della doccia non è molto calda.
