• Alexander (10/5): - Нам понравился номер, и сам отель, по домашнему уютный. Идеально чисто везде. Было тихо. Хозяин отеля был приветливый, внимательный. Завтрак был реально вкусный, со свежевыжатым соком. Пляж совсем рядом, красивый. Ресторан Rose beach на берегу, который порекомендовал хозяин отеля, был великолепен: шикарный вид на закат, прямо у воды, приятный хозяин и очень вкусная еда.

• Rebekka (9/5): Kleines familiäres Hotel in ruhiger Lage nahe am Meer - Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Mitarbeiter Shabir. Sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und die sauberen Zimmer genossen. Am ersten Abend wurden wir vom Inhaber eingeladen und haben sehr lecker gegessen. Jenseits vom großen Touristentrubel; Marmaris war für uns mit Auto schnell erreichbar; Öfis sind auch vorhanden. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Dann ist wahrscheinlich die Saison für das Schwimmbad eröffnet.
• Sergey (7/5): - Достаточно приятный отель или гостевой дом, есть где посидеть вечером на 1 этаже или на улице. Район тихий, мы были в первой половине апреля, все кафе были закрыты. Рядом из «жизни» только 1 магазин с названием The Last Supermarket, в котором снэки, пиво, алкоголь и немного сыра, колбасы + айран и хлеб. Персонал дружелюбный, стараются помочь по всем вопросам в силу возможностей. Близко до Алтбатрос Марины, если вам нужно жить рядом, это 15-18 минут пешком вдоль побережье и автодороги. Иногда можно встретить диких кабанов, которые оказались безобидными. Не скажу, что была полноценная уборка ежедневно, но точно меняли полотенца и меняли/заправляли постель. Было в принципе чисто в номере. Но полы не уверен что убирали, тк номер был заставлен чемоданами и некоторым количеством обуви. Номера с двумя кроватями объективно маленькие, развернутся непросто. Оказалось, что балкона нет, хотя по фото думали, что будет раздвижное панорамное окно и балкончик. Посушить вещи, особенно после яхтинга, будет очень проблематично. Душевая кабине очень маленькая, среднему мужчине помыться полноценно будет сложно. Если включить все электроприборы и бойлер в душе - вырубает пробки (свет), но щиток находится рядом с дверью в номере, можно включить самостоятельно. Затраки очень однообразные. Жили 2 недели в апреле - столько сыра я не ел за свою жизнь.)) каждое утро - несколько видов сыра каждому на тарелке, джем, хлеб, оливки, масло и нутелла. Иногда был кусочек колбасы. Два раза дали свежевыжатый сок. В остальные дни только кофе или чай. Плюс к хлебу давали что то замеченное типа рулетиков с сыром или творогом и рогалики. Самое непонятное по завтракам, сначала делали на двоих одну яичницу из 2 яиц. Где-то к середине пребывания мы «продавили» две яичницы из 2 яиц для каждого. Очень странно, были уже готовы принести 2 десятка и попросить готовить нам по три яйца.))

• Kirill (6/5): - Отель расположен не в городе, нет рядом инфраструктуры, если для спокойного отдыха только там остановиться, но надо думать, куда ходить на обед и ужин, когда мы там были (конец октября) ничего не работало, мы поехали в город. Слышимость в номерах просто 100 процентная.
• Laura (9/5): Séjour charmant et reposant - L'Hôtel Carikci est charmant. C'est une grande maison familiale entourée d'une grande cours avec piscine, arbre et fleurs magnifiques avec espace cosy. Le personnel est très prévenant et toujours présent. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table et est largement suffisant. Et l'hôtel est situé à 2 mn de plusieurs plages privés familiales avec espace bonnette et restaurant. Nous y avons passé un séjour très sympathique. Salle de bain petite mais propre

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Familiengeführtes Hotel, bei dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt :) Nur zu empfehlen und in der Preisklasse ein echter Geheimtipp und Juwel in der Umgebung. Liegt außerhalb von Marmaris, ohne eigenes Auto schwierig. Aber für uns war die Lage perfekt :)

• Liliya (6/5): Tiny room, yet friendly service and good location - The hotel is located in a quiet area about 3 km from Marmaris and just a 3–4 minute walk from a small beach. The surroundings are clean and well maintained, and there is a swimming pool on-site. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with four bottles of water, and two more were left in the room the next day, which was a nice touch. A continental breakfast is served with a decent variety and sufficient quantity of food. The staff were polite and attentive, ready to help with information about beaches and places to visit. They also helped carry our luggage, which was appreciated, as the hotel does not have an elevator. The room was extremely small—two people would find it difficult to stay comfortably for more than 2–3 days. The bathroom was very cramped, and the tap over the sink barely worked, so we had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in the shower. Although we reported this at check-in, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Some rooms don’t have a balcony, and the one we had was tiny with no drying rack for towels or swimsuits. The first room we were given had the air conditioner installed directly above the bed and it made a repetitive clicking noise that was quite disturbing. We asked to change rooms, and the staff responded promptly and accommodated our request. In the new room, the air conditioner was more suitably placed and the noise level was much more manageable. Still, this is something worth checking in advance, especially for light sleepers. The lack of an elevator could be a challenge for guests with limited mobility. Also, the nearby beach, although close and convenient, is very pebbly and has no sand, so it may not be ideal for everyone.

• Yaroslav (9/5): Will try to be back. - The hosts are exceptionally helpful, having offered me an early check in with no strings attached, helping with the luggage, showing me around and serving an incredible breakfast. The facilities are also very good for the price range, our room had two balconies with marble floors, strong air conditioner, well-designed bathroom, and many more.

• Margaret (10/5): Lovely gem of a hotel - lovely gem of a hotel in quiet area away from bustle of marmaris. short bus ride to centre. beach shop and restaurants are just steps away and swimming pool at the hotel was immaculate. the hospitality shown to us by Mustafa and his family was just marvellous. special mention to Shbir..what a lovely man..nothing too much trouble. been coming to marmaris for 10 years and been to Green Nature Diamond but for relaxation you cannot beat this hotel. there is no lift so steps to top floor can be challenging but we were given upgrade to Rm 1 and views were worth climbing for.

Bathroom is okay but a little bit outdated. Comparing to other hotels in the city, this one is very good. Breakfast is delicious and rich.

Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Shbeer. Very helpful with organizing the next stop. Breakfast was one of the best. Rooms and swimming pool were immaculate. I cannot believe that the property was not packed with guests. The value for the money was worth every cent. Would definitely recommend to any traveler going to Marmaris, Turkey in the future. One of the best. Everything was perfect. I am not a push over when it comes to reviewing a property. I will always “ tell it like it is”.

Would happily visit here - Small boutique hotel, in a remote location to Central Marmaris but only 15 minutes away by car for the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want. We were there for 10 days and stayed in one of the suites on the top floor with a balcony and a view of the sea.
• Zafar (7/5): Pleasant and comfortable. - We liked everything, location, comfort as well as cleanliness in the hotel. Well, it’s not what we didn’t like but were slightly disappointed. One morning we were little late for the breakfast and were told that the breakfast was finished. I still think that they could have done something for us as the hotel wasn’t really a busy, there were just another couple or two were staying in the hotel and the staff didn’t look busy at all. So, walked outside the hotel hungry and went to a beach restaurant to have our breakfast across the hotel. Otherwise, everything was good and a pleasant staff.
• Sergejs (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely small and quiet hotel in Aktas. Owner and stuff are very kind and helpful people. The atmosphere is very positive. WiFi works well outside and inside of the hotel. My partner loved the included breakfast. Rooms are pretty small, but it is good because air conditioning can very quickly reduce room temperature. We stayed for a week when it was +40C - the swimming pool outside was a great place for relaxation after a busy day. The only downside - pool was closed at night, but the local beach is only 3 minutes walking that can be used 24/7. There are plenty of restaurants at the local beach and a shop that is open almost all night. Perfect location 15-minute drive from Marmaris centre by taxi about 10 euro or by local regular minibus about 1 euro pps one way. Overall, we had a great stay! If we ever go back to this area, we will definitely pick the same hotel.
• Amara (8/5): Very good - This beautiful hotel is steps away from the beach and restaurants. Our corner room was cozy but had two balconies in a really beautiful setting. It’s just a few minute drive to Marmaris Center and it’s really peaceful because it isn’t in the middle of all the chaos. The staff were also very kind to my dad. Breakfast was delicious and they have the friendliest cat. The shower is tiny and you need to watch for the big ledge going into the bathroom, which I assume is there to prevent water from getting into the bedroom if anything floods.

• Chris (7/5): Meh - Location is awesome! Had to leave by 730 to catch a ferry and they would not accommodate an early breakfast. They said they would offer a sandwich. When we went to the reception they said "coffee and cakes" - well we were expecting a sandwich and ultimately declined because we didn't have time to drink coffee. Strange because two of the staff were at the checkout and could have served us. Rooms are small, several tripping hazards and have signs of wear (broken lights, paint and water damage), but it was 60 something euros,.so maybe I got what I paid for?

• Brian (9/5): Nice hotel, great location and lovely people. - The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful in every way, the breakfast was lovely the location was brilliant with 6 restaurants only across the road and the all the restaurants are on the beech which was great just site there and take in the view of Marmaris across the water. The shower was very poor you had to run the water for about 10 minutes to get to hot water but nobody told you this until you complained about it. You couldn't get the wi fi in your first floor room only downstairs in the lobby or garden.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything. Food was incredible! And served to us . Lots of it too and super delicious. Rooms are very clean and very nice views! Perfect stay of you want to see Marmaris but stay away from all the big party place. It's short drive to centre (5minites)but can't hear anything. This hotel is also about 1 minute walk from few restaurants that are on the beach in very quiet relaxing setting. Highly recommended and would 10000% come back! Nothing.everythong was perfect

It’s a bit dated , it’s outside the marmaris area , so we couldn’t get picked up for our boat trip and scuba diving …. But aside that we really liked our time there .

• Maria (9/5): Super friendly, green and peaceful place - The staff is exceptional! Super friendly and helpful with everything. We were treated like a family. Breakfasts were generous: cheese plate, freshly cooked pastries, fruits and any beverage you ask for - coffee, tea, home made lemonade from the lemons they grow in their garden. They will also cook eggs however you like. The breakfasts are served in the garden. The rooms were clean, the cleaning lady came every day. The beach is not large, but it's not crowded. You can always find a free sunbed. And the water in the sea is much cleaner than in the Marmaris public beach. Taxi rides to the city was rather inexpensive and short. The hotel owner always helped to order a decent taxi. There's a small shop nearby where you can find some necessities. On the beach there are plenty of restaurants, we dined in different ones each time and loved them all. This place is perfect for those who're looking for a quiet peaceful vacation. - The rooms were a bit tired and could use some renovation of wallpapers and paint. But they were clean, so it wasn't bothering us much. - I wouldn't recommend to get to the city by foot, we saw wild boars twice on the road in the evenings while driving in a taxi.
• Yury (8/5): Very good - We are glad that we chose the hotel in this wonderful place near the mountains in the suburbs of Marmaris. It is better to take this option for a better relax. After all, you can always go to the center of Marmaris - walk for half an hour along the mountains and the seashore or 5 minutes by taxi. This is a lovely home with many comfortable rooms. Almost all with chic balconies: there are views of the Aegean Sea, there is a view of the mountains or a magnificent garden full of flowers. A lot of greenery around, cozy balconies - we didn’t even want to leave the hotel anywhere. But the pebble beach is 1 minute walk next to the house))) Great, attentive staff! Delicious homemade breakfasts. There were no problems with early check-in or early check-out. They helped us a lot with taxis and other questions. We wish you prosperity! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. ps We really want you to visit St. Petersburg ))

Ideal location for a great escape from a busy world, beaches, few restaurants and a local bus within 2 minutes walk. The special thing for us was the staff, Mustafa, his wife Ciigdem, daughter Zeynap and the hotel team Sevin, Alperon and Galmaz the housekeeper who cleaned every day are what made our holiday one to remember, can’t praise enough. Nothing, and if there was one tiny thing it is that the Wi-Fi dropped out occasionally, but then again, not to have to use my mobile was a blessing!!

• Yury (10/5): Best quality in Turkey for that price! - Carikci hotel is an amazing gem just few minutes drive from the center of Marmaris. Located 100m from the beach, it has its own nice and clean swimming pool, fantastic traditional breakfast prepared fresh every morning, selection of restaurants and beach clubs just 50 meters from the hotel. The staff is there 24/7 for you (I arrived 5am and everything was ready). Rooms are very clean and air conditioned, and the owner Mustafa would go a mile to help his guest, whether with Taxi or any other requests. Highly recommend the place if you want a quite rest with very easy access to the wonderful beach facilities just few meters away with both public and private beach available. A real steal for that price! Can't name anything really. Everything exceeded expectaitons.
• Анна (10/5): Everything is wonderful! Delight! - Delight! Stayed with my daughter in this hotel for a week. A beautiful area with beautiful trees, everything is done with great love. Clean warm pool. The staff is very attentive, kind and responsive. Regularly treated to delicious coffee, juices, homemade cookies. The breakfast is chic. The rooms are very comfortable, cleaned every day, brought water. A two-minute shop, which has everything you need, even fruit. The beach is 100 meters away, small recreation areas near restaurants. Restaurants are very decent, prices are lower than in Marmaris. Very picturesque beautiful places, pine air. The minibus to Marmaris runs on schedule. The hotel is definitely the best in the area. • Mark (8/5): Nice quiet hotel within a bus ride of busy marmari - If you want to come to downtown marmaris this is not for you. It’s a dolmus (minibus ) ride to town for 30p or so. However it’s quiet and clean, a nice small pool and getting into town is no issue. There are couple of beach bars, but that’s not us either. If you are visiting friends in Yacht marine or Netsel marina, it’s half way between the two.
• Karen (10/5): Great location, awesome pool and pool side - Close enough to Marmaris to make getting there fast and easy, but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. Great spot to relax! The staff was very nice! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was good, and nearby restaurants offered great meals.
• Escara (8/5): Einfaches Hotel für nicht zu hohe Ansprüche. - Hotel von Besitzer geführt. Anständige, bescheidene Leute. Um Anschluss zu haben müsste man die türkische Sprache sprechen.
