- Carol (9/5): Luxury suites at a great price, - We absolutely loved our luxury king room on the 8th floor. The walk in shower was huge and spray was hot and strong. The black out curtain made it nice and dark. All the security people are so nice. The valet did a wonderful job too. The Gelato at the pizza place was So yummy. The pool was nice. Only 2 small complaints,as the cleaning staff were not doing our room,so we asked for towels and trash bags, She had us bring out our towels and put in her bag and also empty our own trash cans into her bag.! The only other complaint was the person next to us was very loud and we could smell smoke. We are non-smokers,but not the hotels fault.

I would also like to give a 5 star to Marjorie who handled an issue for me after we had gotten back home. She was amazing and helped me get it resolved quickly. She definitely went above and beyond!!! This is why we ONLY stay at Scarlet Pearl!

- Michael (10/5): Great anniversary stay - The room was large and the view from the 17th floor was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. The water pressure was very good and the temperature was adjustable with the knob on the right. I wasn't expecting valet parking, but it was free to the guests. Security was very good. There was no free breakfast so we found other options. I also liked the soaps in the bathroom. The electronic shades were good, but didn't block out all of the light, even when the curtains were pulled shut. The first shower I took, I didn't realize the right knob was to adjust the temperature and the left knob was to adjust the pressure and switch between the two shower heads.

- James (5/5): I'll give it one more chance. - The room was excellant. Casino was very good. Ate at Chopsticks and was great. Check in was a disaster. I checked in at 8:30pm and it took 45 minutes. I appreciate great security but it is way overdone there. I felt I was going to have to submit a DNA sample and blood before I ever got to my room. There was one person handling check in and line was long , there seemed to be no hurry. The entire rest of my experience was so good Ill come back, however, if based strictly on the check in experience I'd never return.

The chairs were hard and uncomfortable. Only one person checking in guests. The wait was long with zero information provided regarding the key card was required to use elevator. Photo ID was required to access the elevator at all times. The shower faucets were not marked hot/cold and difficult to adjust. The room was large and well lit.

No ID no go, when you go downstairs for a cup of coffee( seriously?) And the elevators need a key swipe, also for security. Gives the feel of a highway security prison Maybe bracelets are a better choice...

- Adam (10/5): Great place, friendly, clean and 5 star luxury - Scarlet Pearl is a luxurious hotel with a clean casino. It's independently owned and everyone who works there was super friendly. Highly recommend. The nightly rate was more than fair. the location was good and I will stay here again. I liked everything about the time staying here. I wish the whole casino was non smoking, but they do a good job of cleaning the air. again, I would stay here anytime. This is a great place.
