- Marek (10/5): TOP, to mluvi za vse. - Dokolaly hotel umisteny na prekrasnem miste Krkonos,kde se snoubi hory,slunce,klid,priroda,mili lide a to vse zpusobi bozskou dovolenou.Hotel je spojenim jednoduche luxusni moderny,cisty,privetivy az pocitove rodinny.Personal vstricny,vzdy ve spravny cas na spravnem miste nebo snad i o moment driv,usmevavy,pohostinny a pratelsky.Jidlo skvele,jak snidane tak z listku,pivo Horskej typ vyborne a naprostou tresnickou na tomto dortu jsou kremrole,lepsi si nikde nedate.Wellness se saunou s vyhledem na Harrachov je unikat.Vratime se,tim jsme si jisti.Dekujeme! Vse bylo dokonale.

- Veronika (9/5): - Pobyt v hotelu byl celkově velmi příjemný. Významnou výhodou je klidná lokalita lehce mimo centrum, která nabízí tiché prostředí, ale zároveň dobrou dostupnost do města. Hotel je menší, působí útulně a jeho vybavení je na dobré úrovni. Velmi pozitivně hodnotíme snídaně s širokým výběrem a také milý a ochotný personál. Za drobný nedostatek lze považovat absenci zatemňovacích závěsů a místy slabší zvukovou izolaci, kdy byl občas slyšet hluk z chodby nebo okolních pokojů.

- Andrea (10/5): Lyžovačka s dětmi - Hotel je přímo na sjezdovce. U hotelu vlek Poma, ideální pro učení dětí. Personál moc milý a přátelský. Pokoje dobře řešené, takže i 19m2 pokoj je prostorný a má dostačující úložné prostory. Snídaně ucházející, jen bych je prodloužila alespoň do 10h (jsou do 9:30h s tím, že od 9h se už nic nedoplnilo). Restaurace pěkná, jídlo moc dobré. Trochu menší výběr na více dnů. Vířivku jsme nevyzkoušeli, jde si ji zamluvit pouze privátně, což by nevadilo, ale časy jsou možné pouze dva ráno, když chceš lyžovat a dva až večer od 19h, kdy dáš přednost večeři.

- Katja (9/5): Für einen Kurztripp zum Skilaufen oder Wandern einfach perfekt - Hervorragendes Frühstück und super Lage, direkt am Ski Hang. Aus der Sauna heraus konnte man wunderbar das Treiben auf der Piste beobachten. Es gab immer frisches Wasser im Ruheraum. Gemütliche Betten und super schönes Bad. Sehr Sauber. Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Ski und Snowboardkram und Rodeln direkt vor der Tür möglich. Die Massage war ok, aber hatte ich tatsächlich schon bessere. Der Raum war ungemütlich und klein. Sehr laut, wenn jemand im Whirlpool zugange war.

Super luxury and convenient with a sauna in the basement - and it had a panorama view of the slopes. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff very friendly. The ski area is rather small. Good for 2-3 days but probably not more.

- Ганна (6/5): - Die Sauna ist hervorragend, und der Transfer zum und vom Hotel war sehr gut organisiert. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, mit freundlichem Personal und guten Annehmlichkeiten, und die Sauna ist ein besonders angenehmer Bonus. Diese Unterkunft eignet sich jedoch nur, wenn man ausschließlich Skifahren plant und Essen sowie Unterhaltung direkt im Hotel in Anspruch nehmen möchte. Die Harrachov Card, die 10 % Ermäßigung auf Skipässe und andere Leistungen bietet, wird vom Hotel nicht ausgestellt. Diese Karte kann man nur erhalten, wenn man entsprechende Bestätigungsdokumente im Touristeninformationszentrum vorlegt – solche Dokumente stellt das Hotel jedoch ebenfalls nicht aus. Wir haben das Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, allerdings wurde Trinkwasser im Zimmer nur einmal (0,3 l) bereitgestellt. Außerdem wird in der Hotelbeschreibung eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer angegeben, jedoch waren Kaffeekapseln nur für eine einzige Nutzung vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt – wie beschrieben – direkt an der Skipiste. Das bedeutet jedoch auch, dass man, wenn man abends in die Stadt zum Essen oder Spazierengehen möchte, die Piste hinunter- und wieder hinaufgehen muss, auf der Skifahrer und Schneemobile unterwegs sind.

- Hana (10/5): - Hotel umístěn ideálně přímo na sjezdovce. V zimních měsících zcela bezproblémový odvoz rolbou z dolního parkoviště. Veškerý personál velmi přátelský a nápomocný. Zařízení hotelu sice starší, ale zato účelně řešené (police, skříňky na pokojích). Jídlo výborné, snídaně velmi chutné a pestré. S úklidem na pokojích se to příliš nepřehání, bylo by sympatické doplňovat kávové kapsle.

Sama recepcja jest w restauracji. Obsługa restauracji nie udziela informacji na temat hotelu po za wyznaczoną godziną. Dowóz bagażu skuterem z parkingu oddalonego o 300 m to loteria. Nikt nic nie wie. W dniu wyjazdu znajomy nabawił się kontuzji na stoku i nie zdążyliśmy zdać apartament o godz 10.00, byliśmy o 10:20 to personel zablokował już kartę dostępową. Kontuzjowany musiał z bagażami sam zejść z hotelu na parking u podnóża góry - nie zapewniono skutera śnieżnego który zwozi i dowozi bagaże i turystów ( usługa gwarantowana w cenie hotelu ). Fatalna karta dań obiadowych. Nawet rosół nie przypomina rosołu.

- Marie (5/5): - U snídaně byl skvělý výběr, vybrat si mohl každý. Personál super, Skvělé umístění chaty na svahu. Ideálka na lyžování. Snídaně jsme měli v rámci pobytu a protože byly chutné, tak jsme šli i na jednu večeři. Večeře, kterou si naše skupina objednala byla hrozná. Ani jedno jídlo se nepovedlo, včetně polévky, která byla hodně naředěná vodou. Ostatní dny jsme na obědy a večeře chodili raději jinam a udělali jsme dobře. Měl to být hotel 4* s wellness, náš dojem je spíše lepší chata na svahu se saunou nesaunou, protože teplota odpovídala spíše teplé místnosti než sauně. Už při příchodu mi špinavé koberce připoměli chaty na lyžařském výcviku se školou před mnoha lety. Pokoje jsou málo odhlučněny a umístěny u točitého starého schodiště, každé bouchnutí i kroky po chodbě byly hned slyšet a velmi rušily.

- Jan (10/5): Wir werden unbedingt wieder kommen!!!! TOP! - Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Persnal, das Frühstück wie auch die grandiosen Kreationen vom Koch, die wir von der Speisekarte gegessen haben bis hin zur Lage, weil das Hotel nunmal alleine steht. Es war traumhaft, da wir die ganze Zeit Schnee hatten und in der wunderbaren Landschaft wandern konnten.

Velmi přátelský a milý personál, luxusní snídaňový výběr, výborná večeře, krásné a čisté wellness, velmi příjemná paní masérka a v neposlední řadě lokalita ubytování je fantastická. Čerstvý vzdoušek, spousta krásných pěších tras.. a jako třešnička na dortu je místo velmi dogfriendly i pro velké pejsky :-) Jen to, že nám to rychle uteklo :-)

- Robert (10/5): - Splnilo se nám veškeré očekávání a hotel nám vždy zařídil to, co jsme potřebovali. Wellness a sauna byly skvělé, navíc i ze sauny byl krásný výhled. Snídaně byla vynikající – pestrá nabídka a krásně připravená. Personál byl velmi milý, vstřícný a profesionální. Čistota pokoje byla na vysoké úrovni. Vyzkoušeli jsme také večeři v restauraci a jídlo bylo výborné. Počasí nám sice úplně nepřálo, ale pobyt jsme si i tak maximálně užili. Rádi se vrátíme! Jediné malé doporučení by bylo lépe upravit parkovací plochu pro auta, abychom nemuseli chodit v blátě. Ale není to důležitější.

Fajna strefa wellness - sauna z super widokiem na Harrachov. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko wejścia na szlak w stronę wodospadów. - Anja (9/5): Gemütliches Hotel mit einem zauberhaften Ambiente - Besonders hat mir das Ambiente gefallen, diese Gemütlichkeit, nicht so überlaufen und ein niedlicher wunderschöner Spa-bereich. Das Essen war dementsprechend auch angepasst, frisch und lecker. Gefallen hat uns nicht, das Frühstückspersonal. Teilweise wurde eher herumgestanden oder sich hingesetzt und mit dem Handy gespielt, als gäbe es nichts anderes zu tun. Aber das ist eher meckern auf hohem Niveau.

- Andreas (9/5): Tolle, ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf Harrachov, ideal zum Ausspannen. - Tolle Lage mit Blick auf Harrachov am Fuße der ehemaligen Skiflugschanze. Das Hotel ist etwas oberhalb des Ortes, man muss also ein Stück hoch/runter laufen oder das Auto nehmen, wenn man in den Ort will. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war nicht riesig, aber sehr gut und völlig ausreichend. Die Sauna mit Blick auf Harrachov ist ein Traum. Die Zimmerreinigung sollte optimiert werden. Kein Bettwäschewechsel innerhalb von 5 Tagen, was aus meiner Sicht auch nicht zwingend nötig ist. Wir hatten aber mit dem Kaffee gekleckert, das sah etwas unschön aus. Mülleimer wurde nicht immer geleert und verschmutzte Kaffeetassen gar nicht erneuert oder weggeräumt.

- Grant (9/5): - Cozy little hotel right on the ski slope. Nice breakfast, good dinner options. Amazing rainfall shower in the room. We didn't use the spa facilities. It's a long, steep climb back if you walk into town or hike to the waterfall. I imagine a good snow cover makes everything even more beautiful, although you'll need chains on your car to get near the hotel parking!
