• Avi Fishbein (4/5): - No me camión de habitación cuando lo solicité porque no había presión en el agua, solicité tres veces que arreglen la presión en el agua para la regadera, lo cual no se hizo, también pedí que me arreglen el teléfono en la habitación del cual no se hizo y cuando pide servicio a la habitación, te cobran la propina y ya obligatoria

• DORA (6/5): - when we booked first, we made sure it had good reviews and this one had an excellent one, so we were expecting just that. First the keys given to you at front desk is the same one used for your lights to stay on at room at that was not explained to us upon arrival. Second the room had a humid smell at all times and was hard to sleep with the odor. Last the doors look pretty beat up definitely need to be replaced. Not all is bad it has its amenities, the location is perfect if you want to be by the shopping centers and the Periferico is right by it. The breakfast was great, and the price was better.

I needed to change the room due to my family and the ladies at reception (terribles and rude) never listened to me. One night; a violent person hit our door. I called to reception and nobody showed up….. there are several options in Chihuahua you can pick. I will never come back.

• Arturo (4/5): - I stayed at the property at the fiesta Inn and Chihuahua fashion mall everything was perfect as far as check-in and amenities. I had gotten breakfast for 2 and drinks for 2 included in my stay. I had breakfast there and I thought it was included in there as my receipt said so and as your ad states, but they told me that it was not included. I showed the hotel manager that this was included and they wouldn’t believe it. I showed the receipt showed the email confirmation And still they did not honor their end of the bargain of staying there. I am still today June 5 still trying to arrange for payment and it’s checkout time and they still alleged that I got to pay. I’m trying to arrange that so you need to make sure you let the hotel know that included with my stay. I get breakfast and drinks as I picked this hotel because of the free breakfast for two I would love to give five stars but as far as breakfast is concerned and all that I did not wanna pay additional for that, I could’ve left elsewhere or had Uber eats come and deliver what I wanted to eat and get treated More properly as I am accustomed in my vacations I hate to put up bad reviews, but make sure on your Expedia receipt it shows that drinks and breakfast are included in the receipt or else you’re gonna argue for hours thank you

• Jaime (10/5): - My booking supposedly included breakfast. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing they mentioned was that it was for an extra charge. That benefit comes from being a OneKey member. They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the very crowded -and loud - pool. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a room change.

• Irving (4/5): Horrible experience. - Someone opened the door to my room between 11pm-2am the first night, it was someone with an access key so was maintenance or service. I talked to the cleaning lady and she said there are cameras that she would report it and for me to report it as well. I reported to the front desk and no one contacted me. The AC in the room was either 50 or 85, nothing in between was crazy. The maintenance guy said it was broken but never offered a different room. We had to sleep with the door slightly open.

• Lewis (6/5): - The service is terrible and the food. Room service doesn’t work anytime, morning or night. I call for a order 8:00 pm and 35 min after they said that I need go downstairs to wait for my order and pick up my wine. That is inappropriate!!! I will never come back again.

You literally had to fly out of your car get in the building and move because there was cars behind you waiting to move. The parking is very unsafe because there’s a gym around it, and the front of the door is literally the highway.

The room was clean but needed some painting. They were building a gym at the lower level, so you listen hammering at 6 am.

• Jaime (2/5): - No se queden en este hotel en fin de semana, tiene una terraza que rentan para eventos y ponen la musica a volumen tan alto que no importa en que piso o lado del hotel estes se escucha como si estuviera la fiesta en el cuarto de enseguida, los eventos duran hasta las 2am por lo que es imposible dormir, apesar que el personal de lobby reconocio que tenian quejas de muchos cuartos no hicieron nada para bajar el volumen de la musica.

Courteous Servers and kitchen staff. Only thing not liked was having the room card operate the elevator above the lobby. Had to have the key card reset twice.
• Griselda (6/5): - Room was just OK. It seems dated, walls were dirty in some areas, shampoo in shower was extremely watered down, water leaked when you showered. Bed was comfortable though. I have stayed at other Fiesta Inn's before and this was not the same. It wasn't awful, but won't be staying here again.
• ERNESTO S (4/5): - Very limited space in the driveway entrance to the hotel, also the walk-in entrance to the hotel from the parking lot is long and cumbersome. the registration desk is very poorly organized and the furniture around looks cheap and uncomfortable. The rooms are very small, the furniture in the room is very low quality, except the mattress. This hotel is understaffed and poorly attended.

THE ONLY THING THAT I didn't like is that you need to park outside at the mall , there is no security and it is can of strange that they do not have covered parking or designated parking. Super clean and outsanding service for the people that work there.
• Don (10/5): A Really Comfortable Hotel - This was our second stay at Fiesta Inn Galerias. Fiesta Inn is a gem. Incredibly clean, and truly comfortable beds. This will be our go-to hotel when passing through Torreon, Mexico.

• Sergio (10/5): Nice Deal But... - The deal was nice, rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, friendly staff, restaurant wasnt so tasty but it was ok. However, big thumbs down to the architects/builders of the hotel. It rained and the water was coming in through around the window. This seems to be a new hotel to be having this kind of problem. Staff acted immediately and helped us move to another room.
